Include lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box . Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. Soya Bean: Proteins rich for hair growth is a must! If your a vegetarian and are on a hunt for that perfect source of proteins, then your search ends here. This is the best food for hair growth. Soybeans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth. 9. 10 ? 12 glass of water per day 10. Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair. Cumin, turmeric and black pepper are some "hair-friendly" spices. Add a healthy pinch of each to single-portion soups and stews as they are cooking. Saut� 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. No Try not to work a number of night shifts in a row. You may become increasingly more sleep-deprived over several nights on the job. You're more likely to recover if you can limit night shifts and schedule days off in between. Avoid frequently rotating shifts. If you can't, it's easier to adjust to a schedule that rotates from day shift to evening to night rather than the reverse order. Try to avoid long commutes that take time away from sleeping. If you're working the night shift, expose yourself to bright light, such as that from special light boxes, lamps, and visors designed for people with circadian-related sleep problems, when you wake up. Limit caffeine. Drinking a cup of coffee at the beginning of your shift will help promote alertness. But don't consume caffeine later in the shift or you may have trouble falling asleep when you get home. Avoid bright light on the way home from work, which will make it easier for you to fall asleep once you hit the pillow. Don't stop to run errands, tempting as that may be. Stick to a regular sleep-wake schedule as much as you can. Ask your family to limit phone calls and visitors during your sleep hours. Use blackout blinds or heavy curtains to block sunlight when you sleep during the day. "Sunlight is a potent stimulator of the circadian rhythm, "Even if your eyes are closed, the sunlight coming into the room tells your brain that it's daytime. Yet your body is exhausted and you're trying to sleep. That discrepancy is not a healthy thing for the body to be exposed to.

Weight gain is not a single day program.But if you follow these you will be benefited.Do muscle building exercise.It will help to gain weight.Eat more frequently wit extra amount of food.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter,jam,jelly with food extra.Eat lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take unrefined food more.Take more protein in diet like fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,mushroom,lentil.Take nuts,seeds more.Use extra fain cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Take proper rest and stay stress free.These will help you.

Borderline diabetic can be brought down by exercise. You can do brisk walk for 30-40 mins. Add some bit of Yoga to that too. Just make sure that your sugar levels are kept in check and monitored. Eat complex carbs and avoid simple carbs. Eat more proteins. Yes, you can go in for a marriage. You are absolutely fine.

Gastroenteritis, also commonly referred to as infectious diarrhoea, is a gastric disorder. The gastrointestinal tract, which comprises of the small intestine and stomach gets inflamed. Gastroenteritis is indicated by the symptoms such as diarrhea, acute vomiting and pain in the abdomen. Fever, exhaustion and dehydration are also observed. This disease usually lasts not more than two weeks. It is also called the stomach flu. Infections caused by virus, bacteria, parasites or fungi may lead to gastroenteritis. Viruses account for this disease the most. This disease is transmitted mainly from food items and contaminated water. Important electrolytes like sodium and potassium are lost from our body.

The most common remedy in case of gastroenteritis is having ORS. However, homeopathy is also considered very effective if you have got infectious diarrhoea. Homeopathic medicines are considered very safe and result yielding in case of gastroenteritis. Homeopathy is a form of medicine, which is always given preference by all experts, as it is natural with no side effects. After conducting various surveys, it has been proven that homeopathic treatment is far more effective than other forms of medication for gastroenteritis.

Here is a list of the best homeopathic remedies for the treatment of gastroenteritis. There are many categories of homeopathic medicines for diarrhoea each with their own significance.

  1. Aconite: This must be used for diarrhea caused in the season when the days are hot, and the nights are comparatively cold. The symptoms appear in the middle of the night. Heavy diarrhoea along with high-intensity  fever occurs and anxiety.
  2. Aloe: This remedy should be used in case of a continuing urge for stool because of weakness of the anal sphincter. Mucus is accompanied along with pain in the rectum area. In case of adults, this diarrhoea is also characterized by blue hemorrhoids.
  3. Arsenicum album: This medicine is used in case of food poisoning. The affected person feels cold, tired and panicky. Vomiting and diarrhoea take place after midnight. Burning pain in the abdomen is also observed.
  4. Cinchona: Used in case of diarrhoea with the presence of excessive exhaustion and abdomen gas. The abdomen gets bloated up. 
  5. Ipeca: When there is nausea and non stop vomiting or your mouth gets filled with saliva, Ipeca can be used. Thirst is lost, and the color of the stool may be green or bloody.
  6. Podophyllum: This medicine is usually used by tourists in case of diarrhoea.  Abdominal vibration and frequent stools are indicated. The stool is characterized by an unpleasant smell.

Homeopathy is a very effective category of medication when it comes to gastroenteritis, however, still it is advisable to get regular full body check up done.

To gain weight you should eat at frequent intervals" never skip any meal of the day" avoid junk food. Don't smoke as smoking suppresses appetite. Take healthy diet with enough of good fat, carbs & protein in diet. Include high calorie food items in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts, cheese, yoghurt, sweetened beverages such as cold coffee, shakes. Help yourself with more of nuts & dairy products.

Hi . A pregnancy would happen if you have relations around the time of ovulation. Ovulation happens during mid cycle. Ideal days to have relations is 10th, 12th, 14, 16th and 18th day of periods.

As per your massage it looks like you are suffering with thinning of hair.Hair fall and hair thinning are two different problems.There are various reasons for getting hair fall.Any acute illness like viral infections, malaria, typhoid can also cause it .It can happen in long term disorders like diabetes, high BP, arthritis .Medicines taken for all these disorders can also trigger the hair fall. Hair thinning is hormone related problem .This needs treatment. Consult Trichologist for both disorders

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

if your fever is lasting since 3 days to 10 days then you might have typhoid fever or malerial fever. Do hb, cbc, widal, and qs for mp, such investigations. Home remidy-avoid outside food, oily food, take only light diet. Take papaya leaf 3-4 cursh then and make juice of it. Drink 4 times a day with lukewarm water.

Hello, lybrate user, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal * your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please.
