Recently I bath in a River ,from that day on wards I feel itching on my body which medicine should I prefer.
Some pollutants in the river might have caused the problem. Take tab cetrizine 5 mg two times a day for 2 - 3 days for relief.

Hello sir my body weight is so overloaded what should I do for that and sometimes I have minor headache and cold...
High body weight or obesity is a result of calorie-imbalance. Whatever you eat is converted into energy. This energy is spent while walking, climbing up or in fact doing any activity. Some energy is required for running the body systems, maintaining temperature. But if the energy is not spent then it is stored into body as fat under the skin. If you eat more and do less physical activity, fatness increases. So simple solution is to increase physical activities like walking, cycling, running, playing sports like badminton, and eating less. In food, fatty and sweet food contain more energy, while vegetable contains less energy. For your headache during bathing, it looks bizzare complaint. I haven't heard of it. But you may try hot water for bathing.

Hello- If you want to increase the size of your penis, there are several herbs in ayurveda that you can use which can stimulate blood flow to the area and help it get fully erect. More permanent natural solutions to increase its length and width include making dietary changes, getting more exercise and losing weight around your midsection. Much simpler and safer than surgical enhancement.

Ideal sugar level during pregnancy should be maintained between 90 - 120 mg through out the day. Hence, 135 mg after food is high. Is she on any treatment? if not then she must start on minimal dosage of insulin (4 - 6 units a day) and bring the levels below 120 mg. In pregnancy high sugar is dangerous for the fetus as it may trigger macrosomia (large baby).

I am facing problem of snoring and it's very loud which create problems for my roommates so please suggest me some method to cure this problem.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Udupi
Dear Lybrate User, *Sleeping on the side, by tucking a pillow into the back helps prevent snoring. *Stick a nasal adhesive strip across the soft part of the nose, just above nostrils prior to bed time. The plastic bands that are embedded in the adhesive pad, helps in tightening and lifting the sides of nose, while also maintaining airflow while sleeping. *Pour three to four drops of warm Brahmi ghee or plain ghee into each nostril in the morning and prior to bed time. *If overweight, try to lose weight through regular walks or any such exercise, which helps an obese person to breathe easily. Take care to go to bed at a scheduled time every day to get adequate sleep. *Snorers should strictly avoid use of sleeping pills, sedative antihistamines or alcohol. Smoking should be strictly avoided, as it irritates the nasal and throat lining.

Should you change your diet according to the season change?

Should you change your diet according to the season change?

Do the frequent changes in the season really affect your body and food habits?

A big YES!

Selection of appropriate food according to seasonal change is very important for staying healthy. In modern times, most fresh fruits and veggies are available round the year, however, the nutritional content is much less in the non-seasonal fruits and vegetables. An update of your eating habits consistently is a must to stimulate energy level of your body.

Here are some key dietary behaviors that must be considered while choosing the perfect diet plan for different seasons-

- Cherish the novelty of Spring

In spring, the green leafy vegetables with their fresh, tender leaves represent the arrival of the new season. These must be added to your menu that must include such lettuce, parsley, spinach, basil and fruits like strawberries, apricot, blueberries, peaches, and cherries etc. Try to consume less amount of salt in this season.

- Take Delight in the cool squash of Summer

Due to excessive heat in the summers, it is recommended to adhere to the watery, cool and light diet. Include seasonal fruits like watermelon, plums, melons, cherries, vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, mint etc in your regular diet. Restore your energy with cool, refreshing drinks such as fresh juices, coconut water, milk shakes etc. Drink lots and lots of water during the summers.

- Relish the freshness of Raindrops

The Monsoon season comes with lots of lip smacking food items. In this season, many people face dyspepsia problems so pick up foods that are easily digestible. Avoid consumption of watery foods, heavy meals, meat and fish. Eat gram flour, brown rice, barley, corn, oats, garlic, ginger, turmeric, yogurt and fruits like pomegranate and apple.

- Savor the crisp sunshine of Autumn

Consumption of warm harvest food products is appropriate for this season. Veggies like onion, fenugreek, garlic, pumpkin and fruits such as banana, pears, apple, cranberries work well in this season. Spices, nuts and seasonings like cinnamon, mustard seeds, walnuts, and peppercorns are a must in the autumn months.

- Enjoy the warmness of Winter season

As soon as the cold winter seeps in, you must eat warm nutritional foods. In the winter months, the guiding principle is that the foods that are slow to grow are more warming than the ones that grow rather quickly. This means you can take foods like lamb, fish and chicken and root vegetables like onion, garlic, potato and carrots. You can also take sesame, corn, fenugreek and milk products that are good sources of nutrition.

In short just 'Eat by the season' to stay healthy!

You have age of 26 .You have to understand what size of penis is important for normal sex functioning. Normally people in Indian subcontinent have penis size of 3.5 - 4.5 inches. Most persons have this size and most likely you too may be having this size. Do not get influenced by what you see on net. Those persons in net are selected on the size basis and timing shown in these porn movies are also is not correct, as these porn / blue films are made on similar lines as rest of movies what you see in theater i.e. Multiple cut and paste to show one act. You should also know that medically only 2 inches of penis is required to fulfill the sexual act. It is because outer 2 inches of female vagina is having most nerve endings and has most of the sensations. So what ever extra size you have is bonus. Even the male & female of every continent have proper appropriate length i.e. Male and female socket correspond & complement each other. They may be other doctors who may suggest vacuum pumps and lotions etc, but none can change what you inherit in your genes. Do remember that your father did not have trouble & you shall too will not have any trouble. “ SIZE DOES NOT MATTER. IT IS THE ACT THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT “

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.
