Hello. Hair fall is becoz of Thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss. Take homeopathic treatment for complete cure. As long as follow this tips: 1.Hair Oil Massage. The first step that you can take to reduce hair loss is to massage your scalp with appropriate hair oil. 2. Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil. Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair. Keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo. 3.Treat hair loss naturally by eating more vitamins and supplements, and minerals for hair loss, such as Vitamin C, Biotin, Niacin, Iron and Zinc. If you cannot get these nutrients in the foods you eat, try vitamins for hair growth. 4. Vitamin C, B vitamins such as Biotin (Vitamin B7 or Vitamin H) and Niacin (Vitamin B3) have been shown to be essential vitamins for hair growth. To maintain shiny, healthy hair and provide the nutrients your hair needs, maintain a balanced diet with these top vitamins for hair growth. 5.The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. Vitamin C helps in the production of collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the hair shafts. 6. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process three to four times a week. For better result consult me.

Hi Lybrate User, I hope you realise by now that No medicine can reduce any weight. These are all myths and illusions. In fact people become more careless about food after taking the medicine hoping that the medicine will reduce weight. What you need to do now is. #1. Change your diet, get down to 1400 calories diet per day. #2. Do daily walk n jog for an hour. #3. Forget all these medicines or any shortcuts like lime Ginger honey green tea etc. These don't work. 'You' have to work. #4. Just focus on fruits, veggies, salads. #5. Your Thyroid problem is very minor, it will not add any weight. Take daily medicine, that solves the problem. #6. Take only one chapati in each meal. You can consult directly if you want.

I'm 22 years old measuring 5'11 inches. Though I eat more I'm not able to gain weight I'm very lean and I weigh 58 kgs. According to my BMI I should weigh 65. How to get that extra 7 kgs should I go to gym and build muscles? Or sit in my home and eat healthy foods? Suggest me some healthy habits. The habit I follow already is eating 4 badams ,a banana every night after food.

Hi lybrate-user, You can have soaked almonds (6-7) with milk at night (try to have your dinner till 08: 00 PM and milk by 09: 30 pm). Don't take banana during night hours. To gain healthy weight, we need to increase calories with diet and to utilize these calories we need to add some exercise. For exercise part: You need not to go for gym initially, you can start with planks, side planks followed by Running/ Jogging and stretching exercises. For diet: Take 5 meals (3 main meal, 2 small meal)/day. Have fruit/ vegetable juice 1/2 hour prior your workout and Soaked dry foods (6 walnuts+ 10 gm sunflower seeds + 10 raisins) OR 2 Eggs after 1/2 an hour. Have Trikatu churna (1 tea spoon) 1/2 hour prior Lunch and Dinner.

Massage butter oil into your scalp and hair daily before your shower. Eat sesame. Regularly wash hair with a gram flour and milk/curd mixture. Rub hair regularly with onion paste, and it will turn black. Take a multivitamin containing minerals like zinc and copper, which prevent premature graying.

first rule out the other causes of headache before terming as migraine like vision decrease,hypertension,acidity ,stress etc if it migraine then there are lot of medicines available for that like naproxen,headset,sibelium(flunarizine-10 mg) but these are not OTC drugs and u have to get written prescription from doctor first for that

