Avoid spicy food in your diet and avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and take tablet rantac twice a day for a month

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi, Yes, it can be worn while walking, running, lifting heavy weights, etc. It helps to keep the joint in position. But do not wear it while sleeping; it will hinder the blood flow.

Iam a student of 25 years iam not getting sufficient sleep from some days and feeling very tired.
TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

Hello- spicy diet result in pitta dosha prakopa in body and hence causes headache, sleep disturbances, excessive menses flow, pimples, hot flushes etc in females. First of all try to minimise the intake or it will be seriously harmful for you in long run. Use these ayurvedic medicines to counter the effect- 1. Dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily. 2. Gulkanda 1 tsp twice daily. 3. Shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily. 4. Increase ghee and milk in your diet.

Hi, Do exercises regularly alongwith this Take Tab Phytolacca berry(Dr Wilmar Shawbe.German) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Eat Oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively. Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food,junk food Revert back

I am 20 yr old boy I have back pain till years. Back and I am 6'3 ft tall and my legs have difference in lengths what should I do what are the reason?

As your just 20 years don't worry abt difference in your leg length for this and pain do have clinically examined by musculoskeletal physiotherapist or orthopaedician asap for pain have hot water and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each time best wishes

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system...by digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system...take chitrakadi vati after meal...Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day..Take banana milk shake... Take sleep after taking meal Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products.. Like butter...ghee.......

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest
