I'm suffering from heavy dandruff
Please help to heal that problem I'm used so many products and I'm consulted many d...
Causes of dandruff the following are factors that may contribute to dandruff: 1) not enough hair brushing you should apply oil on scalp regularly and wash hair with the help of anti-dandruff shampoo for proper management. People who do not comb or brush their hair regularly have a slightly higher risk of having dandruff - this is because they are not aiding the shedding of skin that combing or brushing provides. 2) yeast people who are sensitive to yeast have a slightly higher risk of having dandruff, so it is logical to assume that yeast may play a part. Yeast-sensitive people who get dandruff often find that it gets better during the warmer months and worse during the winter. Uva light from the sun counteracts the yeast. Some say, that during winter the skin is drier because of cold air and overheated rooms (exposure to extreme temperatures), making dandruff more likely. So, it is sometimes not that easy to know whether it is yeast or just dry skin. Dandruff people with dry skin tend to get dandruff more often. Winter cold air, combined with overheated rooms is a common cause of itchy, flaking skin. 3) dry skin people with dry skin tend to get dandruff more often. Winter cold air, combined with overheated rooms is a common cause of itchy, flaking skin. People with dandruff caused by dry skin tend to have small flakes of dandruff; the flakes are not oily. 4) seborrheic dermatitis (irritated, oily skin) people with seborrheic dermatitis are very prone to dandruff. Seborrheic dermatitis affects many areas of the skin, including the backs of the ears, the breastbone, eyebrows, and the sides of the nose, not just the scalp. The patient will have red, greasy skin covered with flaky white or yellow scales. 5) not enough shampooing some people say that if you don't shampoo enough there can be a buildup of oil and dead skin cells, causing dandruff. However, many experts doubt this is true. 6) certain skin conditions people with psoriasis, eczema and some other skin disorders tend to get dandruff much more frequently than other people. 7) some illnesses adults with parkinson's disease and some other neurological illnesses are more prone to having dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. Patients recovering from heart attacks and strokes and some people with weak immune systems may have dandruff more often than other people. 8) reaction to hair or skin care products some people react to some hair care products with a red, itchy, scaling scalp. Many experts say that shampooing too often may cause dandruff as it can irritate the scalp. 9) malassezia malassezia is a fungus that lives on everybody's scalp. Generally, it will cause no problems at all. However, it can grow out of control. It feeds on the oils our hair follicles secrete. When this happens, the scalp can become irritated and produce extra skin cells. These extra skin cells die and falloff; they mix with the oil from the hair and scalp, and turn into what we see as dandruff. 10) diet some experts say that people who do not consume enough foods that contain zinc, b vitamins, and some types of fats are more prone to dandruff. 11) mental stress experts believe there may be a link between stress and many skin problems.

Skin Problems - Is Dandruff The Cause of it?

Dermatologist, Bangalore
Skin Problems - Is Dandruff The Cause of it?

Dandruff or seborrhea refers to the flaky condition of your skin or scalp caused primarily due to dryness. It is a very common problem for young adults and middle aged people, but can happen to any person regardless of age. Dandruff itself being an embarrassing problem, can also sometimes lead to other skin problems.

The following are a few skin problems that can crop up due to dandruff:

  1. Can cause pimple: If dandruff or the white flakes fall on your T-zone region very often, then it may lead to the breakout of pimples on your skin.
  2. May result in pigmentation: The pimples, which can happen due to dandruff can further lead to the problem of pigmentation. This condition leads to the appearance of unwanted black spots all over your face.
  3. Trigger eczema: Dandruff makes skin problems like eczema and psoriasis even worse. Eczema and psoriasis, which causes itching of the skin can get severe due to dandruff.
  4. Rashes are also a possibility: Facial rashes can also develop due to dandruff. Often areas around the eyebrows, nose and ears get affected. Sometimes, in case of men, beard rashes also pop up.
  5. Chest rashes: Dandruff often falls all over your body. This can lead to the problem of chest rashes. This condition results in the appearance of red spots all around your chest region.

Dandruff can be a very distressing problem. If your skin type is oily, dandruff can make conditions far worse. Dandruff is such a problem that cannot be completely cured, but can only be controlled. So, it is highly advisable to take preventive measures as soon as it is detected to avoid further problems.

Hi my hair Is continuously fall in day two day how care my hair tell about this please?
Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp. Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow

Hi, if there are scars because of pimples, then do not experiment with your skin. Scars can be improved but can never be erased. Hence we need to treat your acne more aggressively. Please consult your Dermatologist. He will start you on Isotretinoin. Along with that start exercising reagularly, avoid sweets/oily stuff and junk, consume vitamin A rich food like carrot, tomato, beet root and green leafy vegetables in plenty.

Hello, I am suffering from dark circles since last 3 to 4 yrs, I have tried every possible thing but did not get rid ...
The most common cause of dark circles is anemia (less Hb) and inadequate sleep. Try to avoid direct sun rays, use moisturizer and sun screen lotion with spf30. Avoid night watching. Limit your exposure to electronic gadgets such as TV, laptop, mobile etc. Your meals should b rich in vitamin a and E. Take adequate sleep for 7-8 hrs. Cucumber, potato, aloe vera are good when used as a pack. 1 table spoon honey daily has very good results. Investigate for anemia if it is there. Follow these simple tips and consult me privately with reports.

These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. Home Remedies for Wrinkles

Wrinkles home remedies:

Youthful skin with no wrinkles and spots looks so beautiful and adorable. Everyone wants to have that kind of skin. Usually, as skin gets older with increase in age, it loosens and appears in the form of wrinkles on the skin surface. Apart from ageing, which is a major factor for causing wrinkles, there are other reasons also.

Wrinkles home remedies- exposure to sun, pollution, mental stress, genetic problem, lack of muscle movement (sedentary life) or hectic schedules, irregular sleeping habits, unhealthy skin, improper nutrition and diet can yet be another cause that can result into wrinkles. These reasons are the causes of early age wrinkles as well.

Wrinkles home remedies:

Wrinkles can be reduced by various medical treatments and certain homemade masks, but fully removing wrinkles is little difficult.

Here we will discuss how to get rid of wrinkles using home remedies:

1. Coconut oil

Coconut oil has moisturizing and skin hydrating properties. For wrinkles, you need organic coconut oil. It can be applied directly or warm it slightly. Now massage this oil below the eye and other wrinkle affected areas. Keep it overnight and wash it the next day.

Repeat this process daily to get sooner results.

2. Olive oil

Olive oil has great antioxidant properties. Massaging this oil on the surface of the skin helps in rejuvinating and regenerating skin cells. It penetrates deep inside the skin, so that the skin remains moisturized for longer period of time.

You can also mix few drops of honey and glycerin to make the mask more effective. It will make your skin appearance brighter and youthful, thus reducing the wrinkles. Use this application daily to see better results.

3. Banana mask

Banana is full of vitamins and nutrients. To use it make a creamy texture of banana by mashing it in a bowl. Apply this on to your skin surface and let the skin absorb the banana extracts. After 30 minutes wash it off with normal water.

You can also use banana with papaya pulps to make the mask more effective. Apply it on the skin surface and keep for some time to allow the skin to absorb the nutrients. After 20 minutes wash it off with lukewarm water. You can do this 2-3 times a week for good results.

4. Aloevera

Aloe vera is popular for its anti fungal and antimicrobial properties. It helps the skin to be free from any external agent and hydrates the skin.

You can take out the extract from an aloevera leaf shaft or aloevera gel is available in the market readily. Apply the gel on the skin as such. The other way of using it is by mixing with egg white. The combination of both helps in revitalizing the skin. Do this 2 times a week to get better outcomes.

5. Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek can be used in multiple ways, as it is a great antidote its leaves, seeds and oil, all can be used for betterment of skin and its healthiness. The paste of fenugreek leaves can be applied on the skin surface. It has antioxidant properties that aid to the rejuvination of the skin.

The seeds can be made use of by boiling in water. Use this water for cleaning face. Massaging fenugreek oil can help in letting the skin to get minerals and nutrients.

6. Honey

Honey is useful in maintaining the ph level of the skin. It diminishes the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. It can be applied directly on the skin. You can also use honey with ginger paste and apply it daily morning on the skin. This makes your skin feel fresh and youthful for the entire day.

There are different ways of utilising honey. Mix honey with milk and apply. It will make the skin smooth and free from wrinkles.
For added benefits you can use honey with lemon juice as well.

7. Papaya

Papaya consists of an enzyme called papain that goes inside the skin and provides nutrition. For its usage apply papaya pulp on the skin or make a mask of papaya with banana. Let the skin absorb the essence of it. You can also make a mask of papaya and honey. Apply it daily for better and quicker results.

8. Baking soda

Baking soda works as a superb scrub to exfoliate the skin. It removes all the impurities and dead cells that block the skin pores. It can be used by mixing it with water. Scrub on the affected regions with this paste do it for 1-2 minutes. Wash it off quickly. Apply moisturizer after following this procedure as baking soda can make the skin dry.

9. Yoghurt

Yoghurt, as delicious it sounds, the more useful it is to the skin. It consists of lactic acid that helps in cleaning the skin pores. Once the pore gets cleared up, it shrinks in size. This reduces the visibility of the wrinkles and fine lines.

For its application, make a paste of yoghurt and olive oil. Apply it on top of the skin surface. After 30 minutes, rinse it off. After 5-7 applications, you will find your skin looking more younger.

10. Green tea

Green tea is full with antioxidants, that help in cleansing the skin pores and burning the calories. Other than helping in weight loss, it is very good for the skin as it makes the skin free of wrinkles and fine lines.

You can boil green tea in water for some time. Add honey to it when it is hot, because honey will dissolve soon. Drink this type of green tea and make your skin glow.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. This medication will only reduce the hyperpigmented marks left by the acne. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week on your nose.

My face colour is dark suggest me some home remedies to make my face light fast and glowing face.
If it has become dark, you can de-tan it. If it is your natural skin colour, then I would suggest you to like it the way it is. To de-tan your skin, apply yogurt everyday and rinse after drying. Take care of your skin by eating healthy, drink juices, coconut water, avoid caffiene/cigarettes/sugarated drinks. Eat tomatoes, beet root, carrot. Drink good amount of water. This will help your skin to improve and glow.

My complexion was good but due to sun light it become some dark how to clear tan from body.
Using sunscreen is a must. But using different types is of no help. Uv rays damage skin cells producing free radicals and a variety of effects like blemishes, pigmentation, darkness and dullness of skin. They need to provide protection from uva and uvb rays. A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors. Uv ray's enter even through your windows and car windshields. Use sunscreen before and after you go swimming. You can use make up or cosmetics over your sunscreen half an hour later. Apply kojivit gel twice daily over spots. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.
