try medicated shampoo like candid tv on alternate day.use good conditioner and hair serum..coconut oil is a good conditioner... wash ur hair with curd if possible it is very good but some people don't like its smell.good luck

Use a benzoyl peroxide face wash. You can also get oil regulator lotions in the market. Use a water based sun screen. If you can use ducray company's acne and oily prone face wash.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Yes, it may be so.. please get T3, T4, Tsh done in fasting state. take diet rich in green, yellow, red vegetables for lycopene, vitamins, some nuts, and fruits too.These are good for hair regrowth.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Use water resistant sunscreen. You need to apply every one and half hour during heavy sweating. Take plenty of carrots which can act like oral sunscreen and reduce your skins sensitivity to sun and thereby reduce tendency to tan. For prescription medications you need to consult.

Hello the roughness of your hairs and hairfall can to some extent be controlled by following a healthier hair care regimen. Firstly rough n dry hair needs application of oil every 2days (thrice a week) and washing it off after half n hour or 1hour. Make sure you warm the oil up a little before applying. And do not go out in dust n pollution as oiled hairs attract more dust n weaken your hair roots. Make sure you use herbal products n no chemicals at all. These simple steps if followed regularly will give you better hairs n decrease your hairfall by 30%within 2months. Also apply curd n retain it for 20mins n wash this. Do this twice a month it will give moisture n strength to your hairs.
