I always feel tired what is the problem with me can you please give me some ideas that how can I feel active. I'm a house wife. And I do only house hold works.

You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test. In diet include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Go for weight gain exercise.

Eat a well balanced food. Avoid junk food start taking 1 -2 fully ripe banana with milk daily once take 5 - 6 dates with warm milk at night after food. Eat more proteins in food. Do good amount of exercise daily to improve your appetite. Prepare kheer with milk and rice and sugar and consume daily once add cows ghee to food when about to eat.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Don't feel depressed about anything. Everybody has own view about life. You have to feel just positive about every thing. Go for a walk in morning daily. See beautiful things around you. Feel that every thing is beautiful around you and even you are beautiful because you soul is beautiful. Do some light exercise to strengthen your body. Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles & stamina have a well balanced with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise -have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, tofu, non veg, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, push ups, pull ups, squats, crunches, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week.

1_ make your own diet chart of morning breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2_ add dry fruits and preparation of urad dal, milk and other high calories containing foods.

You have to eat smaller meals 5-6 meals per day and take lots of fruits and vegetables ; do exercises early morning take vit b rich fruits take bakery foods to increase your weight and ofcourse all foods in proper rda quantity.
