Erectile dysfunction (ED) is commonly called impotence. It’s a condition in which a man can’t achieve or maintain an erection during sexual performance. As I don't have dense hair, my hair is so thin and there is gaps which makes me to feel low, I tried many treatments, I was using manforce as my Dr. suggested, then later on went to herbal oils, is thr really possible of making hairs denser and blacker, Do I have to still believe all these treatments. Hi Mr. lybrate-user, First we need to assess the cause for your hair thinning. If there is any medical condition causing this thinning, like androgenic alopecia, we need to treat the underlying medical condition. If there is no medical condition and your hair is naturally the way it is, there is nothing much we can do. We could try PRP treatments and mesotherapy, but the results will be variable. This is my honest opinion. Take care.

there are hard and fast rules for this. Some couples have once or twice a day too, some have once a month too. it depends on the couples mutual preference for sex. Discuss with your wife and decide the requirements, which is based on many internal and external factors. All the best

Gd evening Dr. This issue regarding my wife. She always in depression. I married with her before 4 yrs. We have a daughter. Before marriage She was in relationship with a guy and break up 1 years before marriage. My wife told me everything after marriage. 2 years back they again contact on social site and found that they break up due to misunderstandings and that was due to third person. That guys still single and denied his parents not to marry with anyone lifetime because he can't give place Of her .My wife always thinks she destroyed his life and If that time I give him chance him to explain misunderstandings, everything was fine. Now they want only talk with each other and get depressed if I don't give permission to talk with him. One more incident happened with her and her father. Someone attacked on them and Injured badly. Now she can't close her eyes even in day time. She felt scared. And If anyone shouting on her. She start crying and whole body will start shivery due to fear.

HI lybrate-user, its really nice to see you so accepting of the situation and so supportive. First of all, she needs thorough counseling and psychotherapy. You should consult a psychologist this. Another thing start medication for depression or what we call PTSD post traumatic stress disorder. She is quite shaken by the incident and has developed symptoms of PTSD. Its curable with no side effect but its very necessary for her to have counseling. Be supportive as usual, take her out and we need to address the issue of her being in contact with her ex. You can consult me for same all the very best.

You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates. Eat various nuts/ day 2-3 no. Eat oats, sattu, ragi. And complex carbohydrate. You need to take soya seed.

If your pain is not because of some trauma then it may be because of some deep vein thrombosis for which you need to get an arterial doppler and consult a surgeon immediately as it may progress fast.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Please note that weight reduction cannot be achieved overnight or over a week/month as many ask. It is an ongoing process of reducing food intake and exercising to burn the calories you consume. There are exercises specific for each part of body like cheek, hips, thighs or abdomen/ buttocks, or chest. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 kms and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as much food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. This rate of weight loss is considered reasonable and healthy. A diet chart timing foods to eat calories early morning lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass 0 tea without sugar + 2 biscuits 90 breakfast 2 rotis + 1/2 cup paneer curry 330 or brown bread upma 1 plate + milk 1 cup 300 mid-morning1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes 50 lunchbrown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl + raita 1 small bowl 345 evening butter milk 1 cup 35 dinner2 rotis + vegetable soup 1 bowl + salad 1 bowl 370 total 1220/1190 cal.
