1. Lean red meat: it is loaded with proteins and iron and aids in quick weight gain. Choose rib-eye, t-bone, new-york strip and beef tenderloin. These varieties should be taken with a healthy diet for a healthy body.

2. Peanut butter: it is loaded with proteins and fats; hence they are great for weight gain. A tablespoon of peanut butter contains 100 calories and it contains various essential nutrients like magnesium, vitamin e, b3 and folate. While purchasing a bottle of peanut butter, opt for one that doesn’t have added sugar.

3. Whole fat milk: opt for whole fat milk instead of skim milk. It is loaded with vitamin d and a, it has only 60 calories more than skim milk. This will help you gain weight faster.

4. Avocados: they are the best way to gain weight since they are high in heart-healthy fats and calories. They also have potassium, vitamin b, e and folic acid.

5. Potatoes: potatoes contain carbohydrates that help in gaining weight. They are rich in protein, fiber and vitamin c. Consume potatoes with skin since half of the proteins lies in the peel.

You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or even malabsorption syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. When you workout you expend energy. Your nutrition needs also increase. If you suddenly and totally stop exercise you cut down energy expenditure drastically. Also your intake now becomes much more than your output. This will not only cause weight or fat gain but you might also observe change in energy levels and reduced flexibility and you may lose out on toning of muscles So, avoid total stoppage of workout. Try to continue at least some workout, maybe, thrice a week. It could be any sport or other activity you like and can manage. Running, jogging or walking also will be fine.

I feel you are cutting too much on carbs and protein. Please include bread/oats/daliya in breakfast. In mid morning: have a glass of orange or lemon juice. Lunch: lunch is okay. Evening: for protein eat sprouts dinner: have salad with vegetables and paneer with one roti. If you will crash your diet, you will gain back weight very fast. So put a long term foundation of your weight loss goal.

Ginger can help reduce inflammation of the blood vessels in the head, thus providing relief from a headache. Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. U should not have discontinued medicine. Consult doc n take medicine as you have to take it lifelong. As one single seizure is very harmful for our brain.

Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

Hello lybrate user, hairloss problem can control with healthy diet and medicine can help you. 1. Kick start your day with milk and avoid having tea or coffee as much as you can. 2. Avoid fried and masala food, chat. 3. Follow words early to bed early to rise. 4. Avoid using mobile and tv jus before 1 hrs of bed. 5. Start having asthiposhak vati twice a day. 6. Apply vatajatadi taila on scalp. 7. Maintain food timing. 8. Use shikekai and shampoo for washing hairs.

Hi sir am male and am 22 years old. My height is about 168 cm and really loosing my confidence because of my height. I wanna grow taller sir. Am always very much worried about height. It creates some inferiority in me whenever I cross through a tall guy. Am doing regular exercises like hanging in bar and other stretching exercises.
