I've depression particularly at nights. Within a gap of 15 days, I start getting unknown anxiety fears/attacks for no reason which start suddenly and depress me a lot. I'm struggling with this since >5 years. I've tried Homeopathy a year back" but it didn't help me much. I've now moved to allopathy since 6 months. I'm now taking Nexito 5 mg which my doctor prescribed. I was on Feliz S plus for 1 month and stopped which worked great. But, I'm still facing night fear episodes once in 15 days even after taking Nexito. I want this to be stopped as I'm unable to move out at nights as I'm worried about this panic attacks. Can anyone kindly help me about what to be done. I'm seriously suffering since many years. Please help.

Five years ago you were into your late teens and it is the final stage for you to resolve childhood issues and my suspicion is that you did not do that. Anyway it is still not too late. I think you are right about the possible depression, which is sadness based. The anxiety at night in particular is fear based and may cause you undue distress. The fear at night is expected because it is the time to retire and it can feel very lonely too. These emotions must be expressed, and ideally with a counselor. You may need to learn much about emotions too, and the counselor will meet that need too. First, visit the counselor and discuss your problem at length. If necessary take your parents and your entire developmental history from prenatal days till today. Also it would help if you took your family history from your grandparents onwards. The counselor will help identify the origins and give you a series of things to do. Once you work in tandem with the medication better outcomes are assured. Now cooperate with both of the therapies for the best results, for a substantially long time. Do not discontinue the counseling, if you are on medication. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings too. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. You are young and you can do it with some commitment.

Excess weight is result of excess food and low activity. Excess weight is also a result of food addiction. Addiction to Junk food, fast food, Sugars, Fried stuff. Snacks etc. Step No 1 - Replace all high calorie snacks with Fruits, Salads, Cucumber etc. Step No 2 - Find at least 30-40 minutes for intensive exercise daily. Step No 3 - Pull out your younger age photos and stick them to your cupboard and promise that you will get back to your fit self. 4. Don't look for Slow -Fast reduction. Just keep doing the right things and weight will go off. Whether it takes one year or four years. Progress is progress. 5. Walk more wherever possible. Climb steps. Climb hills. Stay active and you will be fitter and younger.

1. Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2. Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3. Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1. Do regular exercise for 1 hour daily 2. Avoid stress, anxiety 3. Practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic, pomegranate help) 5. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food, 6. Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8. Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9. Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Hello, kindly follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

First of all your sleeping hrs are not proper. Usually sleeping hrs should be 6-8 hrs maximum to maintain proper health& that too in between 10pm-6am is the right timings. You are going to bed aqfter midnight& sleeping till day started, whichgh obviously those hrs are improper & though you maintain proper hrs of sleep, that timings you r maintaing will make you feel very dull, lazy. You will not feel fresh if you aleep at odd hrs& wakeup after 7am. Its natural phenomena for any individual. So, here rather than medicines, you need to follow proper punctuality to maintain timings, which is in your hands only. But ofcourse, its difficult to get sleep as soon as you go to bed early, but gradually it becomes habit for you. For that, you can do physical exercises which helps body to get exhausted, so that you can get sleep easily& do not try to take nap in day which again make you difficult to get sleep in night. Try to do prayer or read few books, as per your interest, before going to bed, which makes your eyes tired& you can gfeel sleepy, in healthier way. Take warm milk before going to bed.
