I brush my teeth regularly but even after that When I speak there is a very bad smell comes out of mouth. Can you suggest me some ways to overcome.

Even after proper brushing, if you are having the problem of bad breath, you might be suffering from vitamin c deficiency. Vitamin c deficiency leads to spongy and bleeding gums. Even though the bleeding is not visible, there could be a micro-vascular bleeding which is not seen with naked eyes. There is a secondary bacterial infection in the gums which leads to the problem of bad breath. You should take citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, etc. It is good if you take an orange a day for at least 15 days and let me know the result. Hope it helps.

Do oil massage to your body and hands with eladi tailam mixed with pindatailam daily. Luke warm the oil before applying and wait for 20 min. Do it for one month continuously and check.

Pani de door rakhiye. Pani se infection bad jayega. It is eczema, it is treatable. You should show it to a doctor. Till then, use ice pack if she has itchiness. Do not apply directly, use an ice pack, she should not come in contact with water.

Can Pollution & direct exposure of sun affect Pimples? Or can it let the pimple to grow? And inflamed? I am asking this because I face too much pollution in a day. I went through Bus daily and there is lot of pollution in delhi.& sun light is Going strong day by day. And my pimple are coming once again on my face. Please tell dear doctor.

Dear, Pollution can increase pimples but there are many other causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland) this secretion increase at young age. • Due to hormonal imbalance. Swelling or inflamed pimples occurs due to infection. So do not touch your pimples with hand. Bacteria transfer through hands to your face. Maintain proper hygiene on your face.

My father is suffering from psoriasis for last 25 years. He has tried allopathic, homeopathic and ayurveda treatment, but all in vain. Situation has rather aggrieved. Any treatment with you?

If you are thinking that psoriasis will in a week or a month then you are mistaken. Higher the age more difficult it becomes. One has to be patient for 6 to 9 months for complete cure. I have just treated an 88 year old man and his grand daughter 21 years the old man took 8 months and the young girl just a week.

Hi Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, sweets, cold drinks, eggs, nonveg. Take simpal veg food with salad. Take less as you fill hungery lunch end dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking morning or evening. In office after 1 or 2 hours gets up from chair walk in office for few minutes than again start work will help to you. Its' so late in night and you are still awake? here are few points that can help you-

1) do not eat heavy meal in night. There is link between sleep and food.
2) get your thyroid function tests done
3) a glass of warm milk can induce sleep before bedtime because its a good source of tryptophan.
4) switch off the lights or sleep in dim light.
5) keep a distance from mobiles and electronic gadgets.
6) stay away from coffee/tea/caffeine
7) stay away from alcohol. Eat a healthy balanced diet.

I have a bad habit of regular masturbation So what to do, is it effect body weight I am also under weight.

Don't worry. Masturbation is a natural feeling. Just make sure you eat really healthy food everyday. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

For complete fifteen days apply aloe vera fresh leaf gel (peel the leaf) only after washing face with plain water. Keep overnight. Wash in the morning. Keep gut clean gut by tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp every night with warm water for two weeks. Eat non spicy, non greasy, less salty food. After two weeks consult for next wonderful tip that will change it all.

I feel dizziness for last few days after taking bath, even though I use luke warm water. I feel little restlessness which last for half an hour. What could be the reason. Thanks.

If there is no associated hearing issues and dizziness occurs only during bathing with luke warm water, then it is due to caloric stimulation of inner ear due to warm water. You may take water precautions using cotton smeared with vaseline petroleum jelly as ear plug during bathing.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
