Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week. 2.Rhus Tox 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week and update with the feedback. Keep a gap of 15-20 minutes in both the medicines.

I am suffering from muscle pain, that when I try to stretch my arm or leg I feel pain for at least half an hour. Pain is vey high. What is the solution.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Take physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Don't lift heavy things. Don't sit on floor. Take calcium; multivitamin and vitamin d 3 also.

I have thighs and knock knees which is not making me to run faster and I even has a bit bump at back. Am not comfortable with my personality. Looking into your issues and goals, will be good if you meet and consult a sports physiotherapist personally. For weight loss you should be avoiding all packed and market foods, take less cooked food, avoiding all kinds of stuff having white sugar, reduce intake of milk and milk products, increase intake of fruits, raw vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts. I am a 27 year male and have lower back pain for last two weeks. What should I do ?
Please send your all investigation report to rule out whether it is ldp (disc prolapsed) or anything else. This type of backache is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advice:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

your pain may be due to continuous load on your hand when you sleep without conscious or you might have placed your neck in wrong way in unconscious stage for long time.
