I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals like sprouts.avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

HELLO THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FINE AND NOTHING IS ABNORMAL. PROBABLE REASONS ARE. WIFE'S HYMEN MAY BE THICK VAGINAL TRACK MAY BE NARROW. FIRST INSERT CONDOM WRAPPED FINGER INSIDE VAGINA. THEN SLOWLY TRY WITH PENIS.

hi rajesh we think diabeties means just increase in sugar level, that's it... no never wrong diabetes is one of danger illness facing many Indians today... over looking your age and weight, seems you have type one diabetes... diabetes can damage nerve and peripheral blood vessels and also damage microcellular functions... better you follow ayurvedic treatment...

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Since how long fever was there and was it with shiverings or chills. How many days medication has been taken. I would suggest you to notice the temperature pattern and observe the urine and stool (laterine) if any complaints or not? Go for Syp. Bresol (Himalaya company) 1 spoon twice daily along with Tab. Septilin 1/2 tab two times daily for 5 days. Observe for 1-2 days If still fever is there go for a blood test. Revert back for any assistance.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Sleeping and waking at the same time every day (including weekends), learning simple meditation and practicing it before bedtime, getting adequate exercise during the day, limiting caffeine consumption and restricting it to mornings avoiding alcohol, which is a great sleep disrupter, keeping the bedroom dark, especially as people get older, keeping the bedroom cool (and sleeping under blankets) take hot bath 1 hr before sleeping take one glass of hot milk.

Hello- 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. 2. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. 5. Eat soluble fiber. Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements like glucomannan can also help. 6. Drink coffee or tea. If you’re a coffee or a tea drinker, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine in them can boost your metabolism by 3-11%. 7. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. 8. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. 9. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

It's a surgical problem hence home remedies r not effective if last molar consult a maxillofacial surgeon if not in correct direction it may have to be removed

Give him the best medicine or paramaushadh. Mix 200 ml honey, 100 ml cow ghee & 50 ml til tail. Mix thoroughly in mixer & give him 1 tsf daily. He will never fall sick. Also give him swamla compund 1/2 tsf regularly.
