Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve body fat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I can also suggest home remedies.

It is not healthy to eat lunch post 3 p. M. Our body is designed in a way that there are specific energy needs during different hours of the day. Try to have something while you are travelling if you can't have lunch in the office. Carry dry fruits, fruit box or roti wrap and try to eat before 4 p. M.

Lybrate-user, first thing is to control hypothyroidism with appropriate treatment and bring tsh levels between 3 to 4 units /ml. If this is not achieved, then efforts to reduce weight will not be successful. You are over weight in fact you have grade 1 obesity with 31.06 kg / m2 bmi, so please see that tsh levels are brought to that level and then only you can try reducing weight. It is possible to cut up 2 kg per month provided strict diet control and exrcise schedule is adapted and adhered to.

How Good Is The Stem Cell Facelift?

A stem cell facelift includes face grafting. It is used for removing the unwanted and extra fat from an area of the body and then transfers it to the face. The fat in our body contains naturally regenerative cells. These also include blood vessel producing cells, adult stem cells and growth-secreting cells. With this facelift, the person’s own cells are infused into their superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS) as well as under the facial muscles. When these meet with the aged facial tissues, they generate new and healthy tissues that give you rejuvenated skin.

Due to poor dietary habits you feel with bloated stomach, nausea, constipation, etc. By changing your dietary habits one can get relief from such symptoms.

Here are some few tips to get rid of these symptoms:

  • High fiber diet: increase fiber in the diet by adding green veggies and seasonal fruits in your daily diet. Include fiber of both the kinds that is soluble and insoluble as it will help retain the water in the gut resulting in softer stools. Include cereals like daliya, oats, multi grain flour, etc in your diet.
  • Avoid fried foods: keeping diet low in fat will not only keep your waist line in check but also keep your tummy healthy. Frying the food changes oil composition of the food which is harmful for stomach. So better go for grilled, baked, sauteed and steamed varieties of food.
  • Lean meats: chicken and fish are easily digested as compared to mutton due to low fat content in them. Try chicken and fish varieties in the form of salads for daily requirement of proteins, vitamins and minerals.
  • Pro-biotics and fermented foods: our digestive system has presence of good bacteria. They not only help in digestion and better nutrient absorption but also strengthen immunity. 
  • Regular intervals: for a healthy gut one should always eat on time and at regular intervals. The absorption of nutrients is higher. Also these helps in keeping the weight in check and also helps in increasing your metabolism.
  • Water: it keeps you hydrated, helps in flushing out the toxins from body and ensures that one is not constipated. Make sure that it is cleaned and filtered properly otherwise contaminated water can harm the gut.
  • Processed and junk food: due to urbanization and food technology advancement, our food is highly processed. Avoid refined and junk food as it contains maida and maida will cause constipation and other digestive issues. Refined and processed food also contains other food adulterates which are not good for body. 
  • Chew thoroughly: every bite you eat should be chewed properly. Enjoy the taste of the food without any distraction and stress. Small portion sizes help in aiding digestion process. Rather than eating large meals at one go. Smaller meals keeps the gut healthy. 
  • Avoid excess of alcohol, tea, coffee and packaged drinks as they interfere with the absorption of nutrients.
  • Avoid distractions while eating.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Follow up after 1week we will start medicines and ur diet chart.

Reduce carbs, general belief is that daal are rich in proteins only but they have calories due to carbs also. Take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. At 23 you can do more exercise, simple walks or weights. If you are a rice eater, continue and don't remove the rice water fearing that it increases calories but do try coarse grains like wheat, maize and other types of atta available in markets, that has additional fiber and soy type of nutrients added to it. Do reduce weight @5 kg per month and don't become calories or weight obsessed. Do write back after a month.

Hello, A completely balanced weight loss diet will help you. Eat handsome servings of fresh fruits,vegetables through the day. Exercise everyday for atleast 1 hour. Eat small and frequent meals and do not starve or forceffed yourself.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Weight is something which should match your height. for height you need to be well nourished and take up exercises like swimming,cycling,gymnastics. they also help to improve flexibility. . Here is some important tips to increase your weight in a healthy way. Do some exercise before 30 min of your meal for a good appetite. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, & unhealthy drinks. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day, Weight train at least 3 times a week, you have to consume 300-500 more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, Drink milk. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) People who are trying to lose weight are advised exactly the opposite but for the same reason. Mr. Lybrate-user, your friend may be having t1 diabetes, which needs insulin injections as treatment, as in t1 dm there is no insulin produced by beta cells of pancreas. So if starts taking that plus proper diet control and some physical exercise, he should be able to improve the health. But treatment is for lifetime.

Hello, These are some home made tips to get shiny and strong long hair. *Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp. *Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. *Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. *Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. *Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow *Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick. *Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week. *Make a hair pack by mixing amla (Indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair.

1. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 2. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 3. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 4. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 5. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 6. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
