I have a problem my hair is falling what can I do for this kindly tell me and tell solution.
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair.

Plz tell me about the product like wash and cream for removing darkness of women's intimate areas??
Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Wash it off in the morning, and apply some sunscreen if you intend to go outdoors. Failure to do so will cause significant damage and even result in your skin turning black.

Hi, Always be happy and make others a part of this happiness too! Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

I get pimples on my face because of masturbations and the pimples black spots are not going. What should I do.
Homoeopathic treatment------------------ topi berberis cream (wilmar schwabe india) apply during daytime------------- repl no 11 (repl) 20 drops in 1 spoon water 3 timess daily-------------- aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night------------------ cleano face wash (lords) wash face with this face wash before applying creams------------ control masturbation to 1-2 times/week-------------------- drink 6-8 glass water daily---------- drink 2 glasss milk daily----------- avoid fast food, junk food, fried food, chocklates, dry fruits, ketchups, cold drinks.----------------------------------- the percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (homoeopathic suncare cream of bakson company), every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots.-------------------------- instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face.------------------ 1. Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water.----------------- 2. Take pulp from aloe vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good.----------------------

Dear lybrate user avoid shampoos and perfumed hair oils, use shika powder instead, eat more vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water, since hair fall depends on many internal factors it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure Homoeopathic constitutional treatment provides permanent cure from such tendency permanently by removing the root cause itself, medicines will be in nano dose and don't have any side effects or life long dependancy

I am loosing my hair, I am very worried and my father also is bald. So I believe I will be bald too. Is there a remedy?
Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.
