1. Put 1 tablespoon of thin ginger slices in a cup of hot water. Cover and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Strain, add a little honey and lemon juice, and drink it 2 or 3 times a day. 2. Peppermint is another natural remedy to treat burping. Its antispasmodic property helps relax the digestive tract, which reduces the formation of gas in the stomach. It even improves the flow of bile and promotes overall digestion. Put 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint leaves in a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain it. Drink this tea 2 or 3 times a day. 3. Chew a few whole pods of cardamom 2 or 3 times a day to relieve stomach gas. Also, add 1 teaspoon of crushed cardamom pods to 1 cup of boiling water. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain, add some honey and drink it after eating a meal. 4. Chew ½ to 1 teaspoon of dry-roasted fennel seeds after eating a meal to reduce belching and expel gas through your intestinal tract. Also, add 1 teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain it. Drink this tea twice daily.

Unhealthy dietary habits, lack of exercise and hereditary. To prevent heart diseases, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

Hello- (Dis) advantages depends on what the person is in search of when they want their hair styled a certain way. It also depends on the meaning of straightening, as there is permanent straightening (relaxers), demi-permanent straightening (keratin treatments), and temporary straightening ( blowdrying and/or smoothing/flat-irons.) Advantages of relaxers: Hair is permanently straight but the new growth/roots will be normal when they grow out. You can have different styling options. Hair is shinier due to a more smooth cuticle. Disadvantages of relaxers: You can not have extremely light highlights or the hair will break or melt. You are breaking down the bonds of the hair, thus altering the integrity of the hair. Excess relaxing or overlapping the relaxer on previously relaxed hair can cause extreme damage and drying to the hair and scalp. Advantages of keratin treatments: Hair can be worn both curly and straight while both styles remain smooth and frizz free. You can still have extremely light highlights, and the keratin treatment will actually repair the hair. If you decide that you don't want straight hair anymore, the treatment will typically only last up to 3 months. The keratin treatment will strengthen the hair, make it more shiny, and if applied over color it will make the color last longer. There are no disadvantages in receiving a keratin treatment. Advantages of blow-drying and thermal tools: Temporarily smooths the hair until the next time you shampoo. Gives shine to the hair as well as body. Gives you alternatives on how to accomplish different styles. Disadvantages of blow-drying and thermal tools: You should apply products to the hair that are thermal protectants. This means, if you do not use hair products then blow-drying and thermal tools can dry out the hair making it dull and weak. Excess heat without thermal protectant products may cause your hair color to lighten. Will take more of your time to get ready in the morning.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. if your taking breathing by mouth it means you have sinusitis. go for x ray PNS and consult to ENT doctor or can use nasal spray otrivin. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

The most common causes of neck pain are: poor posture, muscle strain, arthritis, trauma from your symptoms I feel your pain is from poor posture or muscle strain. Try the following home treatment measures which will help speed your recovery. 1-heat or ice: use a heating pad on a low or medium setting for 15 to 20 minutes every 2 or 3 hours. Take a warm shower in place of one session with the heating pad. You can buy single-use heat wraps that last up to 8 hours. Try an ice pack for 10 to 15 minutes every 2 to 3 hours. 2-get moving, but carefully: movement helps your muscles stay strong. Avoid activities such as lifting and sports that make pain and stiffness worse. Do stretching and strengthening exercises to keep your neck flexible and strong and prevent stiffness.(please do private consult with a physiotherapist for specific exercises) avoid or change any activities that may be causing your neck pain, such as sitting for a long time at the computer or doing too much overhead work at a time. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Don't massage the injured area if it causes pain. 3-practice good health habits: try to reduce stress and tension at work and home. Practice relaxation exercises. Exercise regularly, including aerobic exercise such as walking. You should consult a gp immediately if the pain is accompanied by: -numbness -loss or strength in your arms or hands -shooting pain in the shoulder or down one arm. Best wishes.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals. Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast.

Hi, welcome to lybrate. I am here to help you. Most causes of sleeplessness are due to wrong habits and the good news is that it is very very easy to cure them 1. You have to first have a natural circadian rhythm a. Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. B. And wake at the same time 2. Food a. Do not take coffee or tea after 6 pm b. Dear,if you have persistent or recurrent infection there has to a cause like inadequate dosage, inadequate duration of drug therapy, drugs taken wrong way or wrong combination of drugs. Your ideal weight should be around 55 kg. You can not reduce weight by exercises only. Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a.m) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a.m - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p.m) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p.m) – Daal, roti,mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p.m – 5 p.m – Cup of Green Tea f.Evening (4-6 p.m) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p.m) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.
