The traditional treatment is with pentavalent antimonials such as sodium stibogluconate and meglumine antimoniate. The treatment of choice for visceral leishmaniasis acquired in india is now amphotericin b in its various liposomal preparations. Miltefosine is the first oral treatment for this disease.

You should control salt intake and start mind relaxation like meditation. If it remains high you should start some antihypertensives to control blood pressure.

What is the reason heart strokes coming in young age below 30 when we need cardiac checkups.
Stroke is blockage of blood supply to brain,similar to a heart attack when blood vessels supplying blood to the heart get blocked. Reasons are same ,so are the ways to prevent.Stop smoking/exposure to pollution, less of bad fats like transfats and some good fats like 5 gms of pure ghee/butter, daily exercise, keeping sugar & cholesterol under control,taking less stress, meditation and yoga and Not Taking Everything to Heart. Cholesterol related plaque is the cause of blocks in vessels and it is advisable Not to give Pizzas/Burgers/junk food to kids even , take more green vegetables and seasonal fruits. Cholesterol + blood sugar should be checked 20 on wards at least once a year , if high then diet control is the best medicine. You have written that you have had a cardiac arrest in the past and you are only 30! you suffered from gastric ulcers also which are no longer affecting you , there must be some proof like gastroscopy to reassure you about No ulcers in the stomach. Both of these illnesses are due to stress and wrong eating habits , I am sure by now you are counselled well about Diet and relaxation , If not get back here for more help.

How to Cope with Anxiety and Depression Disorder

Unlike what you may think, anxiety is a common emotional response in a situation where we are worried about an outcome. It is, in fact, beneficial to us as it keeps us alert and charged for a reaction. Anxiety disorder, however, comes when you lose control over your reaction and let it take control of your life in a way that disables you from living a normal life. 
The first thing to do as a positive step is to accept that you have a disorder. Mental health problems are as big as physical problems. Just like the body needs to be treated to cure a disease, the mind too can be treated to cure you of your problems. The next thing to do is to know what type of disorder you are suffering from to get specific treatment for it.

Connection between anxiety and depression:
Anxiety is not just incessant worrying. It is sometimes an obsessive compulsive disorder that can takeover your life or a terrifying phobia that can prevent you from doing things that are routine for others. Over a period of time, living with such a disorder can take an emotional toll leading to depression.  Chance of developing depression in addition to anxiety is quite high. In fact, almost half of all people with major depression also suffer from severe and persistent anxiety. In many cases people suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anxiety are also victims of depression.

Symptoms of anxiety and depression disorder
Constant fear and worry
Loss of interest in normal life, hobbies and activities
Insomnia and fatigue with inability to relax
Panic attacks
Feeling of sadness and worthlessness

Coping with anxiety and depression disorder
The first and most important thing to know is that both conditions are treatable and patients who get regular care, medication and support from friends and family can come back to living a normal life. Here are some of the treatments available:

1. Medication: Taking proper medication is very important as it acts quickly and is quite safe. Most people do not take medication, such as sleeping pills, fearing they might get addicted to them, which is a myth. Also, medications prescribed by your doctor are safe and specific that is why they have been prescribed.

2. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): It is used to first figure out what the cause behind the anxiety or depression. It is then used to teach people to manage their fears, anxieties, and depressive symptoms and also learn how to take control of their emotions. Another therapy used for treating depression is Emotive Behaviour therapy.

3. Lifestyle modification: In order to overcome, anxiety and depression, certain lifestyle changes are required, such as one should exercise daily at least for 30 minutes and eat a healthy diet.

4. Counselling: Counselling helps the person to overcome the oppressive thoughts and cope up with the feeling of worthlessness.

5. Group therapy: Knowing you are not alone with your pains and fears can often come as a big relief. Not only will the patient benefit from joining a local support group, the care giver will also learn how to cope with the developments of the disorder and how they can continue to provide care and support to their loved ones.

