Hello, you can increase your stamina Balanced diet is of utmost importance. Eat a diet full of protein, vitamins, iron, calcium, essential fats and fibre.- Don't skip meals; rather have 6 meals - three mains and three snacks. Include eggs (whites), lean meats, fish, green leafy veggies, milk, soy,fruits, cereals, nuts and seeds in your regular dietary intake.- Water, water, water. Have plenty of fluids throughout the day. Keep yourself well hydrated. Even while you are running keep sipping every 15 minutes.Eat properly before and after running.- Never run on an empty stomach.- Never eat heavily just before or after running. A banana and a granola bar with some seed mix will be apt 10 minutes before you start your run.- Wait for at least 25 minutes before you have a meal after your run.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

Hello, Lybrate user, it has been observed that after Gym session is over, permanently,it may deshape your body, of course. The volume of rest after Gym differs person to person, moreover it should be atleast for two hrs ,in general. Tk care.

Follow these guidelines. Do muscle building exercise like push ups, weight lifting etc. Eat extra more frequently than before. Do not skip meals. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Add ghee, butter etc with foods extra. Eat fish, egg, meat etc more. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Take proper sleep at night. These are simple things but for more details and quick guaranteed result consul me privately on lybrate.

Treatment can include simple excision, endoscopic removal, or liposuction and it depends on the size, number and location of lipomas. Simple excision is usually done for superficial lipomas and is done under anesthesia by giving and excision and removing the contents of the lipoma. Then these contents are sent for histopathological examination. Liposuction has more recurrence rate but in surgical incisional removal, since it is removed completely, including the capsule, the recurrence rate is less.

I suggest you do not hurry for body building its a slow process. Until and unless you are a professional I do not suggest you take synthetic source of protein. Better you take 2 eggs/6 banana/1 liter of milk/200 gms of chicken in your diet daily,

Dear, you can easily gain weight by following simple and very important tips: 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight gain, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can some supplement protein such as soya protein, ceratin or dry milk powder. I assure you that you definitely gain weight by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. hi suraj here is the best remedy for you do try this Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy.
