1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Dear, The main cause of gastric problem are * Hurry * worry *curry * Firstly take your meals with proper chewing and dont be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * Take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * Try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do Anulom - Vilom Pranayam in the morning .It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * Put 1 teaspoon of Fennel seeds ( Saunff)in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * Take few leaves of mint ( Pudina), coriander leaves( Dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper.crush them well and make paste.Take 1 teaspoon this paste( Chatni) with meal in morning & evening.

टमाटर सर्वाधिक लोकप्रिय सब्जियों में से एक है. हलांकि कई लोग इसे फल भी मानते हैं. टमाटर में पाए जाने वाले तमाम पोषक तत्वों को देखते हुए इसे पॉवरहाउस की संज्ञा भी दी जाती है. टमाटर में पाए जाने वाले पोषक तत्वों में विटामिन ए, बी-6, सी, के, और खनिज पदार्थों में मैग्नीशियम, तांबा, फोलेट, फास्फोरस और नियासिन मुख्य हैं. इसके अलावा भी टमाटर की अपनी विशेषताएं हैं. जैसे कि इसमें सोडियम, संतृप्त वसा, कोलेस्ट्राल और कैलोरी कम मात्रा में पाई जाती है. अब टमाटर से होने वाले फायदे और नुकसान को जानते हैं.

1. कैसर के उपचार में
कैंसर जैसी गंभीर बिमारी के उपचार में टमाटर मुख्य भूमिका निभाता है. इसके लिए टमाटर में पाया जाने वाला लाइकोपिन नामक एंटीऑक्सिडेंट काम आता है. इससे सभी प्रकार के कैंसर का खतरा कम होता है. कैंसर में टमाटर के बेहतर लाभ के लिए इसे जैतून के तेल में पकाकर इस्तेमाल करें.
2. अनिद्रा के उपचार में
इसमें पाया जाने वाला लाईकोपीन नामक तत्व हमें बेहतर नींद दिलाने में काफी उपयोगी साबित होता है. इसके अलावा नींद के लिए टमाटर में पाया जाने वाला विटामिन सी भी पर्याप्त मात्रा में पाया जाता है. जिससे कि सुकून की नींद आती है.
3. आँखों के लिए
इसमें पाया जाने वाला विटामिन सी हमारे आँखों के लिए भी काफी महत्वपूर्ण साबित होता है. इसके अलावा टमाटर में ल्यूटिन, लाइकोपिन, जेक्सैथीन, फाइटोकेमिकल्स एंटीऑक्सिडेंट भी पाए जाते हैं जो कि आँखों की विभिन्न समस्याओं के लिए काफी लाभदायक हैं.
4. त्वचा के लिए
टमाटर में लाइकोपिन नाम का एक एंटीऑक्सिडेंट पाया जाता है जो कि हमारे त्वचा को सूरज की हानिकारक किरणों से बचाता है. इसके अलावा टमाटर के पेस्ट को चहरे पर लगाया जा सकता है. इससे त्वचा में चमक आती है.
5. वजन घटाने में
टमाटर में वसा, कैलोरी और कोलेस्ट्राल काफी कम मात्रा में पाया जाता है जबकी पानी और फाइबर काफी मात्रा में पाया जाता है. कुल मिलकर टमाटर का नियमित सेवन पौष्टिक तत्वों की आपूर्ति तो करता ही है वजन भी घटाता है.
6. सूजन को दूर करने में
टमाटर में बायो फ्लेवेनोइड्स और कैरोटिनॉइड की तरह ही एंटी इन्फ्लेमेटरी एजेंट्स मौजूद होते हैं. ये सूजन और जलन को कम करते हैं. कई बार टमाटर का प्रयोग छोटे स्तर पर पेन किलर की तरह भी किया जाता है.
7. हड्डियों के लिए
टमाटर में हमारे हड्डियों के लिए भी आवश्यक तत्व पाए जाते हैं. इसमें पाए जाने वाले विटामिन के और कैल्शियम हड्डियों के लिए जरुरी है. इसके अलावा इसमें पाया जाने वाला लाइकोपिन नाम का एक एंटीऑक्सिडेंट भी पाया जाता है जो कि हड्डियों के द्रव्यमान को बेहतर करता है.
8. बालों के लिए
टमाटर में मौजूद लोहा और विटामिन ए बालों के लिए काफी उपयोगी साबित होता है. बालों की विभिन्न समस्याओं जैसे रुसी, झड़ना, आदि के लिए टमाटर एक बेहतरीन खाद्य पदार्थ है. इसका रस भी बालों में लगा सकते हैं.
9. रक्तचाप को नियंत्रित करने में
टमाटर में पाया जाने वाला पोटेशियम हमारे शरीर में रक्तचाप को नियंत्रित करने में मुख्य भूमिका निभाता है. इसके अलावा इसमें लाइकोपिन, विटामिन ए, सी, फाइबर और कैरोटिनॉइड भी पाया जाता है. जो कि ह्रदय रोग के जोखिमों को कम करते हैं.
10. शुगर में
शुगर के मरीजों के लिए भी टमाटर काफी उपयोगी है. ये मधुमेह रोगियों के रक्त शर्करा स्तर को कम करता है. इसमें थोड़ी मात्रा में पाया जाने वाला कार्बोहाइड्रेट, मूत्र ग्लूकोज के स्तर को भी नियंत्रित करता है.

टमाटर के नुकसान

  • इसमें पाए जाने वाले फाइटोकेमिकल की अधिक मात्रा हमारे प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली को प्रभावित करता है.
  • इसके बीज से पथरी की संभावना बढ़ सकती है.
  • लम्बे समय तक टमाटर का प्रयोग करने से त्वचा के रंग में भी परिवर्तन हो सकता है.
  • इसके सेवन से जठरांत्रों में विकार आ सकते हैं.
  • इसके प्रयोग से पुरुषों के लाइकोपिन ग्रंथि में विकार आ सकता है.

Hello, if she has diabetes then through out pregnancy blood glucose levels should be between 90 to 120 mg. This is all through the day. Otherwise pregnancy out come is affected. Can lead to miscarriages, large baby etc. She has to be on insulin with very strict glucose control. However t 3 & t4 being high tsh low is fine. It would have been better if actual levels were mentioned. Thanks. Most important is strict blood glucose control.
