Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

After I get forehead done in the parlour I get pimples and skin turns red. And then I get spots on my forehead. How can I prevent this?

How to keep our weight main again? Means my schedule is not that free to do exercise daily so how I can stay fit only by diet.

Know your nutrient timing train your weaknesses eat carbs get lots of sleep keep fats in train with intensity don't eat the same food every day you need to take a high protein high calorie diet eat more proteins eat good fats drink plenty of water do exercise eat good fats.

Dr. I cannot take proper meals for sometimes and I have take sometime 2 half sir I have not good diet so I cannot focus on any work for a long time so what I have to do for improve my digestion and over thinking some time so like stress taking more and also happens wear and tear in my neck and also I cannot take workload on my mind and also like that I cannot good communicate with people feel like I have no words for taking in my mind when I am front of people but when I am alone I can solve easily any work. If it's run long time I have no memory help.

You seemed to have discomfort in social situations and you are worried about that. Stop worrying about it. If you don't feel hungry take more juices ,fruits and vegetables Do regular exrcise and play Try to move with friends and be engaged. Your problem may be social anxiety and. Try to learn skills through which will gain confidence.

I haven't slept for 2 days and now my head is aching, what to do? Please help me.

Hi, Take tab dolo 650 mg sos for your headache and sleep well. Please follow these tips : Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7PM. Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

Water should be taken either before 45 minutes of meal or after 1hr 48 minutes of meal.
Bcz- when we eat it get transfer to epigastrium & then intestine where it converted to energy by biochemical process. This energy transfer to different part of body this mean digestion of food lasting for 1 hr 48 minutes.
If we drink water during this process get hamper & get diluted result in fermentation of food.
Fermentation mean creat toxin low density lipo protein (ldp) mean cholesterol & uric acid.
Cholesterol predesposing factor for heart attack.
Uric acid causes generalised joint pain.
Inkso do not drink water for 1hr 48 minutes.
If drink water before 45 minutes of meal it reach whole part of body& finally urinarry bladder.
So drink only necessary amount of water.

Hy sir I am married and I have no child and I have consult a doctor about my wife pregnancy .we both of us report is normal but my sperm count is less so tell me how can I increase my sperm count without medicine. .i do not want to take medicine .tell me food or fruits supplement to increase the sperm count.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

Sir according to ayurveda sciatica is vata disease and mainly nervous system's diseases. But if one is using excessive quantity of vata aggravating foods and behaviour then vata is vitiated in the sciatic nerve and gradually pain and inflammation arises either one leg. We suggest to avoid curd, citrus taste e. G. Pickles, tamarind and highly proteineous food. We suggest to hot water sipping boiled with ginger every half-hour. Oil massage and hot fomentation as these are vata pacifying.

It had been found in recent study that children who take antibiotics have an increased risk of developing juvenile arthritis compered to who do not receive antibiotics. Upper respiratory tract infections treated with antibiotics were more strongly associated with juvenile arthritis. Use of antifungal and antiviral drugs was not associated with juvenile arthritis. The patients with juvenile arthritis are also more vulnerable to serious infections because their immune system may not function properly.

HAIR Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. My total cholesterol (cholesterol oxidase method) is 91 mg,/dL. HDL (direct measurement method) is 30 mg/dL and LDL (calculated method) is 44.6 Triglycerides (Enzymatic End point method) are 82 Please tell me whether 1. I am going to get heart attack? 2. Can I take curd (yogurt) once in a day.
