D and c means dilatation and curettage. It is not done in a pregnant woman. It is done in a woman who has heavy bleeding or other problems. Curetting done in a pregnant patient to get rid of pregnancy is called mtp.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.

I am 46 year old man, my diabetes is fasting 120 and pp is 165, I am doing daily morning walk and last one year its not down its stable, and my B. P. IS TOO MUCH VARIATION. Some time its 170/110, 160/100, and 130/ 90. Please advised.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the blood sugar levels mentioned by you look quite ok. It also important to look at hba1c%, if that is<7%, then one can say diabetes is in good control. If you maintai sugar levels at the present level then it will in preventing or postponing the long term complications of diabetes. You have also not mentioned about the drugs being taken and their dosage. As regards the hypertension, it is not in control, which is clear with the readings which you have mentioned. To give any suggestion I need to know your current treatment with dosage. Another important aspect is that you have a bmi of 27.57 kg/m2, which means over weight, it also is a major contributor for high bp and sugar levels. If you are looking for any specific guidance, it will be better if you come with details like present fasting and pp levels, hba1c%, bp readings and drugs with dosage and diet and exercise pattern. Then I will be able to guide.

DAILY 25 TO 40GMS OIL/PERSON IS IDEAL.

USE SPARINGLY--SUNFLOWER//SOYABEAN//CORN//SAFFLOWER OIL.

AVOID EXCESS DAIRY PRODUCTS//MILK..MILK OR MILK PRODUCTS LIKE TEA//COFFEE//CURD //BUTTERMILK TOTAL ABOUT 300ML TO 4OOML/PERSON. IS IDEAL.
