I am having hair fall at the age of 22 and have some bald spot what are the remedies to prevent these and regrow hair.
Specific Best food : 1. Egg : Enriched with protein which helps in growth and improves the quality of hair 2.Bean: Contains silica which prevent hair loss. Helps the base of hair roots and helps to form new cells and regenerate healthy hair. 3. Carrots:Promotes growth of cells of scalp, thus helps in shiny , well conditioned hair growth . 4. Sea food: Contains abundant zinc. Fish contains Sulphur which provides essential fatty acids necessary for maintanence of healthy hair. 5.Dates and Raisins: Contains Iron which helps in haemoglobin production , thus enhancing the oxygen supply to the scalp. 6.Oats: Contain Zinc, Iron and omega -6-fatty acid , which again helps in hairgrowth. Common mismanagement -Excessive stress - Cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. - Avoid treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - Avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - Excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Best Oil to prepare at home would be ? To coconut oil add plenty of curry leaf and onion , once onion becomes brown ,take out of flame. Best Conditioner: Egg white or Hibiscus powder Best natural medicine for hairgrowth: Chop onions and make a paste of it. Extract the onion juice and apply on the scalp. Keep this for 20min and do head wash. Can find a drastic change in 2 months time if you do it daily. For further treatment and enhancing the hairgrowth , you can take Homoeopathic medicines. Please personal message me for futher details or if any query.

How can I stop masturbation daily I can't avoid masturbation can you suggest anything to stop it.

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
How can I stop masturbation daily I can't avoid masturbation can you suggest anything to stop it.
Performing masturbation in itself is a healthy and quite expressive way to satisfy one’s natural sexual desire. However sometimes this masturbation becomes an addiction and disturbs the personal and religious life of individuals. In that case taking action to control over performing this act becomes necessary. Here are the best ways on how to quit masturbation. Remove all the sources that trigger the urge to perform the act of masturbation such as block the websites which allows access to pornographic content. Some toys which trigger the body sexually to perform masturbation must be removed. Try to avoid staying up until late night. Avoid taking hot showers which may also trigger the urge to perform masturbation. Getting socially active is one of the important factors for controlling and quitting masturbation, as living alone promotes the activity of masturbation especially if a person is heartbroken with his relationship. Getting in a social group fills up the leisure time so that the person can optimally control such thoughts. One of the most important things is to try not to touch the intimate part of the body. To ensure this, spend more time in good company and not alone. If any other friend is also experiencing the issues, then it is always a good idea to quit the relationship or friendship. Masturbation also results due to excessive body stress or tension. Exercising regularly helps in relieving the body stress and tension. It is recommended to increase or double the exercise when a person feels depressed or stressed. Try to make the body to adapt abstinence. Initially try not to perform masturbation for a day, then gradually moves to days then weeks. A homoepath can help in finding if there are some underlying causes that entice you to perform masturbation so regularly. If there is some cause then appropriate treatment can be sought. If you would like to consultme you can click on consult option for homoepathic treatment.

