Hello..modify and balance daily routine with diet and workout for balancing diabetes..take soaked methi dana in the morning..take high fibre diet..avoid sugar refined food.. Nutrients such omega 3 fatty acids,vitamine C&E,lutein,zinc might help lead to good eye health..so for this,these food should taken by you... *Green leafy vegetables like spinach,reddish leave etc. *egg,nuts,beans,pulses or other protein sources *fish a best source for non vegetarian *carrot,tomato, *oranges an other citrus fruits nd juices *almonds.. Main important thing if u smoke 1st quit it..its major problem for eye sight..

I'm suffering with multiple lipomas all over my body. These are growing on size and number. I've visited few doctors but all of them suggested to leave these lipomas the way they are as these are benign and the best way to get rid of these is surgically extraction. I wish to know if there is any method of reducing the lipomas in size or number or at least precautions/suggestions to curb the development of new ones.

Hello lybrate-user. According to ayurveda llipoma problems is related to bad metabolism means if food is not properly digested than all dhatus are not forming uniform and these lipoma forms due to malformation of maans dhatu. So we have to correct metabolism. For that lahsun or garlic is very effective. You can take one one garlic kali two times with warm water. Also take trifla churna 3-3 gm with honey and warm water after food. Avoid maida, fried food, fast food, curd, sweets, excersise and sleep imediatly after food etc. Continue these medicines for six months. Also do some yoga, pranayam.

Get a mri done to pin point the cause and site of pain. Meanwhile go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also.

Hello Lybrate User, Please make these changes if you want to lose weight fast 1) Have small and frequent meals…it helps in increasing BMR and helps in weight loss 2) Cut down on sugar intake. Avoid mithais, sweets, icecreams, puddings etc 3) Drink at least 2 litres water in a day. But make sure not to have water immediately after a meal 4) Have more green leafy vegetables and whole fruits. Eat natural foods. 5) Avoid fried and fatty foods and foods with preservative such as samosa, pakoda, chips, namkeens etc 6) If you eat non veg, then avoid red meat and include more of leans cuts of chicken, fish etc. Don’t eat yolk. Have egg whites only. 7) Avoid aereated drinks and juices…even the fresh fruit juices. 8) Don’t drink alcohol as it has nothing but calories 9) Include more fibre in food as fibre keeps you full for longer. Whole fruits, vegetables, whole or sabut dals all have fibre. Try including more of fibrous cereals too such as dalia, oats, add bran to atta for making chapattis, brown rice etc. 10) Have good breakfast and light dinners. 11) Include physical activity like walking, swimming, cycling.

1. Stay away from Dust and Pollution. 2. Increase your immunity, eat plenty of Fruits and vegetables. 3. Kee Hydrated. Drink plenty of water and soups. 4. Exercise - Make it a habit to exercise or run for 45 minutes daily. This will improve your immunity. 5. Green Tea - Drink green Tea and coffee , They contain flavnoids and will.improve your immunity. 6. Multivitamin - A good multivitamin of Antioxidants will also help you avoid cold and allergies . 7. Avoid eating outside food .  8. Handful of nuts like walnuts and almonds will improve your immunity to fight of the cold and allergies. 9. Maintain Healthy weight. 10. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

All these are myths. Excess of everything is bad. No soft drink lead to diabetes. Eating egg yolk in excess raises cholesterol. Bt along with eating eggs you are doing good physical activity and a balanced diet it will not raise. Expecding many hours infornt of tv may cause problem but watching only for one two hours per day with proper sitting position will not.

Hello, These are some home made tips to get shiny and strong long hair. *Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp. *Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. *Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. *Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. *Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow *Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick.
