7 hours sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hours and you will feel fresh and active Get following test done and review with reports CBC Thyroid function test (fasting)

Your wife is pregnant. I advise her to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs.

This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Hi, since you have pcos, I suggest you need to treat this disorder first so that your hormonal imbalance is corrected, only then you will be able to lose weight. Regarding exercises, pls buy a book called" from fat to fit" by Dr. Dhiren gala and follow the exercises mentioned there. Dandruff: dandruff is a common chronic scalp condition marked by flaking of the skin on your scalp. Measures to combat dandruff: 1) use an antidandruff shampoo like selsun, every sunday for 4 weekends. 2) eat vitamin b and zinc supplement. 3) manage stress. 4) do not oil your scalp, but maintain cleanliness of scalp by shampooing twice a week and rinse hair properly after shampoo. Revert back if further help needed.

Home Remedy- 1-Boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well. Take 3-4 times a day. 2-Make an ointment by mixing an equal amount of powdered long pepper and turmeric with milk (preferably cow’s milk). Apply this on the external piles. Treatment- 1-Take arshantak vati 1-1 twice a day with warm water. 2-take pranacharya pilescure capsule 1-1 twice a day. 3-Pranacharya abhayarishta 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-apply pranacharya pilescure ointment on anal region. 5-if motions are not clear then take pranacharya virechan churna 1 tsf in warm water before night. Diet-take fresh buttermilk early morning. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Take slitz bath.
