Hi if you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in short period of time, * drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, * don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meals, l * avoid oily, fermented and stale foods, *drink lukewarm water regularly as possible, * sleep upto 10.30 pm, * do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning, * avoid cold things, intermittent eating, heavy foods, contact with dust and pollen grains, day time sleeping, @ TAKE 20 ml of ginger juice with 1 tsf of jiggery before meals, @ take 2 tablets of SWAS-KASA-CHINTAMANI RASA, early in the morning on empty stomach along with 1 tsf of honey and ginger juice, @ take ½ tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, Do all these things for 30 days, gives you good result. THANKS.

Having sores inside mouth and tongue and constipation what medicine should I take?

Would you little elaborate like, when and how it started, how long, positions of ulcers, your personal habit of food, occupation - these may help to arrive at some diagnosis. What I can gather you are obese and possibly do not do any physical. What I suggest are: 1) Start brisk walking at least 5 km daily. Do physical exercise like abdominal crunches and all others. 2) Take plenty of oral fluid (plain water) on regular basis. 3) Take high fibre food regularly. 3) Stop animal protein for about a month and stop high fat diet forever. 4) Once or twice week Isogel Husk 3-4 tsp inthe evening with water and take about 300 ml of water immediately after that. Or Mucibeal 2 Tsp in the evening with water and same way followed by 300 ml of water. If your bowels are well clear twice a week, that is enough for your health. But avoid stool to get hard. Gradually withdraw Mucibeal as the condition is improved 5) Hexigel - can be applied locally on ulcers. Add fresh lemon juice at least of one lemon per day, in your diet list. 6) Vizylac - 1 cap twice daily after food for about two weeks.

Hello. For improve sexual life do daily exercise 45 min. And eat healthy diet. Eat green vegetables and protein content in diet. Avoid excessive masturbation. Take care.

I am suffering from a issue which is personal. And related to my sexual life .like I can't do sex with my partner so long because of what that I don't know. While doing masturbation my cum comes very soon like it is not more then 5 minutes. Kindly advice what should I do to increase my time and get rid of this problem. I am suffering from diabetic last 10 years. Also gastritis my age 42 weight 74 kg. When gas filler in my stomach I am afraid then I am anxiety. Then run to hospital doctors give lesuride inj and I feel relaxed within half hour. Many doctor I visited all types of medical report done like endoscopy ,angiography, nothing comes in. U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, mints or mint-flavoured foods, pungent, sour things, tomato-based foods. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. Chickenpox is caused by the Varicella Zoster Virus, which is from the family of herpes viruses. The same virus causes Herpes Zoster in adults. It spreads through the respiratory tract which includes mucous membranes of the mouth and the nose. It is an airborne disease and spreads through tiny droplets in the air. These droplets containing the virus come from cough or sneeze of an infected person. It can also spread through contact with the blisters of an infected person. A person can spread the virus even before he himself has developed the full fledged infection. This can happen for a day or two prior to developing the rash. The contagious period remains well through the time when the person has rash till the time all the blisters have formed crusts. There is a prodromal period of about 14-16 days from the infection to the appearance of the symptoms. This means that if someone is infected today, he or she will start getting the symptoms around two weeks after the exposure. One is at a higher risk of getting chickenpox if one has never had it before and also if one has not been vaccinated against it. The most important thing to take care is that one should try to avoid all contact with any infected person. The virus spreads through air when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Therefore it is important that one should not be too close to any person who is infected. Any person who is infected should be isolated to the maximum extent possible so that others do not come into contact. Coming into direct contact with the blisters should be strictly avoided. Using or touching clothes or towels of an infected person needs to be completely avoided. The contagious period starts a day or two before a person starts showing the symptoms of the disease and lasts till the eruptions turn into scabs. There are many homeopathic remedies which can help in the treatment of chickenpox. As mentioned earlier, this is a viral infection and allopathic medicines are hardly able to treat this. Homeopathic medicines are very effective in the treatment of chickenpox just like they are effective in the treatment of other viral infections. Homeopathic remedies like Antim Crudum, Dulcamara, Rhus Tox and Merc Sol are very effective in the treatment of Chickenpox. Another little known fact is that Homeopathic medicines are also good prophylactics. This means that they can help prevent you from contracting chickenpox. Oranges and other citrus fruits are excellent for the immune system. It is advisable to have one glass of orange juice daily. One important point to remember is that you should stay away from additives in juices. Natural fruit and vegetable juices are good for you at this time. Fresh vegetables and raw fruits are recommended as well. Herbal teas such as cinnamon, basil and chamomile are good too. Other foods that will help are carrots, cashew nuts, tofu, walnut, egg, ginger, garlic, beetroot, and blueberry and so on. It is also advisable to consume raw organic fruits and vegetables. Foods which contain a lot of water are recommended as well since the body can easily digest such foods and process the nutrients in them. Cucumber, tomatoes, spinach watermelon, kiwi, sprouts, and so on fall into this category of water rich foods. Foods To Avoid Chicken pox food to avoid includes dairy products, meats, bread or any other kind of heavy food that is difficult for the body to process. Stay away from processed and junk foods as well. They have little or no nutritional value to offer the body. Red meat and fried foods or other similarly prepared foods should also be avoided when following a diet to cure chicken pox. An unhealthy diet with will not help the person’s immune system to produce antibodies to fight the infection.

1. Normal fasting blood sugar level is 75-115 mg/dl and post prandial (2 hour after breakfast/ meal) is <140 mg/dl 2. A person is considered diabetic if fasting blood sugar is>. 140 mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar is>200 mg/dl 3. A person havingfasting blood sugar between 115 mg/dl to 140 mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar between 140 mg/dl to 200 mg/dl is considered to be suffering from igt (impaired glucose tolerance) and is prone to develop diabetis if adequate precaution is not taken.

I am not getting complete motion early morning after having good break fast at 9.00 am able to get complete motion. And when I eat any spicy food some irritation while going motion.

Take 2-3 glasses of warm water with lemon and honey, when you get up in morning. Go for a walk. Take a cup of tea. During the day take salads, fresh fruits in plenty. Drink at least 2 lts of water daily. Take a cup of hot milk before going to bed. You can also take isabgol with milk. Avoid taking any medicine as they are habit forming.

Over addiction is the bad thing. PE can be treated by Stambhak group of herbs. Regarding control on addiction, determination is needed. Some palliative herbs may help to control it further. Both are separate issues. Pl enquire further if interested.

Dear Lybrate User, Diet & Lifestyle Advice •Include whole grains in the diet, such as wheat bread/pasta and brown rice. •Cheese and yogurt prepared with skimmed (nonfat) milk may be taken. •Use garlic, onion, bitter gourd, spinach, raw banana, and black plum. •Make a flour mixture of 1 part barley, 1 part black chickpeas, and 4 parts whole-wheat flour and use this to form pancakes and bread. •Avoid sweet, sour, and salty foods, potatoes, sweet potatoes, colocasia (taro), yams, fresh grains and pulses (legumes), whole yogurt (high in fat), and heavy, oily and spicy foods. •Avoid sweet fruits like pineapple, grapes, mangoes, etc. •Start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. Build up to a brisk walk of 30-40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. •Avoid sleeping in the daytime.
