Commonly dandruff or any other infection and lack of hair nourishment are the main causes for hair fall. This requires both local application for dandruff or any other infection and local massage with oil to increase circulation and internal consumption of herbal preparations as nutrients for hair growth, if interested for full course of treatment, let us know.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Many would have asked you to reduce their weight. But, I have it the other way around. I am in the BPO industry and night shift is unavoidable. And chances of skipping the meals is regular. Hence, I don't have an option for healthy food. I keep on loosing my weight from 75 to 55 now since 3 years. Please suggest me to increase my weight and be stable on it. I feel myself so weak and strengthless.

Dear for a healthy body diet and sleep are essential. If u have night shifts try to sleep in day timings. Try to take meals on time say have dinner before 8 pm Have protein rich diet at night avoid oily and spicy food. During duty have healthy food like sprouts or flakes or fruit salad or puffed rice, soup. Avoid tea and coffee. Drink plenty of fluids. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning . Do suryabhedi pranayam and anulom vilom daily. U can try the above remedies but night is meant for sleep and day for work..if weight is decreasing ur immunity will get weak. So good luck.

Doctor I am a medical student for the last few years I am experiencing a mental distress i. The more you think about it the more this thought takes root in your mind. You already have proof that there's nothing actually. So just keep reminding yourself that there's nothing there. Mind can play tricks and a person can think anything which is not even real. So please rely on your brain and senses and learn to control your mind by teaching it to think about other things that are more important in life. So focus your attention on things which actually need your attention. Counselling can help you to reduce your fears and live productively in the present rather than the past or future.

Your weight is less according to your ht. You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. You can join gym.

In her sleep cycle she does not have any control over the voluntary movements of the body and we need to train her by keeping an alarm at 3 am and making her go to toilet and coming back to sleep and do this for atleast 3-6 months
