You have a combination skin which means you have both dry and oily skin. You can control this situation. Wash face with soap free mod cleanser. Do not overdo it. Washing twice a day is enough. Apply a light moisturiser all over face twice daily. You need to eat a diet that is high in fibre. Include a raw salad in every meal. Have watermelon and sweet lime juice. Use whole grain breads, wheat bran etc. Have seasonal fruits thrice daily. Have papaya and pears four times a week. Drink plenty of water. Have a teaspoon of ground flaxseeds. Do not pump your face with cosmetics. Do not scrub your face. Have plenty of fish.

Dear lybrate user, You should take seven tulsi leaves and one gran cinnamon powder, one glass water, boil it till it is half cup add honey and drink it thrice a day. Take light meal and rest do it two three days. You will be relaxed.

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Avoid lethargic life style totally Avoid maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Avoid oily spicy and fast food Avoid outside food totally Take Salads and fruits more Vegetable juices and soups regularly Have lukewarm water three times a day These all points will help her to reduce weight, reduce the chances of fatty liver to go into cirrhosis, reduce sugar and will prevent chances of complications Give her Cap ayurslim by Himalaya 2... 2 after food for 9 mths to 1 year Tab dibecon d s by Himalaya 1....1 after food Kumariasav 15 ml twice daily with water Continue her current medicine Reconsult after 1 month of following above points.

I have rare disorder. I am not getting proper sleep after beard trimming, this continues for 3 to 5 days. I will be in sleep for 7 to 8 hours but after waking up I am feeling illness, dull and not refreshed. After growth of light beard, I will get normal sleep. It is happening to from past 3 to 4 years. I don't have any medication habit for sleep (pills).

Dear Lybrate User,•Exercise is an important part of life. It increases metabolism and burns fat and also brings balance as well as mental clarity. The health benefits of yoga are vast. Taking up a daily yoga practice along with breathing exercises (pranayama) is an effective way for maintaining a healthy body weight. •At the very least, a 20 minute brisk walk should be incorporated into a morning daily routine. This will move lymph and reduce adipose tissue. •Napping during the day will increase the qualities that lead to weight gain; heavy, slow, dull, oily, gross and soft. It is best to obtain a good night’s sleep and to establish regular arising and sleeping times to set the body into a healthy routine. •Meditation and self – love. It is important to nurture one-self and to develop love and acceptance, as negative emotions can offset emotional hunger and depression. Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. . • To reduce hairfall , Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo . * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits ( Almonds,Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week.It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. For dandruff problem: Take a bowl of curd , leave this for one day for making it sour and after that apply this curd on your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it with water . apply this in day time ONCE A WEEK. do not apply in evening or night.

Please follow the below for your condition: 1. Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them. • Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies. Note – If you eat French fries regularly, limit your potato consumption to twice a week. 2. Midday sleep plays a crucial role in gaining weight. Take a nap of about 45 minutes to 1 hour, post afternoon meal or lunch. 3. Exercise Regular workout boosts up your metabolism and stimulates your appetite that will automatically increase your intake of food. Being skinny doesn’t mean that you have to stay away from exercising. It is very important to complement your diet with some regular exercises. • You can do light aerobic, stretching, strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Brisk walking, cycling, dancing, swimming, etc., will also aid weight gain. • Various yoga poses can give you a balanced body mass. Note • Supervision of a trainer is mandatory. • Eating peanut butter before exercising is also beneficial. • Don’t perform excessive workouts; just focus on growth of muscles. 4. Clarified Butter (Ghee) and Sugar Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.
