Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Have a proper sleep schedule-Get up and go to bed at same time everyda y (body’s natural clock –cicardian rhythm will be accordingly activated) B) Good sleeping environment (Quiet, cool, dark, comfortable bed room without noise, light), C) Avoid caffeine/alcohol/nicotine 4-6 hours before bed time, D) Avoid day time sleep, daily exercise, light reading for 15 minutes daily before going to bed E. Avoid anxiety/stress/depression/fear/boredom/lack of motivation. if no relief visit a psychiatrist...he will prescribe you some meds

I suffering from thyroid , hair fall, cinus (cold) also. My periods were not coming properly . It comes after 2,3,4 month . My weit is 50 kg and ht is 5'1. My diet is not constant and my mood also . These all dieses will be the reason for this .I also take treatment for all these dieses . Hi, all your symptoms especially you menstrual symptoms and your mood swings can be explained by your thyroid disease. You will have to post your report before we can comment. About the meparate, I feel if you control the thyroid disease your menstruation should come back to normal in a few months.

You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

Dear Lybrate user, immediately stop using the toothbrush that caused the problem. You can opt for sensodyne soft/ultrasoft toothbrush instead. Be very gentle while brushing, the harder you brush, the sooner will your teeth and guns wear out. You can find a lot of you tube videos which demonstrate the correct brushing technique. Keep massaging your gums with a gum astringent like stolin gum paint/tanid thrice daily for 10 days. Apply a drop or 2 on your finger and gently massage it in all areas where the recession is maximum. Let it stay in contact with your gums for 8-10 minutes during which do not swallow or spit. After 10 minutes gently spit but don't rinse your mouth, don't eat or drink anything for 30 minutes and keep spitting out the excess saliva. Also, visit a dentist to assess the degree of gum recession in case it needs any further treatment. Best wishes.

Dear lybrate-user for lack of energy start doing surya namaskar in morning you will be amazed by the results, secondly make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping. In this position your body is taking force of attraction. Sleeping in north is very unhealthy and will make you tired and lethargic because your body is taking force of repulsion. Attraction bring elasticity, ease, good blood pressure, sound sleep, relaxation, increase in height while North brings high BP, quick heart beats, muscle and internal body part contraction, your breathing will affect. Height increases till 18 years of age. Heredity factor plays an important role. You can do stretching, cycling, running, swimming, hanging, etc. Eat food containing proteins. It will help in muscle building. Take milk and milk products, dry fruits, fruits etc. Consult for any query.

Soak your feet in warm water for about 10 mnts clean them properly by scrubbing after that wipe of the excess water and massage pure glycerine on it do it repeatedly for a few days and your feet will improve
