The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

If the pericoronitis is limited to the tooth (for example, if the pain and swelling has not spread), treat it by rinsing your mouth with warm salt water. You should also make sure that the gum flap has no food trapped under it. If your tooth, jaw, and cheek are swollen and painful, see your dentist right away.

How To Prevent Plaque Deposition On Teeth?

How to prevent plaque deposition on teeth?
Plaque is a soft, sticky film that builds up on your teeth. This sticky coating contains millions of bacteria in your mouth. The bacteria in plaque cause tooth decay, gum disease and making an acid that is corrosive to your teeth earlier. If they are not removed regularly through brushing and flossing, then professional cleaning of teeth is required.

Healthy smile depends on good oral hygiene. So brushing properly, flossing, dentist visit and using mouthwash are basic to maintaining good oral hygiene.
The best way to remove plaque from teeth is as follows.

  • Use fluoride toothpaste.
  • Brush your teeth twice a day.
  • Use tartar control toothpaste.
  • Brush with baking soda mixture.
  • Use aloe vera gel and glycerine scrub.
  • Use orange peel.
  • Add fruits and vegetables in your meal.
  • Chew sesame seeds.
  • Chew guava leaves then split out. This process continues twice a day.
  • Avoid sugary food like chocolate, sweet etc
  • Visit dentist routinely for a checkup like cleaning process.

Usually ulcer heals by itself only within 1 week. You can take'becosule capsule' once in a day for 1 week for faster recovery. Temporarily you can apply mucopain gel over ulcer for relief.

Having nerves pull in right side of my face and unable to open my mouth widely and chew anything harder and having headache and ear pain.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with T. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, C. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. You may consult me in person. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. If sores are large, painful or persistent, your dentist may prescribe an antimicrobial mouth rinse, a corticosteroid ointment, or a prescription or non-prescription solution to reduce the pain and irritation.
