You cannot take chest pain lightly. Kindly visit a good physician who after proper examination and few tests can tell you more about the cause of your chest pain.

I had a surgery for slip disk C5 C6 it was almost 90% pressure on spinal cord the slip disc was from front of the vertebral column. My surgery is done near the neck right side. My right hand n leg was getting numb at all time few fingers in my hand were totally numb n senseless I was not able to do Any sort of work.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Kali phos 200x +Mag phos 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Hello, What's your weight? As overweight can cause pain in body! Do take Calcium and Iron tablets regularly. Try to take enough rest (which might not be possible in your case because of small baby). If possible, start doing light exercises, you can take advise from physiotherapist as sitting for long hours which stagnant the blood circulation. Medication: Take Arnica 30 and Rhus Tox. 30 - both thrice daily for 3 weeks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels and sometimes due to some medications if taken for a long time as well. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Do again MRI. If all is OK then start physiotherapy treatment and strength exercises of spine in gradually process.

Ok as your requirement avoid all exercise for 3 days and do rest tk physiotherapy treatment for few days swd ift ultrasonic therapy it will help you and giving you relief after 3 days you can start spine extension exercise with treatment. For future avoid forward bending, heavyweight, long sitting and standing keep your posture straight.

Most likely you have intervertebral disc bulge causing decrease in gap on x ray. Most cases resolve with supportive treatment as described below. Very few cases, need treatment like epidural steroid injections for disc bulge causing sciatica. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief 2. Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult immediately (read my health tip on sciatica for further information) for further queries consult again.
