You might be having a bartholin's cyst, this is a swelling of the gland which lubricates the vaginal opening before sex, is is painfull, if yes it can be an abcess. Please get a gynec check up. Very rarely, it can be a lipoma, which is just a bening fat tissue swelling.

To remain fit and free from diseases, it is not just enough to make healthy lifestyle choices, but one should also make a conscious effort to convert these choices into regular habits. Healthy habits make our lives happier, reduce stress and help in keeping body and mind fit.

You can enrich your life by adding these habits to your life:

1. Exercise regularly - Starting a regular exercise regimen can help you in getting fit. Apart from the physical benefits, exercise helps release endorphins in the body which are also known as the feel-good hormone as they make you happier.

2. Eat a healthy breakfast - The breakfast is the first meal of the day, so eating a nutritious breakfast that contains a healthy balance of carbohydrates, protein and fibre will keep you satiated and provide energy. Eating breakfast also helps to curb binge eating which may promote weight gain.

3. Stop smoking - Smoking can cause damage to the cardiovascular system in the body which can lead to increased chances of blood pressure problems.

celiac disease also known as celiac sprue or gluten sensitive enteropathy is a digestive and autoimmune disorder that resultsbin damage btobthe lining of the small intensetine when foods with glutine are eaten glutine is a form of proteins found in some grains the damage of the small intestine makes it hard for the body to absorb nutrients specially fat,calcium,iron,folate.if you have celiac disease you can't eat food that contains glutine including wheat rye ,barley and oats drooling glutine from your diet usually improvesvthe condition within few days band eventually ends the symptoms of the disease in !most cases the villi are healed within six months.

Internal frustrated thoughts may cause for anger. Your mother suffering internally so many things. Better to talk to her in a pleasant manner. She will explain her internal thoughts. Love your mother. Trate to her as good friend. She will reveal everything to you. No diet for irritation. If she is not expressed her internal feelings better to mingle to her with her agemates. Then you can ask to them. You know the problem. Internal unhappiness and dissatisfaction thoughts may cause for excessive anger. It is better to consult psychologist. I am 21 years old. But I am not having the body growth. So how can I improve my health.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi lybrate-user. Hair goes gray when color-producing cells stop producing pigment, melanin. Reasons:- 1. Grey hair is usually associated with ageing, but this is not always the case. 2. Early greying of the hair is basically hereditary, and we can inherit it from one of our parents or grandparents. 3. Malnutrition, worry, shock, deep sorrow, tension and other similar conditions may also slow down the production of melanin resulting in grey hair. Medication:- 1. Massage your hairs with brihat bringaraja taila everyday atleast for 15 mins. 2. Apply hair mask amla powder along with bhringaraja powder mixing with buttermilk weekly twice. 3. Nourishment and proper grooming is very important to keep the hair texture, growth, shin and luster in a good condition. Therefore use a shampoo & conditioner that suits your hair type. Choose products that are gentle, preferably without any harsh detergent like sodium lauryl sulfate. For daily washes, use a shampoo that is mild, gentle & moisturizing.

Hi. Many causes of hairfall ranging from hormonal problem, nutritional deficiency, local skin inflammation, any major illness in recent past, medications for any other illness, crash diet and many of the salon treatments like straightening etc. You need to be evaluated to find out cause of your hair fall and then treated accordingly. This approach would be very scientific and give better results than trying some vague treatments.

Its due to digestion problem, drink warm water, take dinner early, healthy food, avoid overeating, drinking lot of water & sleeping immediate after taking food, oily,fast, spicy,bakery ,deep fried food, junk food, outside food ,water, chilled water, cold drinks. Best luck.

I am 26 years woman, I had ovarian cyst which was diagnosed 7 - 8 years back. I had treated them by taking help from dermatologist. Now I get periods regularly but I have a acne problem.
