Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

This is due to trauma, nose bones are small and delicate bones of the body, after injury if there is a fracture in nasal bone than bleeding is definite.

Early ejaculation or Premature Ejaculation is a common problem and most Indians have it. It happens because you are not able to control your excitement when you go for sex. By the time you start to sex with your partner, your peak is near and you get discharged soon. Males usually have 3 minutes from arousal to discharge. Females take 10-15 minutes to get aroused. So how to match both. Learn to desensitize or control your emotions a little by thinking some thing else while you do fore play on your partner. You can increase the time of foreplay and that will you be satisfied that you are spending enough time in bed. When about 10-15 minutes have passed then think of yourself and you will charged immediately in a second. Then do sex then. If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then erection will not be good. For insertion take help of some lubrication but if you have good desires and foreplay is good, lubrication come automatically. Ask your wife to help in getting insertion. Changing of positions also helps in proper insertion and lasting & satisfying sex. Your Diet should consist of is fresh fruits what ever available and similarly fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging or brisk walking every morning. This will keep you sexually active and fit.

She is having pain in her knees. We did consulted so many doc tried so many medicine also test for gatiya bai that quite obvious problem we often see in the women these day. Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

Hello, yes it is natural for skin to turn black with chlorine. -avoid bathing in chlorine for some days. -de-tan your body with yogurt everyday (keep for till it dries and then rinse, twice a day. -drink a little more water than usual. -take citrus fruit and lemon juice. -before and after getting contacted with chlorine water, you need to put vitamin c spray on your whole body.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3.
