Fenugreek seeds help in getting rid of burn scars on face • Soak the fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind it into a fine paste. • Now apply this mixture gently on to the burn marks and leave it on. • Once the paste has dried completely, you can wash it off with water. • Apply this paste regularly to remove the scars. • Cold water with turmeric also has antiseptic properties which work well on burnt skin. • Homoeopathic medicine • Homoeopathic cream • ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion • THIOSINAMINUM 3X ( LORDS) Chew 1 tab 3 times daily • Report after 60 days

Sir I am 24 years old and I have pimple mark's and black spot in my face how can I remove.
Hello, Meak, as you are worried and have tried many commercial products which do more harm than good, try these home remedies. Dilute one part apple cider vinegar with three to four parts water (use four if you have sensitive skin), and then apply all over your face using a cotton ball or pad Like apple cider vinegar, lemon juice contains citric acid. It also boasts L-ascorbic acid, a natural astringent and antioxidant. To Get Lighter Skin Apply a mixture of milk and banana on your face. 1. Before going to sleep apply a mixture of raw milk and rose water on your skin. 2. Mix baking soda with water and apply on your face when clean. Let it sit for 15 minutes before you wash it off with water. FOR LIGHTER SKIN 1) Apply a mixture of honey and lemon, both only one tablespoon, before sleeping and then rinse with warm water. Ensure a good night's sleep and then wash your face with cool water in the morning. 2) Apply mash ripe banana on face and leave for 15 minutes. Use rice water to help lighten your skin faster.

How Ayurveda Helps Treat Hair Fall?

BAMS, PG Dip (Medical Education), (FAGE) Fellow of Academy of General Education, MBA (Healthcare)

How Ayurveda Helps Treat Hair Fall?

Hair fall has a direct impact on the way you feel about yourself, your self esteem and confidence. It is also true that it is a very common problem and can be controlled and stopped completely through proper treatment. Ayurvedic treatment for hair fall has long term effects and it brings out the best results since the issues get rectified from the inside, preventing them from coming back.

Ayurveda and Hair Loss

According to Ayurveda, hair fall is associated with body type that varies from person to person and also the stability of mind-body structure. Hair is considered a byproduct of bone formation, as stated by Ayurveda. The tissues which are responsible for the development of bones are also responsible for hair growth. Diet, yoga, meditation and medicated herbal oil massage are the Ayurvedic treatments generally recommended for hair loss.

Here are some ways through which Ayurveda addresses the problem of hair fall:

1. Dietary modifications

It is important to identify the lifestyle habits that cause hair fall problems. Consumption of alcohol, meat, coffee, tea and smoking are some of these habits. Hair fall can also be aggravated due to intake of too much greasy, spicy, oily, sour, fried and acidic foods.

Here are some ways suggested by Ayurveda to beat hair fall:

  1. Hair growth can be stimulated by drinking fresh juices of Pomegranate, carrot, spinach and Kokam.
  2. Sesame seeds promote hair growth as they are rich in magnesium and calcium.
  3. Cow's Ghee is a trusted remedy to resolve all scalp-related problems.
  4. Green vegetables and fruits are rich in fiber and hence help in preventing hair fall.
  5. To make the roots of hair strong, foods rich in vitamin C, vitamin B-complex, sulphur and zinc must be consumed, which are found in whole grains, soybeans, buttermilk, nuts and milk.
  6. Yoga and meditation: Inverted asanas help in stimulating the blood flow to the head. Additionally, practicing deep breathing exercises to control anxiety, stress and keep the mind balanced is also advisable.
  7. Ayurvedic herbs and medicated oil: Bhringaraaja, Brahmi, Amla, Neem, Ritha and Ashwagandha are some ayurvedic herbs rich in essential nutrients that help in reducing stress and promoting hair growth. Different types of oils including coconut oil, brahmi oil, amla oil or mustard oil are useful to control hair fall. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

I had leukoderma so I took homeopathic medicines for around 5 years and I have completed the course. The condition is cured now although few spots remain. They are stagnant since 12 years now. My question is does this relapse? Or I'm cured for lifelong. Or what precautions should I take to avoid it in future? Thank you.

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Avoidable things in leukoderma is curd, tamarind, raw tomato, raw onion, raw garlic, brinjal, papaya, green chili, pickles, citrus fruits & citrus fruit items / juices as oranges, lemon even grapes are strictly restricted. Fish and red meat should also be restricted. Oily / spicy food & non vegetarian food intake should be lowered. Milk & milk product intake to be lowered (not in case of kids). One should not take medicines containing amla (gooseberry - a rich source of vit. C). Any eatable made of soda bi carb, stored sour things, junk food, tinned foods or drinks, chocolates, oranges, grapes coffee or cocoa products should not be taken regularly. Leukoderma only cure when you take precaution with regular treatment in homoeopathic medicine.

Hi ! I am having excessive hairfall due to no apparent reason and the volume of my hair had decreased to 1/4th during the past year. I don't have thyroid or any deficiencies. Just vitamin D deficient. Please help.

Hello Dear,According to Ayurveda, hair is a byproduct of bone formation. The factors responsible for building bones are also responsible for the hair re-growth. Ayurveda doctors believe that early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas). Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis can make the person start losing hair. We loose hair after a certain growth and new hair replaces the older one, which means recycling of hair. Hair loss means losing more hair than you naturally lose. As our hair grows under a natural process, so we can take care of growth only by natural resources and methods. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

Hello Dr. My problems is lip I am not smoking but my lip is black. How to remove it.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS

Hello Dr. My problems is lip I am not smoking but my lip is black.
How to remove it.
Dark lips are caused by: Smoking Hyper pigmentation due to sunlight ( U/V rays) Lack of Proper Skin Care Allergic reactions are caused by dyes or fragrances in the products Caffeine Please try these tips: Apply a lip balm with sunscreen in it. This will prevent your lips from drying, cracking or changing colour. Cover your face with a scarf when exposed to the sun. Do not bite your lips. Drink plenty of water and eat fruits and vegetables at least 4 servings in a day. Eat sour fruits like lemon and oranges which are rich in Vitamin C. Apply honey overnight and keep it until morning. Do it for 2 weeks and you will notice the softening and change in lip colour. Try applying a mixture of milk cream (malai) with a bit of saffron to your lips.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine asteris rubens 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.
