Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. • Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. • Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

How much weight and height you have. You did not mention. What kind of weakness you r feeling. Take alfa tonic three times a day and inform with details so that you may be treated well.

I have joined a gym and had improved my personality very better but nowadays because of excess of heat I am not able to eat food properly due to taking access of water what to do?

To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water. * do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju). * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.

I suggest, you should take natural protein like soyabean, sattu ka atta with milk, egg,fish, sprouts,peanut butter, milk and milk products, pulses. You can try whey protein powder after workout.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Hello general weakness will be treated if you follow these things: 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Jb bhii semester break hota hai mai ghr aa jata hu and after ek month bhii ghr me ruk jata hu toh suddenly mera weight 6-7 kilo badh jata. Is there any problem regarding that? Idont think there is any problem n this--------------presently your weight I almosst normal towards higher side and in your case diet matters----no doubt home diet is far better than hostel diet and at home you start taking more fatty food which adds to your daily calories which leadss to increased weight but this is not the case in hostel life and thatswhy there iss a difference in your weight in home and hostel-----------

Hi, do regular exercise and streching. For increasing hight and weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi lybrate-user. Not gaining weight is dependent on the metabolism and basal metabolic rate which is governed by Thyroid hormones principally. So you may test for that. And also you should start homoeopathic treatment with proper consultation. You may take Alfalfa Q 10 drops before meals.in water.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

Exercise is the best remedy for. Workout for 40 minutes daily. Also have food rich in vitamins and proteins. Soya, milk, curd, vegetables, fruits, dates, almonds and figs will help. Use them everyday. Take lots of pulses - all dals, sprouts and eggs.
