For gaining weight you have to gain muscle. For that you have to eat optimum amount of protein which is eggs, fish, meat, milk and milk products, dal. You also have to eat good proportion of roti and rice with vegetables. Healthy fats also have to be incorporated. You have to eat atleast 6 meals in a day. Weight training exercise is a must. Whey protein can also be taken. But best results for whey is with weight training.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi Take 200 ml of water + Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and make paste + Add ½ tsp of paste to water and bring to boil + Strain the water + Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it + Mix well + Drink 2 times a day for 1 week. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udarasav improved and pranacharya livcure syrup twice a day 2-2 tsf. Drink butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea and coffee.

I eat too much but I am very thin and its just embarrassing even my height is good but itz difficult while buying clothes of fitting and all is there any proper diet for becoming fit without side effect.

Hi , there most certainly is! you could try strength training at the gym to help you build more muscle. Hypertrophy in the muscle would give you a fuller look. Hello, slowly stop smoking and drinking, mean time you improve your health I suggest you take vitamin-c supplement. Omega-3 and prtein in your diet. If possible add vitamins and minerals.
