Good morning doctor. I am 20 years old a bpt student of 3rd year. Recently my result came I have got supply in one of my exams (i. E. Pharmacology) although I have gave that exam very nicely dnt knw d reason behind that. My exam is going to be held again by the end of this month or march starting. My problem is that I cannot concentrate on my studies. Earlier I was not at all like this I was vrry conscious for my study. My mother always complains me that I am addicted to my phone and I too think so that it is the major cause behind it also my attraction of my friends. They all are all. Clear in their exams they are kind off free now but I had to study more harder as this is my tym now. Although I know all these things bt still I am using phn all d tym. Become very eager to talk and chat with them. I always keep telling myself that no I should nt bt I jst can not concentrate on my study my heart always win from my brain. I pick up my books and suddenly mood goes off and become lazy. Dear sir or mam I dnt want to spoil my upcoming future bcz of these things please help me and suggest mee what to do feeling very stressed whenever I realize that I have gone one day more without even touching my books and learning a single sentence. I really want to tell you to embrace your beautiful skin! If you do want to lighten your skin, I would like to give you reasonable expectations. It is strongly recommended to avoid the sun to the areas you want lightened - daily sunscreen with spf30+ and hats, sun avoidance, etc. Full body chemical peeling along with oral glutathione tablets along with vitamin c helps in skin whitening. There are various laser machines also available like ndyag etc that helps in skin lightening. You can visit your dermatologist for a proper schedule.

Causes of hair loss can be hormonal- dht hormone, deficiency of vitamin d3, b complex, hypothyroidism and genetic. Greying of hair causes are still unknown but calcium pantothenate is known to help.

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार - बालों का असमय सफेद होना पित्त दोष की अधिकता के कारण होता है । - पित्त दोष का मतलब है शरीर के ऊष्मा तत्व की वृद्धि - गर्म तासीर का भोजन जैसे खट्टी चीजे, जायदा नमक, जायदा मिर्च, जंक फ़ूड, फ़ास्ट फ़ूड खाने से शरीर का पित्त प्रकुपित हो जाता है जिसके कारण बालों का झड़ना, सफ़ेद होना, मुँहासे, त्वचा के रोग उत्पन्न होने लगते है । - इसमें ठंडी तासीर का भोजन एवं औषधि अच्छा काम करती है - कुछ घरेलू नुस्खे जैसे पके हुए पेठे का जूस दिन में दो बार दे । - आँवले का चूर्ण दिन में दो से तीन बार दे । - भृंगराज आयल की मसाज सर पर करे । बाकी औषदि चिकत्सा के लिए मुझ से संपर्क करे

Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria, and acne are known to be exacerbated by psychological stress and are also associated with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. (biochemic) calc sulph, cuprum ars are some medicines available for these and most important is it requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

It seems that for one or the other reason you are accumulating stress and in that stress your behavior is less than what you expect. This could be due to some change which happened recently in your life or might be due to our modern life style which causes this stress. It could also be due to change in your life. And you might not know what direction your life might take turn if you have finished your study and either looking for a work or life partner or some profession course. Or it could be for any other such reason. When we are stressed it is natural for us to feel lonely, feel sad and down and at times feel irritated, frustrated and get angry. As we take time out to do so many thing in our daily life we also need to learn how to take care of our inner self. How to nurture and grow our true self. Following tips will help you rebuild new response when you are stressed. Chronic stress is a byproduct of our busy life style these days, which at times leads to feeling of burnout and depression. Building your resilience will help you manage your stress and help in depression. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. As a positive psychologist and a certified life and wellness coach I would be able to help build resilience and confidence to take on life and learn how to excel in what you do. 3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with � cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.

There is no medication to increase height. It's as per your parents height. Unless you have some hormonal problem. Size of breast does not increase after the pubertal phase which you already have acc to your history. It increases further during lactational phase. Control your dietary habits. And do exercises to tone your body and muscles.

I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through diet. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.
