I am a 25 year old average built & slim body guy. I am suffering from occasional stomach pain since my childhood. Get all check ups & tests done many times. Nothing results in those tests & checkups. But the pain occurs by taking gaps of days consistently. What could be the reason.

Stomachache can be cured by homeopathic treatment but it requires strict individualization. So can not prescribe any medicine without detailed history- a severe paroxysmal pain in the abdomen, due to spasm, obstruction, or distention of some one of the hollow viscera. {hepatic colic}, the severe pain produced by the passage of a gallstone from the liver or gall bladder through the bile duct. {intestinal colic}, or {ordinary colic}, pain due to distention of the intestines by gas. {lead colic}, {painter's colic}, a violent form of intestinal colic, associated with obstinate constipation, produced by chronic lead poisoning. {renal colic}, the severe pain produced by the passage of a calculus from the kidney through the ureter. {wind colic}. {intestinal colic}.

What should be threshold level of sugar in blood for the age group above 50 years ( Fating and PP) What is HbA1C1 test. What it indicates

MD - Pathology
Pathologist, Noida
There is no age wise specific reference range for glucose. WHO protocols says fasting sugar levels below 110 are normal, between 110-125 - impaired glucose tolerance, and > 126 - diabetes. Similarly for PP samples , < 140 is normal, 140-200 is impaired , > 200 is - diabetes . These tests must be repeated at least once, PLUS you must also have some clinical symptoms of diabetes. HBAic test indicates your average blood sugar levels for preceding three months. It is basically to assess whether your sugar levels were controlled during the preceding 3 months or not. Again, a Hbaic > 6.5 % is highly suggestive of diabetes.

1.Keep a food diary. Chart what and when you eat every day for several weeks to learn about your eating habits and identify places to add calories. Online programs like MyFitnessPal and Fitday can make tracking easy-peasy. 2. Add it up. Try adding an extra 200+ calories a day in the beginning 4. Focus on quality, not quantity. Even when you?re trying to gain weight, burgers, chips, and milkshakes all day (?err day) isn?t great for a body. Instead, choose nutrient-dense foods from all food groups, Good options include whole grains like whole wheat pasta, fruits and vegetables, nuts, and lean protein. 5. Eat more frequently. And never skip meals! It?s easy to feel full fast when you start introducing more calories into each meal; changes in food intake might also bring on gastrointestinal issues and even acne. Make things easier on your belly by spreading calorie intake out over five to six smaller meals throughout the day. 6. Snack smart. Choose calorie-dense snacks like nuts, cheese, dried fruits, yogurt with granola, avocados, and pretzels or whole grain crackers with nut butters or hummus. If leaving the house for a while, pack snacks for calories-on-the-go. 7. Drink it down. Instead of diet soda and other low-cal drinks, choose filling, high-calorie beverages like smoothies, healthy shakes, or liquid meal replacements. Drink fluids in between meals to add calories and to avoid filling up on beverages during meals (which might make people eat less solid food). 8. Eat before bed. Consider this your permission slip for the midnight munchies. A lot of healing and regeneration happens while we sleep, so eating before bed can give your body the nutrients it needs to do the work. 9. Set attainable goals. And remember to be patient. Just like weight loss, weight gain is a process?and often a slow one, Cassetty says. Gaining might take years, so don?t give up hope if you don?t pack on immediate pounds. The rate at which a person needs to gain weight depends on their health goals and current health status, and a physician or nutritionist can help establish a reasonable goal weight. Signs of reaching an ideal weight include increased energy, stabilized hunger patterns, and overall good health. 10. Get support. It?s important to have a strong support system throughout the process of gaining weight, Cassetty says, both to help gainers achieve their goals and to cope with the emotional issues that might arise from bodily changes. 11. Dress well. Don?t put off feeling good about your appearance. Talk nicely to yourself and choose outfits that make you feel good

Hello, I have dark spots on my teeth which looks ugly. How do I clean my teeth with home remedies. Please advice me.
Hello lybrate-user! If the dark spots that you have are stains and not caries on your teeth then Scaling and polishing done by your dentist will help you resolve the problem of staining/dark spots. Since you have asked about home remedies, why do not you try brushing your teeth with paste made up of baking soda and lemon, twice a week. For more detailed and step by step guidance you can contact me.

Yes, so avoid cold+other cold stuff's indiscriminate use, oralhygene+drez gargles in each attack. If severe infection use cefchamp, 2/day+ imolplus, 2/day+ ebast20, 1 at night for 10 days.

I previously have problem of acne and pimples but now I have no pimple problem but there is pimple holes are on face ...
* Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---will cause pores, scars and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *For your information, many skin creams (mostly fairness cream brands) are considered harmful and banned by Central Govt, Health ministry during March, 2016. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) supported the ban. *Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Blocking pores by creams may cause more pimples. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy. Homoeopathy has good treatment without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment. Take Antim crd 200—once daily in the morning.
