*मधुमेह के लिए घरेलू उपचार* 
1. औसत आकार का एक टमाटर, एक खीरा और एक करेला को लीजिए। इन तीनों को मिलाकर जूस निकाल लीजिए। इस जूस को हर रोज सुबह-सुबह खाली पेट लीजिए। इससे डायबिटीज में फायदा होता है।
2. डायबिटीज के मरीजों के लिए सौंफ बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। सौंफ खाने से डायबिटीज नियंत्रण में रहता है। हर रोज खाने के बाद सौंफ खाना चाहिए।
3. मधुमेह के रोगियों को जामुन खाना चाहिए। काले जामुन डायबिटीज के मरीजों के लिए अचूक औषधि मानी जाती है। जामुन को काले नमक के साथ खाने से खून में शुगर की मात्रा नियंत्रित होती है।
4. स्टीविया का पौधा मधुमेह रोगियों के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। स्टीविया बहुत मीठा होता है लेकिन शुगर फ्री होता है। स्टीविया खाने से पैंक्रियाज से इंसुलिन आसानी से मुक्त होता है।
5. डायबिटीज के मरीजों को शतावर का रस और दूध का सेवन करना चाहिए। शतावर का रस और दूध को एक समान मात्रा में लेकर रात में सोने से पहले मधुमेह के रोगियों को सेवन करना चाहिए। इससे मधुमेह नियंत्रण में रहता है।
6. मधुमेह मरीजो को नियमित रूप से नीम के चार से पांच पत्तो का सेवन करना चाहिए।
7. चार चम्मच आंवले का रस, गुड़मार की पत्ती मिलाकर काढ़ बनाकर पीने मधुमेह नियंत्रण में रहता है।
8. गेहूं के पौधों में रोगनाशक गुण होते हैं।

Since I always have bloated and very tight stomach, is it ok fir me to drink milk (especially cold coffee) or shud I avoid it in any form. And what about giving lassi coz I like it n is it beneficial in anyway since I have muscular dystrophy , I need some strengthening for my muscles n bones.

Is the bloating due to milk? if yes you have lactose intolerance and you would want to use alternative forms of calcium supplementation. If the bloating is not related to drinking milk and you have it after eating everything else then you can drink milk. Just lower junk food and spicy food. Lower your oil intake. Use oil which are rich in good fatty acids. Add more vegetables and eat mostly the seasonal fruits.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

High CRP and ESR signify any kind of infection or inflammation You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. You can do massage with olive/ castor oil before sleeping 3. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days 4. Avoid wearing tight and hard sole foot wears Consult for further management as you need Physical examination

Snoring self-help tips: •Maintain a healthy weight and diet. Being overweight by just a few kilograms can lead to snoring. Fatty tissue around your neck squeezes the airway and prevents air from flowing in and out freely. •Try to sleep on your side rather than your back. While sleeping on your back, your tongue, chin and any excess fatty tissue under your chin can relax and squash your airway. Sleeping on your side prevents this. •Avoid alcohol before going to bed. Alcohol causes the muscles to relax more than usual during a normal night's sleep. This added relaxation of the muscles makes the back of the throat collapse more readily, which then causes snoring. •Quit or cut down on smoking. Cigarette smoke irritates the lining of the nasal cavity and throat, causing swelling and catarrh. If the nasal passages become congested, it's difficult to breathe through your nose because the airflow is decreased. •Keep your nasal passages clear, so that you breathe in through your nose rather than your mouth. If an allergy is blocking your nose, try antihistamine tablets or a nasal spray. Ask pharmacist for advice, or see GP, if you're affected by an allergy or any other condition that affects your nose or breathing, such as sinusitis. Commercial stop-snoring devices There are a range of stop-snoring treatments and devices on sale. These include nasal strips, which open the nostrils wider, throat sprays and devices known as mandibular advancement devices (MAD), which reposition the jaw to ease airflow.

Dear lybrate-user sound sleep is very important for proper day functioning. Follow some instructions: 1. Stick to a sleep schedule Set aside no more than eight hours for sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at least seven hours. Most people don't need more than eight hours in bed to achieve this goal. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. The stimulating effects of nicotine and caffeine take hours to wear off and can wreak havoc on quality sleep. And even though alcohol might make you feel sleepy, it can disrupt sleep later in the night. 3. Create a restful environment Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Exposure to light might make it more challenging to fall asleep. Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep.

Hello, Thanks for the query. The blood glucose values mentioned (fasting 228 mg & PP 360 mg) both are too high, suggesting there is severely uncontrolled diabetes. Hence first and foremost is to achieve an early glucose control with FBG < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. So there is a need for taking appropriate medication. Secondly maintain a normal weight, with regular exercise and restricted diet intake. You should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, foods made from maida. Also refrain from red meat, alcohol and smoking. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits. Exercise for at least 1 hour a day, brisk walking can be a good option. Thanks.

1 eat five different colored fruits and vegetables daily.
2 eat seeds or foods made from seeds.
3 eat plant foods with their skins intact.
4 drink milk and eat milk products.
5 eat organic, seasonal and local foods.
6 avoid foods made in a plant.
A discipline is all we need.

Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! It is not true that Masturbation will cause small penis/ or bend or lack of proper sex and weakness. The size has no relation to the enjoyment or fertility. If you have a penis and it can be erect and ejaculate semen you can have pregnancy and women will enjoy the penetration as only the initial part of the vagina is sensitive and not the length The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements.
