Hi doctor I had my last period on 23rd nov which starts on 19th nov. Then on 25th nov I had sex and took I pill within 24 hrs. Again I had sex on 1st dec and had ipill immediately. After one week I got bleed for 3 days. Is there any chance of pregnancy? Is the ipill work? When will I get period if I am not pregnant. Plzz help me doctor.

Hello, As you had a withdrawal bleed for 3 days post ipill intake , pregnancy is unlikely . The withdrawal bleed was your menses.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Sweating occurs in heart attack due to excess work of heart muscle in pumping blood through a narrowed heart vessel. This excess work in pumping blood leads to increased body temperature and to maintain body temperature sweating occurs. Same thing also occurs in fever.

Hello Doctor, I want to ask what should I do if seizures comes during eating or drinking? My son is suffering from seizures he is 7 years old waiting for your reply.

First of all ensure that your child is taking all the drugs on time. And if he is having seizures even after taking all drugs on time, you should consult a neurologist to change/ add medications. Now coming to your question, if your child gets seizures while eating/ drinking, immediately change the position to lateral position so that he may not aspirate the food particles in his airway. And take him to nearest healthcare facility asap.

DEAR Lybrate USER. 1) take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals… 2) apply mixture of garlic and lemon juice on the scalp. 3) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. 4) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals. Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and rub it on your lips. It will exfoliate dead cells so new, fresh skin can appear. Use this remedy daily for a few weeks. Alternatively, you can prepare a mixture of one-half teaspoon each of lemon juice, glycerin and honey.

Pcos is not a disease like typhoid, but its a lifestyle disease, and it is possible to treat it. From what you have sugegsted, if you have done ovulation studies, the doctor will know whether you have ovulated or not. By ovulation I mean whether the ovum has come out of the ovary, through rupture of the dominant follicle. This is seen on sonography as a ruptured follicle with free fluid. So that itself will show ovulation. In patients with pcos the ovulation day varies, depending on what medicines you are given, so it is different for each month. Generally if you are ovulating each month on medicines, it also means you will conceive, just give yourself time and keep treatment regular.

Hello lybrate user, - if you adopt ayurveda its can be cured naturally, - avoid sour food like curds, chees paneer for few days - have a glass of warm water after meals compulsory. - if cycles are regular the take below medications= - hingwashtaka churna 1spoon with 1/2 glass of warm water daily twice before food - aloevera ras 20ml with water twice a day - bcz of harmonal variation you might be getting acne and hairfall, once it is normalized other issues will reduce. It is due to gum infection which is again due to calculus deposit on teeth and into the gums. You have to see a good dentist who will clean the teeth with an ultrasonic scaler or a periodontist who is specialised in gum surgery. You have to take medicines and mouth wash. If you are diabetic please check and report that to doctor. If you have any chewing habits or smoking habits please stop that. Please tell the doctor that you have difficulty in taking spicy foods and hard goods and then he will check the mucosa for any specific diseases.