Is too much diarrieah can cause hiv? I have on and off diarrieah problem which I'm facing from 20 days I have pain in my stool area which was detected as minor fisher for which I treated well but now the problem is whenever I eat little bit outside I feel watery stools someone told me it can be symptom of hiv? You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time. Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. For these minerals to be assimilated in our body we must refrain from junk food and food that contains trans-fats as these interfere with the absorption of the minerals and nutrients which are needed for our growth. In order to get protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and calcium required for healthy growth and development, we should make these following items a part of our everyday meal. • Egg yolk • Carrots • Fish The importance of calcium in the overall development of the human body cannot be ignored. This nutrient is vital for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and cartilages. Thus, it is advisable to have milk and dairy products to fulfill our calcium requirements. Proper sleep A good night’s sleep is absolutely essential not only for our overall well being but our growth also. It is due to the fact that the growth hormone does its job of thickening and lengthening your bones during deep sleep. Correct sleeping posture is also crucial for proper growth as correct posture keeps the spine straight and this adds to our inches. Exercises to Increase Height: All of us know about the benefits of exercising, exercises, if done correctly and consistently can cure half our diseases. Exercising in all its forms is generally good for maintaining our bodies in good shape, but there are specific exercises which help us in increasing our height. Before we get to know about these exercises we should always remember that how we sit or stand also contributes to a large extent to how tall we appear. If our posture is not correct, that is we sit sloughed or don’t stand straight, we appear shorter than we actually are. So keep your spinal erect awhile sitting as well as standing. Tadasana: Also known as the mountain pose is very effective as , this asana helps in lengthening your spine. Bhujanga asana is also very effective as it elongates and strengthens our spine. In fact, all the asanas which stretch our spine work wonderfully Height Increasing Factors: There are some important factors that are necessary in determining your height. These factors are naturally and easily available and play an important role in increasing your height. Meditation The major systems in the human body are the endocrine system. The pituitary gland releases human growth hormone (HGH). This is responsible for height increase. So, take 5min. Medication on the pituitary gland and stimulate this will helpful to release growth hormone. The pituitary gland is located in the center of the skull, just behind the bridge of the nose, is about the size of a pea. You see the effect of meditation. So try it and increase your height such a magic, but scientific way. Exposure to sunlight Sunlight is one of the most important sources of vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to your height in the greatest way because of its effect on bone growth. Exposure to sunlight allows your body to get the required dose of Vitamin D. Sunbathing, especially early in the morning or late afternoon, can be very beneficial because the ultraviolet radiation is at its lowest during this time. Growth stunting factors People should refrain from abusing substances like alcohol and some narcotics etc..As these substances dehydrate us and they also interfere with our growth, metabolism resulting in stunted growth and development. People who are trying to gain weight should moderate their intake of caffeine as it interferes with calcium absorption, which in turn is very important for our growth. Stress Stress is the is the root cause of many diseases and it also has a negative effect on our growth by interfering with the working of our endocrine system. Immunity Build up your immunity as a sound immune system means a healthy body and a healthy and happy body means time for growth.

Check your hemoglobin and thyroid levels. If you are facing tremendous stress then try to reduce that by meditation and Yoga. Try to get undisturbed sound sleep from 10p.m.onwards. Avoid spicy and salty food stuffs. If this doesn't work then need medical intervention.

Doing jumping exercises is the best way to increase height in an effective manner. During jumping exercises, the spine and calf muscles experience stretching due to the forceful lifting of the feet from the ground. Jumping exercises also increase blood supply to the bones and increases bone density, and it also stimulates the growth hormones.

For Maintain normal blood pressure follow these instructions: • Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate. • Eat an apple daily it maintain your BP normal. • Take your meal daily do not skip meal. • Drink 8 - 9 glass of water daily. Hydrate your body well with drinking proper amount of water because dehydration is also cause fall of BP. • When you feel that your BP is low then take 2 teaspoons of Glucon D and add a pinch of salt mix it in one glass of water and drink it. You can repeat it after 2 hours. This will maintain electrolyte balance and your BP. You can drink a cup of tea. • Drink a glass of milk daily. It maintain your stamina. • Take a multivitamin capsule daily for 15 days. • Eat a teaspoon of gulkand daily and maintain your blood sugar level. • Do long breathing pranayams daily and do not take stress.

Hi, it is normal to have some weakness and body pain while during fever and also post remission of fever. For a speedier recovery, however, I would advise you to have a healthy yet light diet and take fruits/ juices and drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. It is advisable to remain on a fruits only diet, exclusively, for a day or two to begin with. You may take a glass warm milk to which a pinch of fresh turmeric powder and black pepper powder are added. This can provide relief from fever, pains and cough, if any. Then after, gradually you can embark on a balanced diet with due emphasis on fresh fruits/ light cooked green leafy vegetables. Getting enough rest and relaxation are also key to a faster recovery, apart from the ones mentioned above. At the same time, do regularize your lifestyle too. Hope this helps.
