Hi reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hye, Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai.  Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi.  Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai.  Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se  badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi.  Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Though I am having allopathy treatment, I recently tried acupuncture. This alternative treatment gives me more comfort than allopathy. However my allopathy Doctor does not agree. I wanted to know if acupuncture can cure Ankylosing Spondylitis?

I want to know how to eat six times a day. Diet chart dor for the 6 meals per day.
Six meals actually means six Mini Meals. Instead of eating three big meals its better to eat six small meals. This is best for hunger management and helpful in diabetes control. Example. 7.00 am --Fruit 8.30 --Poha + Milk 11.30 -- Sprouts 1.30 -- 2 Roti + Sabji 4.00 -- Fruit Salad 6.00 -- Soup + Almonds 8.30 --1 Roti + Veg Salad + Dal This way you will eat less, yet will not feel hungry during the day. This is based on 7 minimeals. Overall its better way to reduce weight instead of three meal diet.

Take becasule tab once a day avoid spicy foods and if reachable then apply zytee mouth paint if in three days the ulcers r not cured the go to ent specialist.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 4) sleep upto 10.30 pm… 6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2 tsf of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. C) take 2-2 tablets of LEELAVILAS RASA and MADHUMALINI VASANT RASA after meals. Do all things for 30 days. This formulation is 100% effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

Due to hormonal imbalances you r suffering from pain n tumors in breasts. Which requires long term 3 to 6 months of herbal medicine therapy. Advantage of herbs are side effects free; cure of disease from root and patient becomes healthy also. Only disadvantage is long term approach wd drugs.

Hi 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, thanks.

Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following in respect to your queries: Apply some apple cider vinegar: Directions for use: Wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. For further queries get back to me.

Hypertension: Causes, Risk Factors and Treatment

Hypertension or high blood pressure can be defined as a condition wherein the thrust of the blood against the walls of the arteries is excessively high, thereby increasing chances of health hazards. The amount of blood that is pumped by the heart and the resistance put up by the arteries usually determine one’s blood pressure count. For instance, if the heart pumps excess amount of blood while the arteries shrink, the blood pressure can soar high. High blood pressure or hypertension may give rise to symptoms such as nosebleeds, short breaths or headaches.

Causes:
There are two types of hypertension, one is primary and the other is secondary. For essential or primary hypertension, there is no significant reason and the condition slowly develops over years. The secondary one appears all of a sudden as a result of a repressed condition such as thyroid or kidney problems, defective blood vessels and certain medications such as pain-killers, cold relievers, pills for birth control and others.

Other factors responsible for hypertension are:

  1. Age: The risks increase over the years
  2. Family history
  3. Being obese or overweight
  4. Being physically inactive
  5. Consuming too much of sodium or salt in your diet
  6. Little intake of potassium and Vitamin D in meals
  7. Being subject to high levels of stress
  8. Chronic medical disorders such as diabetes
  9. Alcohol or drug abuse

Treatments:

Medications:

  • Thiazide diuretics can be administered. These help to flush out excess water and sodium from the body in order to reduce excessive volume of blood thrusting against the arteries.
  • Beta blockers: They ease the workload of the heart by opening up the blood vessels.
  • Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors help inhibit the production of chemicals narrowing the blood vessels
  • Angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs) are used to obstruct and curb the action of the chemicals contracting the blood vessels
  • Calcium channel blockers help to loosen the blood vessel muscles
  • Renin inhibitors can delay the production of an enzyme called ‘renin’ by the kidneys that increase one’s blood pressure

Lifestyle Changes:

  • One should follow a well-balanced diet that comprises of less salt.
  • There is no substitute to regular exercises. Exercising regularly helps one maintain a balanced body weight that further reduces the chances of this condition.
  • Abstaining from smoking and limiting alcohol intake helps provide that holistic cover to all the treatment modes mentioned above.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Badiaga 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. Use Schwabee's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regualry. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.
