As per your explanation about your problem it may be halitosis, due to poor oral hygiene. For this I suggest you go for scaling or oral prophylaxis (its a professional tooth cleaning) and use mouthwash.

Stop all food. Eat only banana and milk. Take 3-4 bananas and 1.5 liters of milk every day. Drink one cup of spinach and tomato juice twice daily.

Transmission of Nipah virus to humans may occur after direct contact with infected bats, infected pigs or from other people infected with the virus. As you will not come into contact with any of these you need not worry.

Sir, I had an overian tumar in left overy and our Dr. Advise to debuking it, after surgical when we get the bioypcy it is low potential melignancy, there is no melignancy in fluid. Sir we need any chemotherapy?

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest

Hi lybrate-user, according to your height you are overweight. You weight should be between 55-58 kg. Try to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and physical activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Avoid outside food. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water (10-12 glasses in a day). Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.

Hello doc, I would like to ask you how can I reduce the pain n stiffness on my shoulder n neck and upper chest discomfort, apart from taking muscle relaxant tabs.I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis...I'm undergoing excerises but it's of no help in relieving me plus I'm taking the relevant vitamins. help!