Hello lybrate-user, well if you were on a diet and then lost weight there is a good chance of hair fall. Would suggest you to make few life style modification before going to treatment consider these food changes Healthy Hair - DOS AND DO not’S DO gently pat freshly washed hair with a microfiber towel (or, if in a pinch, a paper towel) to absorb moisture. Because it minimises breakage, this is the best method for drying thinning hair before styling it.  DO treat thinning hair with gentle care, and avoid over-brushing, washing, and processing, all of which can further damage already fragile strands.  DO buy yourself a quality wide-tooth comb  if you have curly or wavy hair, or a brush with soft, rounded bristle tips for straight hair, and make these your new grooming go-to’s to prevent further disruption of thinning hair. DO toss out any fine-tooth combs and brushes with sharp bristles. These tools can increase breakage in hair that needs extra TLC. DO treat your hair to new heights by indulging in a nourishing bedtime hair-care routine. Tenderly comb out breakage-causing tangles and gently gather your mane into a low, loose bun, braid, or ponytail before nodding off to sleep. DO massage your scalp using the pads of your fingers before hopping in the shower. Beyond just feeling amazing, this increases blood flow and helps exfoliate pores for a healthier scalp. DO detangle your locks before you shower, as dry hair is more durable and less apt to break than wet. Just remember to use a wide-tooth comb for curly or wavy hair, or a brush with soft, rounded bristle tips for straight hair.  DO wash your hair only when it is dirty, but know that thinner hair generally gets grimier faster than thicker hair. If you can, shampoo every other day to diminish damage from over washing. To stretch the time between washes, try a dry shampoo with cornstarch or rice starch and a clear formulation. DO protect your hair from damage by limiting direct sun exposure. Natural sunlight, and even artificial ultraviolet light, can break down keratin protein in your hair and hamper its elasticity- definitely undesirable outcomes for already-thin hair. Thinning hair is like a cashmere sweater - it needs and deserves to be coddled and specially cared for. Certain hair-care shampoos and conditioners now contain sunscreen. Ask your dermatologist if these may be right for you. DON'T make the turban towel-wrap a part of your post-shower beauty routine. Instead, you do want to allow your hair time to air dry a bit before styling. A towel wrap requires twisting, turning, and pulling on your mane, which can lead to nasty hair breakage - not ideal for more delicate hair types. DON'T gather your thinning hair into tight hair bands, wrap hair bands around your head, or pull hair firmly into clips. When you have thin hair, “loose” is the key word. If you do use a hair band, look for a hair tie that is no-tug and glides easily. Or use a ribbon. DON'T over-condition thinning hair, which can weigh it down and flatten it. Apply conditioner only to the bottom two-thirds of your hair strands, or choose a lightweight conditioner, such as a mist formulation. DON'T sleep on a pillowcase made out of a rough fabric. Replace cotton cases with silky-smooth ones to reduce friction from overnight tossing and turning that can lead to tangles and breakage. DON'T forget to turn down the shower water temperature. Some hair professionals maintain that a final rinse with cool water may close up cuticles and cause hair to swell slightly, making it appear thicker. DON'T let too much time pass between haircuts. Split ends can inch up your mane, making tresses look even thinner and strands sparser. Aim to trim at least one-half inch off every 6 weeks.  DON'T sleep on a wet head. Fine hair just doesn't bounce back the same way thicker hair does   DON'T pull, tug, or yank at roots when brushing a wispy head of hair. This is a surefire way to deplete hairs and, hey, there are smarter ways to cool aggressions (yoga, anyone?). FOOD AND SOURCES Biotin Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin. Too little biotin can cause brittle hair and may lead to hair loss. SOURCE- wholegrains, liver, egg yolk, soy flour and yeast. Protein As hair is made of protein, ensuring you have enough protein in your diet for making hair strong and healthy. If not consuming enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry, brittle and weak. Extremely low protein diets may result in hair loss. SOURCES- chicken, turkey, fish, dairy products and eggs as excellent sources of protein along with vegetarian sources such as legumes and nuts. Vitamin E The sun can damage our hair just like it can damage our skin so ensure you eat foods rich in vitamin E to provide protection for your hair. SOURCE -Nuts are nutritional powerhouses, providing zinc and selenium as well as vitamin E so try to include them as part of a balanced diet.   Zinc and selenium Scalp protection involves other important minerals, notably zinc and selenium. A lack of zinc can lead to hair loss and a dry, flaky scalp. SOURCE- Fortified cereals and wholegrains are a good source of zinc along with oysters, beef and eggs. Vitamin A Vitamin A is needed by the body to make sebum. Sebum is an oily substance created by our hairs sebaceous glands and provides a natural conditioner for a healthy scalp. Without sebum we may experience an itchy scalp and dry hair. SOURCE- Animal products and orange/yellow coloured vegetables which are high in beta-carotene (which makes vitamin A) such as carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes. Iron Iron is an especially important mineral for hair and too little iron (anaemia) is a major cause of hair loss. The hair follicle and root are fed by a nutrient rich blood supply. SOURCE- Animal products such as red meat, chicken and fish Vegetarians - lentils, spinach and other leafy green vegetables such as broccoli, kale and salad greens. Vitamin C Vitamin C aids the absorption of iron so foods high in vitamin C are good to eat in conjunction with iron-rich foods. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant so is used readily by the body. SOURCE- blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes.

Are those jerks at work dragging you down?

PhD - Psychology, LLB, DM - Child And Adolescent Psychiatry
Psychologist, Chennai
Are those jerks at work dragging you down?

We spend a majority of our time in office. Naturally, the atmosphere of the office affects the way we perceive things around us - our moods, passions and personality. How do you like your office atmosphere? Do you enjoy working with your colleagues? Do you feel respected? It is essential for you to have an affirmative answer to each of these questions, for your own good. But if it is not so, what can you do?

  • Shift: Staying in a negative space will pull you down and harm you. If possible, ask to be transferred to another department. Few of us have the luxury of quitting on a whim. So, update your resume and spread the word that you're looking for a change. Don't quit your current job without having a back-up plan in place. However, when looking for a new job, keep the things you don't like about your current job in mind, so that you don't find yourself in a similar situation again.
  • Find like-minded people: No matter how many colleagues you don't get along with, there must be a few you like. Watch their back and ask them to watch yours. Whenever you hear of anything that might affect the people around you, share the news with them but with discretion. Limit your interaction with people who pull you down and drain your energy.
  • Document everything: Don't let things come to a my word against your's situation. This can be very stressful and harm your health. As far as possible, ensure all your communication is recorded in the form of emails, messages etc. Do not rely on someone else to take notes at meetings, rather make your own. Keeping a work diary is a good idea.
  • Lead by example: Negative people feed off negativity around them. If you are a positive person, they will gradually begin avoiding you themselves or you might even make a positive impact on them. Respect people you work with and you will get their respect in return. Before condemning people, take a look at yourself and ensure that you aren't doing anything to attract that kind of behavior.
  • Do something about it: Complaining can get things off your chest but often do nothing to change the situation. Be a part of the solution to the negativity in your office. Be regular with your own work and stick to your deadlines. If you need something, follow up with people instead of expecting them to follow up with you.

Lastly, don't try too hard to change the system. You can only control your own life. If you see your efforts going to waste, get back to that resume and start sending it out.