Simple Home Remedies For Fatigue 1. Milk With Honey And Licorice One of the effective home remedies to treat tiredness and fatigue is to drink a glass of milk with honey and licorice. • In a glass of warm milk, add 2 tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of licorice powder. • Mix it well and drink this special milk two times a day, one time in the morning and one time in the evening. • You will not feel tired. 2. Indian Gooseberries Gooseberries are said to have a lot of medicinal properties and is considered to be one of the best home remedies to treat fatigue in humans. • Remove the seeds of 5 to 6 gooseberries. • Crush these gooseberries and add this paste to 300ml of hot water. • Now, boil this mixture for about 20 minutes and then allow it to cool. • Strain this liquid and drink this juice three times a day. • If you find it a bit sour, you can add honey to this juice. 3. Drink Water And Fluids It is very important for you to keep your body as hydrated as possible throughout the day to reduce fatigue symptoms. • It is ideal for you to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to stay free from tiredness. • You can also replace one or two glasses of water with milk, fruit juices or some refreshing green tea or health drink mix to reduce fatigue. 4. Eggs One of the most important things to fight fatigue is to eat a well balanced diet. Often in modern times, most of the people skip their breakfasts. This is not called for. • Never ever skip a breakfast. • It would be better for you to add an egg for breakfast every day to give you the energy to work for the whole day. • Eggs are loaded with iron, proteins, Vitamin A, folic acid and pantothenic acid. • You can prepare different varieties of eggs everyday like boiled egg or egg scrambler or half boiled or double boiled and so on. • Remember that the egg should only be consumed in the morning and for breakfast. 5. Skimmed Milk It is ideal for you to have a balanced diet to fight fatigue. You need to complement the carbohydrate intake with a rich amount of proteins and skimmed milk is loaded with proteins. • Adding proteins like skimmed milk with your carbohydrate diet will prevent the sleepy and tired feeling and will make you energized. • It would be ideal for you to start your day with cereals drenched in a cup of skimmed milk. 6. Coffee Caffeine present in the coffee is an excellent source to revitalize your body and to pep you up. • Drink one or two cups of coffee every day to energize and revitalize your body. • Caffeine present in the coffee is an energy booster, but you need to take it in moderation to prevent risk of insomnia and anxiety. • Try to drink black coffee or coffee with skimmed milk. 7. Asian Ginseng Ginseng is known to be an age old remedy for boosting energy. The ginseng roots have been used thousands of years back to treat exhaustion and weakened bodies. • Make sure that you only use Asian Ginseng to treat fatigue. • You should only go for Ginseng if you are really fatigued. • Take 2 grams of ginseng powder every day for six weeks. • You will find yourself energized and charged. 8. Exercising Most of the people have the tendency to feel fatigued because of leading a sedentary lifestyle and concentrating on sitting work. You need to get your booty moving in order to get rid of fatigue. It is an ideal solution for overweight and obese people. • Make sure that you exercise for 30 minutes for four to five days a week. • This will help you to flex your muscles and feel better. • Walking, jogging, swimming, playing tennis, cycling etc will help to release endorphins to your brain to make you feel mentally strong and energized. 9. Eating Healthy • Make sure that along with a healthy breakfast try to take several small meals and snacks throughout the day. This will help in improving your blood sugar levels and will keep you off from feeling tired and exhausted. • Make sure that you do not consume more than 300 calories every meal. 10. Reduce Fatty Foods It is very important for you to cut down or just include very minimal amount of fatty foods in your daily diet. Eating a lot of fatty foods will increase your weight and by being overweight you will become tired and exhausted. • It is ideal for you to make sure that you just take 10% of saturated fat in your daily diet to help with speedy metabolism. 11. Potatoes • Cut a medium sized unpeeled potato into slices and then soak these pieces in water overnight. • Drink this juice in the morning as the water would be full of potassium. • This will help your body to transmit nerve impulses and help in muscle movement. • This natural healer is a sure shot remedy for fatigue and tiredness. 12. Spinach Try to include spinach in your daily diet as it is well known to provide all the necessary energy needed for the body. • You can choose to eat boiled spinaches as part of your salad diet. • You can also drink soups made of spinach or even include it in your everyday meal. 13. Sleep And Nap • It is ideal for you to maintain a steady sleep schedule even during weekends. Make sure that you sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time every day to maintain a biological clock. • Make sure that you just take short naps during the day and limit it to just half an hour. • If you feel you need more sleep, then go to bed a little earlier. But, make sure that you always get out of bed every day at a scheduled time. 14. Hello, not to worry, we care fruit or juice of apples, pears, grapes, pineapple, peaches, lemon fresh vegitable n fruit, sprouted seeds, rae nut n whole grain cereals, use brown rice, avoid: starchy, protein, fatty foods, meat, sugar, strong tea n cofee, pickles, refind n process food 2 tsp of methi (fenugreek) seeds should be soaked overnight in water. Then ground in to a paste n apply all over the scalp and left for 1 houres. Hair should be washed with aritha or shikakai solution.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Change your mattress/sleeping posture and see if this helps you.
