Your weight is not proper according to your height.You can do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.These will help you to gain weight.Along with this eat balanced diet.Eat more food more frequently.Add cream with tea/coffee.Take ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with food.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take plenty of dense fruits and vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat fish,egg,lean meat,peas,beans,soy products,peanut,mushroom,tofu,peanut butter.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take stress free proper rest at night.

Start consuming more of proteins eat after small intervals. Consume honey water instead of plain water. Start your day with water soaked almonds and cashews. Consume 1litre of milk in any form like curd, paneer or pudding etc. Consult privately to know your detailed diet plan.

Avoid taking supplements that promise quick weight gain. Many of these are full of additives and ingredients that are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. You can better your results and nutrition with whole foods. Tips Don't drink during your meals -- it can squelch your appetite. Save water, juice and milk for after or between meals. Enlist a workout partner to keep you honest about your workouts and to serve as a spotter.

Hi, do regular exercise. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Vitamin D is naturally produced by our body from sunlight so 1st stay in the mrg sunlight for 10-15 mins daily and take tablets tayo 60k weekly once.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Firstly you should focus on your weight you should reduce your weight by at least five kgs start your routine with a glass of lukewarm honey and lemon water eat only three times in a day consume lot of salad before your both meal consume lot of water too

Get your thyroid profile and blood sugar checked. Take tablet liv 52 1 bd and ashavgandha powder 1 tsp with milk daily. Drink plenty of water and do pranayam daily.
