This should not bother you. Do hot fermentation and spinal exercises both mobility and strengthing exercises of back muscles. Apply pirox gel locally.

Sir, I felt down from the bus last week after I am having severe pain in left knee as per our Dr. advice MRI taken the results are 1.There is edema of subcutaneous plane. 2, small depressed fracture in the posterior lateral tibial condyle. 3, small hairline fracture fibular head, 4, low grade partial thickness tear of anterior cruciate ligament. 5, contusion mucoid degeneration in the posterior horn of medical meniscus. 6, grade 1 sprain of medical collateral ligament. 7, grade 1 sprain of medical and lateral patellar retinaculum. 8, Small knee joint effusion. Please help how to treat this please is there any serious problem please help.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you some relief. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

Joint pain can be caused by a number of issues, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, bursitis, tendinitis or a strain, sprain or other injury affecting the ligaments, bursae or tendons surrounding a joint. It can occur in any part of the body but is most common in the knees, shoulders and hips. The pain can range from mild to severe and may be accompanied by swelling and stiffness in one or more joints. Severe joint pain, especially when caused by degenerative conditions like arthritis, needs proper diagnosis and treatment. You should also consult your doctor if your joint pain is accompanied by swelling, redness and tenderness, or lasts for more than three days. But, you can get rid of mild joint pain with the help of natural home remedies. Cayenne Cayenne pepper contains a compound called capsaicin with natural analgesic or pain-relieving properties. In a 2010 study published in the Journal of the Medical Association of Thailand, researchers found that applying gel containing 0.0125 percent capsaicin helped relieve mild to moderate pain in women suffering from knee osteoarthritis. ? Slightly heat one-half cup of coconut oil. Mix in two tablespoons of cayenne pepper powder. Apply it on the affected area, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Do this a few times a day until you get relief from the pain. ? Alternatively, you can use a capsaicin cream topically on the affected area daily. Note: Cayenne may initially cause a burning sensation. Do not apply it on open skin or wounds

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hello lybrate-user pull your toes towards yourself and hold for 20-30 seconds. If you can't hold your toe try to reach it, and bend as much as you can. You can also use a band or piece of cloth to wrap around the toe and pull while bending. This helps stretch out the calf muscles and quads, and helps in relieve a cramp. Also please do relax for two to three days without givibg much stress to your legs. Also please do the following. Cold compresses when leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. Cold compress for leg pain-600 wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. Do this a few times a day.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 1-1 tab yograj guggul after lunch and dinner. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

As far as your heart side pain is concerned, get your self examined by a cardiologist. For arthritic pains homoeopathy has good treatment. Take calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

You are not getting enough thyronorm and that is why your tsh is elevated. Please increase your thyronorm dose to 75 microgram. Also take it first thing in am and do not eat for 1/2 hour after taking the medicine. Have your tsh checked in 6 weeks. This should take care of most of your symptoms. Let us see how you do on this.

I had a fracture on the right hand shoulder. There was a operation of the shoulder. After six months that is the operation I had on october 2014. Now it is may, 2015 I am cannot completely lift the right hand and also cannot do all work with the right hand. There is some pain after I when I lift the right hand upwards. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days.
