I am 35, with not a healthy sexual life. I am married since 11 years now, and have a daughter. Me and my wife have sex once in 3-6 months coz my wife does not like it as she is mostly down with UTI time and time again. The frequency of making love has reduced considerably since the birth of our child, which was about 8 and a half years ago. I used to get very horny before till about 2-3 years ago, but now my sexual desires have completely mellowed down coz my wife did not want it, and I never liked the idea of making the needs met from any other source besides my wife, coz of the love. As a result, now I have many problems when we do indulge occasionally. Premature ejaculation, not turned on enough, not getting a proper hard on are the highlights of the problems. The stress that comes on post the failure is another one of the problems. I understood the need to consult a doctor, and the doctor provided me medication (tadalafil) to take an hour before the indulgence. Problem now is, the timing never co-inside. If I take the medication for an hour later, we never make love. And when I don't, she shows interest sometimes, still rarely though. Coz when she feels like, maybe I happen to not be in mood. I understand there are a combination of problems here maybe and I don't know what kind of a Doctor to consult with here! Is there an alternative to the medicines which can have log term affect without having to take any medicines altogether?

Even if you take the tadalafil a bit later there will be effect and your issue is over anxiety and your wife needs to be properly motivated and advised about the need for sex. If you want ou can consult me in this site for personal advice and prescription.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Pre workout you must have a fruit or dairy or sprouts or nuts and not a big snack or meal. Stay hydrated before during and after workout. You can sip on an electrolytic drink during or after workout. Check the technique of your exercise which if not right can cause pain cramps etc.

If you got pregnancy with the sex on 20th march, menses will not come with any medicines. Pregnancy can be confirmed by urine test only after 19-21 days after the sex, if you do not have menses by that time.

Hello, Lybrate user, obaesity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

I am very confused about my career. I have an MBA degree and did job in a bank for one year. Due to health, I left my job and joined my family business but it is not satisfying my life. Do not lose heart. These are quite common symptoms at your age. You are not satisfied with your life. If you can pursue something of your choice then it is fine. If not, best thing would be to gradually start a routined life in which there is exercise, reading and meditation. You will slowly build up your will power and your life will get a direction. Pursue a hobby and try to see where your interest lies. Last but not the least, be positive. That is the key to being happy and excelling in life.

There will not be any effect on becoming father however following may happen Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. If your erection and timing is still good then do not worry. Otherwise with guidance and ayurvedic medicines it can be cured.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Please Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice for few days Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take water 30 minutes after foods 5 to 6 litres water intake is good.

These look like signs of missed period. If you are sexually active it cpuld be pregnancy too. In that case do urine pregnancy yest in lab, using an early morning sample. If not sexually avtive the irregular menses is due to weight.. Go to gym, plan diet and shed weight to one thats ideal for your height. This will make your cycles regular. For getting relief from these symptoms you may visit a gynecologist to get medicine for inducing menses.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
