I am not able sleep properly I try sleep but in my dreams I see someone dragging me some where n many more horrible dreams n I want to wake up but some thing pulled me back every time please help me.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week.

Hi… apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2 tablets of raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila and rootz shampoo, do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

I am currently suffering from unusual weakness from 3-4 days. Like my platelet count is decreased. Help me how to increase it?

Reduced production of platelets due to leukemia, some types of anemia, viral infections, exposure to toxic chemicals, chemotherapy drugs, heavy alcohol consumption and deficiency of essential vitamins like vitamin B12. Simply drink ½ cup of wheatgrass juice mixed with a little lemon juice daily. In ½ glass of fresh pumpkin juice, add 1 teaspoon of honey and drink it 2 or 3 times a day. Also, include pumpkin in your diet by adding pumpkin puree to soups, stews, smoothies and baked goods. Boil 4 or 5 leaves of fresh spinach in 2 cups of water for a few minutes. Allow it to cool, and mix in 1/2 glass of tomato juice. Drink it 3 times a day. Also, enjoy this green vegetable in salads, green smoothies, side dishes or soups. Eat foods high in vitamin C like lemons, oranges, tomatoes, cantaloupes, kiwi, spinach, bell peppers and broccoli. Eat 3 to 4 gooseberries on an empty stomach every morning. Alternatively, mix together 2 tablespoons each of amla juice and honey. Drink it 2 or 3 times daily

Natural methods to increase our height are all based on sound scientific methods and they do work if we follow them. These methods do not claim to give drastic results because these don’t interfere with our endocrine system and functioning of our body. These methods are the best way to try to increase your height. Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. For these minerals to be assimilated in our body we must refrain from junk food and food that contains trans-fats as these interfere with the absorption of the minerals and nutrients which are needed for our growth. In order to get protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and calcium required for healthy growth and development, we should make these following items a part of our everyday meal. • Egg yolk • Beef • Carrots • Fish The importance of calcium in the overall development of the human body cannot be ignored. Correct sleeping posture is also crucial for proper growth as correct posture keeps the spine straight and this adds to our inches. Exercises to Increase Height: All of us know about the benefits of exercising, exercises, if done correctly and consistently can cure half our diseases. Exercising in all its forms is generally good for maintaining our bodies in good shape, but there are specific exercises which help us in increasing our height. Before we get to know about these exercises we should always remember that how we sit or stand also contributes to a large extent to how tall we appear. If our posture is not correct, that is we sit sloughed or don’t stand straight, we appear shorter than we actually are. So keep your spinal erect awhile sitting as well as standing. Stretching exercises are a great way to add up to your height a few inches. Some of the stretching exercises are: 1. Basic leg stretches 2. Super stretch and touching toes 3. Twists 4. Cobra stretching 5. Bar-pulls (hanging from the bars) Hanging from bars 3 to 4 rounds, each round lasting a minute is very effective. The different yoga positions make your body supple, besides stimulating the growth hormones. Tadasana: Also known as the mountain pose is very effective as , this asana helps in lengthening your spine. Bhujanga asana is also very effective as it elongates and strengthens our spine. In fact, all the asanas which stretch our spine work wonderfully Height Increasing Factors: There are some important factors that are necessary in determining your height. These factors are naturally and easily available and play an important role in increasing your height. Meditation The major systems in the human body are the endocrine system. The pituitary gland releases human growth hormone (HGH). This is responsible for height increase. So, take 5min. Medication on the pituitary gland and stimulate this will helpful to release growth hormone. The pituitary gland is located in the center of the skull, just behind the bridge of the nose, is about the size of a pea. You see the effect of meditation. So try it and increase your height such a magic, but scientific way. Exposure to sunlight Sunlight is one of the most important sources of vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to your height in the greatest way because of its effect on bone growth. Exposure to sunlight allows your body to get the required dose of Vitamin D. Sunbathing, especially early in the morning or late afternoon, can be very beneficial because the ultraviolet radiation is at its lowest during this time. Growth stunting factors People should refrain from abusing substances like alcohol and some narcotics etc..As these substances dehydrate us and they also interfere with our growth, metabolism resulting in stunted growth and development. People who are trying to gain weight should moderate their intake of caffeine as it interferes with calcium absorption, which in turn is very important for our growth. Stress Stress is the is the root cause of many diseases and it also has a negative effect on our growth by interfering with the working of our endocrine system. Immunity Build up your immunity as a sound immune system means a healthy body and a healthy and happy body means time for growth.

You should eat diet which provide you energy. Eat food more in carbohydrate and protein but less in fat. Do regular exercise. Add nuts and fruits in your routine. Drink 8-10 glass of water. Apply sun screen on face before going out. Wash face with gram flour.

Don't use lemon juice on hair as it contains citric acid which is harmful to hair. Take proper tretment of dandruff. It is easily treatable by selsun shampoo once every week.

My both leg got operated for ligament tear after then continually my leg is suffering with pain lack of strength however I am doing exercise also .now my left leg knee is severely getting me in trouble and pain unstoppable doctor said cartilage problem and for again for operation and simultaneously same problem started with right knee also .i can not bent my leg and it is paining in either of the condition and can not leave it straight or can not fold it .i do not want to do operation .phytharsphy started again .please help me to get rid of this.

Hello lybrate-user after your ligament surgery you did regular Physio? Coz muscle strengthening exs are very important. And you need to do progressive strengthening training dat helps you to reduce pain. Nw at dis moment if pain is bearable you can start wit static exs n dan d dynamic strengthening. Best way to visit a Physio. Till dat time you can do knee pressing exs wit towel roll beneath. Knee bending in lying down position. N in sitting position straighten your knee.

These are the cause of whitening of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to lack of nutrition • Use of chemical products such as hair colours For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent white hairs. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Homeopathy medicine for frequent urination. I am diabetic since 3 years and my sugar levels are normal. I get more urination in the morning. Generally I take around 2 ltrs of water in the morning. But I go for urine upto in the evening around 8 times. Average I take around 3 1/2 ltrs in a day. During night I get urine only once. Pl suggest good medicine. I have also hypertension.

You take lot of water in the morning and have frequent urination. I find nothing abnormal in your case as far as frequent urination is concerned. If you take 8 to10 glasses of water per day.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

There is no scientific evidence to support it. It is true that high levels of androgens (male sex hormones) can be related to severe cases of acne but hormone levels are not affected by masturbation and sex.
