Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM (BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

For headache take tablet paracetamol and check your eye sight for refractive error and also rule out sinusitis as the cause of headache

Daily oil massage, proper diet, milk & milk products, take dry fruits, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, take proper care of hairs during travelling, Best luck.

Start taking naturamore female powder 1 spoon daily in morning and evening for 1 month. This will definitely give you results. As the Powder is just a supplement containing proteins, vitamins, minerals and all which is better than going on a diet. You will get result 110%. And try to go for walking and yoga in early morning before 8 AM to develop Pelvic muscles. Just inform me if you are not getting the powder. Take care. :)

it may be due to hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9.Consult for further advice

dear ravi, take 3 days in the morning simple halwa of atta, ghee and gud after well fried mix 1/2 tsf powder or ginger ( sonth) you must relieve. avoid dahi chawal cold drink. and take boiled or fresh water.

Only food can increase your stamina. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. Best Tips For Sustainable Weight Loss

The internet is full of various weight loss tips most of which are unrealistic and unpractical. So here I list some practical tips for weight reduction.

1. Set a goal which is realistic- unrealistic goals of losing 10 kgs in a month will lead you to fad diets which are unhealthy and unsustainable. Set a goal which is real. Weight loss of 2-3 kgs is considered practical.
2. Stay away from quick solutions- don’t go for fad diets, mono diets, ketogenic diets etc. These diets are not going to solve your problem but instead might create other health complications. Hence go for balanced diet. The key is to reduce the amount of calorie intake to the amount of calories burnt.
3. Consult a dietician/nutritionist- consult a dietician or nutritionist to get a personalized diet plan that suits your needs and lifestyle. This will help to learn in details about the weight loss process, will help you to stay focused and also learn the caloric values of your home dishes and to control your cravings and how to maintain your calorie intake.
4. Avoid commercially available foods. Opt for homemade foods.
5. Anticipate plateaus- they are common to all. They occur due to accumulation of water as fat is used up. Increase exercise in this period to help get rid of this water and restart weight reduction.
6. Avoid a sepearate menu for yourself, instead adapt your dietary needs from the regularly prepared family dishes.
7. When eating away from home, avoid excesses but do not get upset if you miss your diet plan. Adjust the following day’s menu or the remaining part of the day’s diet to compensate for the occasional excess calorie intake.
8. Avoid use of appetite depressants and such type of medications. The unnatural practices may do more harm than good.
9. Include physical activities in your daily regime. Be it running, jogging, cycling, swimming or any outdoor sport you like.
10. Avoid binging. Your self-determination and mental control will see you through.
