Dear lybrate user. I do not understand. There is no such brain tonic in the given generic name or brand name. In any case, you should not use brain tonics without the consent of a neurologist. Memory and mind power depends on three important factors. They are understanding, retention and recollection. Your brain stores information according what you perceive and it also depends on past experience. Understanding is the key. The more better understand, the more better will be the storage and retention. Once the brain retain it properly and stores in someplace where it can be retrieved easily, the more easy for it to recollect. So the basic step in remembrance is understanding. Make sure you understand whatever you study. There are" effective learning techniques" to help you. Physical exercise, outdoor games, indoor games, entertainment, hobbies etc also play an important part in improving brain power. Include green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts etc in your daily diet. Make sure to play brain games like sudoku atleast once in a week. All the above, together, contributes to keep your brain sharp and healthy. Take care.

Hello, dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take arnica q and cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with b&t anti- dandruff shampoo. Home remedies are as follows:- coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week. Revert me after 1 month.

You do medical check up if you are suffering from hypothyroidism or any other health related problem. Eat small amount of foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice, fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits. Use small amount of unrefined foods. Eat extra protein for weight loss. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water after meals. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups, sit ups, squat. These gonna help you.

Hello, Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

I have severe back pain and abdomen during menstruation period. It is continuously on 4 days.
It is called premenstrual syndrome, it is quite common to feel that sensation, if you are pregnant you may not sever back pain. If the back and the leg pain is severe in general it is due to the pre menstrual syndrome, since the periods are delayed by 3 days the intense pain is quite natural do not worry, take some hot water and also eat papaya which might help you to get the period cycles faster and it might help to cleanse the remnants in the uterus and the fallopian tubes.
