Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, junck, spacy foods. You take simpal veg home made food will help you. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking. Wash face with neem face wash morning end night.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

Dear, lice infestation is caused by coming in contact with the person oranimal infected with lice. These licesmultiply on the surface of skin such as within the hairs of head, axilla andskin folds. Lice infestation produce the following symptoms: * itiching * redness of skin * fever * other skin infections if you are in trouble with lice then use these method to get relief from lice: 1. Put 20-25 leaves of neem in a bucket of luke warm water. Wait for 15 minutes and take bath with this water. 2. As lice resides in clothes, bedsheets, towels etc articles of effected persons. Boil all clothes, towels of person effected with lice for 10 minutes. If you can not boil clothes then dip clothes in water added with antiseptic solution like cetrimide or savlon for 20-30 minutes. 3. Lice mainly reside in head and hairy parts of body. You can use antilice shampoo (mediker, kotorolec) for 3 continuos days. 4. Apply the anti lice shampoo therapy to all the members of family so that all lice are destroyed and no one get infected. 5. Lice bites causea bacterial infection. So take proper antibiotic therapy for infection. 6. You are having pet animals like dog or cat, then sprinkle anti lice powder to the animals. So that no lice infestation occurs in future.

Running 6 month + 13 days pregnancy as on 15 July, I have got bit cough during night, sometimes my body gets heated ,feel fever but while measuring it comes 97 F or 98 F, On 1st June I was 70 kg and on 15 July my weight is 77 kg, 7 kg gain, people are saying it is worst case, this much of weight should not gain, it will lead to problem. I usually ate Home made food, old person in society says eat Whatever you like, have more food so that child will not take more space in womb and delivery would be normal, what should I do? please help. How to avoid cough, My doctor is suggested some BP tablet, Supracal XT, Mymifer,Ecosprin, I don't know why? Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello- Clitoral orgasm and vaginal orgasm both are of different nature, you can not compare both. It is just like doing masturbation and going for a blow job, you can't judge which one is going to please you. Hi, Try these steps for your constipation problem: Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason). Try warm liquids, especially in the morning. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eat prunes and bran cereal. Isabgol, also known as "psyllium husk, is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non-digestive problems. It contains 70 percent soluble fiber and, as a result, acts as a bulk-forming laxative. The effectiveness of isabgol largely depends on your individual health needs and the manner in which you take it. Usually, you will need to take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) of isabgol with 1 cup of water (240 ml) or fluid daily at night until your constipation passes. The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Avoid taking unnecessary stress. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Biocombination-4/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to a urinary tract infection - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water - get investigations, urine RE/ME done to know the presence of bacteria in the urinary tract - if positive then an antibiotic sensitivity test is done to know the proper medication which will be effective, consult a doctor.

Causes of lack of sleep are : • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Caffeine , alcohol • Due to drugs • Due to high blood pressure . • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue & digestion problem..
