Best foods for glowing skin rich in b vitamins include eggs, liver, milk, rice and cereals. 1. Fresh papaya directions rinse your face with water and pat dry. Mash up the flesh of the papaya well, until it is of a consistency that can be easily applied to your skin. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse off completely with warm water. If your skin has a tendency to get dry after you cleanse it, use a moisturizer appropriate for your skin type afterwards. Do same for 20 days.

There can be various reasons, lack of sleep/nutrition or stress. It can also be hereditary. If it is hereditary, it requires proper treatment like laser etc. If not, put cold cucumber slices for 20 minutes everyday in your free time in your eyes and relax. Use an undereye cream or serum before sleeping.

My son his age is 19 years old all most 4 to 5 years to complete his skin of faces getting dark.

Hello, at this age, boys tend to get darker because they are outdoors most of the time. It is due to sun tanning. You need to get him a de-tanning laser treatment, home remedies will not give that good effect and will take a long time. Give him a good sun screen eg. Neutrogena uv protection. Apply every two hours, after cleaning face with wet towel. Wear a cap and sun glasses in sun.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be becuase of deiciency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i.e., without any cause). Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic Rx - Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20days (as it is safe).
