1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

I would advise your mother shows a gynaecologist in person as she needs an ugent examination; pelvic usg and endometrial biopsy to rule out anything sinister.

Hi Doctor. I am a 23 year old boy. My lifestyle has become really bad, just like so many of my generation. I sleep around 4 at night consistently and wake up around 10, then work all day and it has become a routine for me. Moreover, owing to Googling my symptoms (from the smallest to the biggest), I have become somewhat of a hypochondriac. I worry about the smallest thing happening to me, mom or dad. It makes me feel stressed and anxious at all possible times. For a few months now, I have had this shaking feeling whenever I lie down. My doctor told me it was because of the stress in my mind. Now, for the past week, I have this been feeling this shaking sensation internally when I lie down, I walk or I stand. It's sort of like moving on a boat in water. What should I do?

You are working against nature's clock and you are seeing the ill effects on your body and mind. If possible, consider changing your job where you will be able to work during the day and sleep at night. Please understand what are gaining by doing this. I think you are physically and mentally tired. You need some rest and relaxation. About the shaking, that you are experiencing presently, it is more because of your mental stress. You need to be more aware of your own feelings and thoughts. Please understand your needs and try to satisfy them. Also stay away from internet. All the information available on the net may not be authentic and even if it is authentic it may not apply to you, as each person is different. You can take help from a counsellor to reduce your stress. All the best.

Bread is High in Carbs and Can Spike Blood Sugar Levels Even whole grain bread usually isn’t made out of actual “whole” grains. They are grains that have been pulverized into very fine flour. Even though this process reserves the nutrients, it causes these products to be digested rapidly. The starches in bread get broken down quickly in the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream as glucose. This causes a rapid spike in blood sugar and insulin levels. Even whole wheat bread spikes blood sugar faster than many candy bars (1). When blood sugar goes up rapidly, it tends to go down just as quickly. When blood sugar goes down, we become hungry. This is the blood sugar roller coaster that is familiar to people on high carb diets. Soon after eating, they become hungry again, which calls for another high-carb snack. Elevated blood sugars can also cause glycation at the cellular level when the blood sugars react with proteins in the body. This is one of the components of ageing (2). Studies on carb restricted diets (which eliminate/reduce starches and sugars) suggest that individuals who are diabetic or need to lose weight should avoid ALL grains regularly u dont eat

Hello, Don't skip breakfast. Have protein rich breakfast. Have bowl full of salads before meals. Eat in small plates and have small portions. Eat 5 small meals. There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately. -Head and body aches- take tablet Dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.
