2) take regular medicines

3) do exercise and pranayama daily

4) diet should be healthy

5) keep bedroom clean and dust free

6) regular checkup at clinic

7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom)

8) dinner should be taken before sunset.

9) use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils

10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency)

11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation.

Don'ts

1) smoking -active or passive

2) exposure to allergens air pollution

3) avoid visit to gardens

Hair grows in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a brief transitional apoptotic phase (catagen), and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 50 to 100 scalp hairs reach the end of resting phase each day and fall out. When significantly more than 100 hairs/day go into resting phase, clinical hair loss (telogen effluvium) may occur. A disruption of the growing phase causing abnormal loss of anagen hairs is an anagen effluvium. Causes of hairfall:- 1. Androgen hormone 2. Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) 3. Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) 4. Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, sle, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) 5. Alopecia areata first thing is to rule out any of these causes which will be of diagnostic value only but for immediate relief you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your hairfall tendency from the root itself.

I am 27 years old. From July 2015, I am suffering from body stiffness (neck, middle and lower spine. I got HLA B27 positive. Doctor (orthopaedic) prescribed some medicines like HCQS, SAZO. After using them (one week) I got relief. In addition he suggested to me that I need yo use for few years. Some doctors suggested me to consult rheumatologist. I have mixed feelings for using tablets for few years. Please, suggest some guideline to recover from my problem.

Venkaih, as per ur reports u have ankylosing spondilytis . First , pl aware about that problm , it is seronegative inflammatory arthritis which affects spine , joints muscles and make them stiff and fuse depends on severity . So , drugs contol the disease aggresivenss along with exercises . Newer drugs bilogicals r in market which contolls well but costlier . So pl consult rheumatologist .

Dear lybrate user, first of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/nocturnal emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day's work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that an unmarried person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation after marriage if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i. E. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. To get rid of nightfalls carry on the following medication as directed:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic china 30 or cinchona officinalis 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture ashwagandha q in a cup of water daily after lunch apart from medicines you could try a home therapy. Soak 5 grams of fennel seeds (snouff) & 5 grams of rock candy (misri) in a glass of water before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning drink the snouf-misri soaked water in empty stomach.

Is soya milk is good for health. How much qty I can drink of soya milk in a day? my triglycerides is around 650 and cholesterol is 260, is the soya milk is useful for me or harmful for me, kindly guide.

You can take soya milk. But this level of cholestrol and triglycerides must be treated by medicines. Very high level of tgl in addition to being risk for the heart is also a risk for pancreatitis.

Children grow from dependence to independence pretty early in life nowadays. In the olden days children were not allowed into school before 5 years of age. Now it is not the case. After having a lovely dependent relationship with mom, children are somewhat prepared to go to school but it is not the case in every child's home life. If the child has not been prepared early to meet other people and feel comfortable about it, they will have a problem going to school. Also to meet so many other children and adults in a school atmosphere is quite intimidating, even if you are prepared for the same. Even if they are afraid, they must overcome that fear by making them attend school. It is not a serious flaw when a child feels fear about joining school unless it is a never ending problem. Then there is a social development problem and some measures may be used to gently wean the child away from that fear by allowing the mother to stay around in school for a few days to give the child the confidence. The best thing to do is to prepare the child when she is at home by socializing with other families, friends, relatives etc. both by inviting them over and visiting them often: the child will get exposure to other people and slowly get familiar with mixing with others. Also the school atmosphere can be made more conducive to be child-friendly and offer a lot of playthings around to distract the child and make them more comfortable: today's schools are focusing on this aspect a lot. Small classes are better than large ones. This is a very important growth for children in their attempt to become independent. There is also the great affect of the 'fear of change', which we as adults suffer from also. So you can imagine a child making its first steps in that direction, and how difficult it can be. Just be an enabler if your child is going through a phase like this and make it easier. In time it will sort itself out.
