I sweat a lot even during winter seasons. Sometimes even if the a. C. Is on. I loose a lot of water in the process. It has become very hard during summer to bare the heat. What can I do?

Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, 3. Alcoholism 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on. 7. Consult skin specialist for advice.

I am 53 years & from last 3 months I am facing problem that there is erection in my penis during sex but otherwise I feel like there is no activity , like it is dead , means no erection even while seeing a porn. Also I feel my testicles have got heavier means they have grown a bit bigger than before (or in Hindi Latak Gaye hain )from last 3 to 4 months .Not able to understand why it has happened & to which type of doctor I should consult . Dear lybrate user. I do not think you have any sexual problems. Age related penis shrinking and lack of previously experienced libido are common. These are natural. Don't worry. Worrying may worsen your anxiety and thereby sexual capacity. You may consult an urologist or I suggest online sexual counseling. Take care.

Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to lose belly fat: Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results.

Rather than applying ointments change your dietary habits and lifestyle, eat lots of fiber , fruits , cereals, legumes ,pulses etc exercise drink lots of water. And try (Homeo) Sulphur 30 5-7 pills in morning and Nux Vomica 30 5-7 pills at bed time.

Hello lybrate user, have you diagnosed with investigations as gastric ulcer? - if it is your own thot then difficult to consider - as you have stomach pain where and when it ll pain matters here. - if it is gastritis by changing your food habits and lifestyle and with few medicines you can come out if that - you have to avoid strictly all street foods junk oily spicy foods - maintain time of sleep always and it shld start before 11pm - have pomegranate fruit more - take kamadhudha ras 2-0-2 - madhiphala rasayana 20ml thrice a day - drink warm water before going to bed. Do it for 15days. Instructions are general. Thank you.

I am a 42 years old man, I am facing erection issues. Urogolist was consulted and he told everything is normal, it is just a mental block. He advised to take tazzle 20mg before 1 hour the start of activity. This helped to regain erection, but the sperms very not getting released. After trying for 1 or 2 years, now erection issue has become too much and even I am not able to masturbate to release the sperms. Need your best advise, how to take it forward.

Now a days are of viral infection be careful. Cold,Sneezing, sore throat, a stuffy nose, coughing -fever,bodyache,headache,occured in viral infection. What can you do for your cold or cough symptoms? besides drinking plenty of fluids and getting plenty of rest, you may want to take medicines. There are lots of different cold and cough medicines, and they do different things. Nasal decongestants - unclog a stuffy nose...i.e ................ nasal dop/spray.....nasivion Cough suppressants - quiet a cough...................................... syp. Brozedax Expectorants - loosen mucus so you can cough it up.............syp...zeet expectorant Antihistamines - stop runny noses and sneezing.....................tab/syp....levocetirizine Pain relievers - ease fever, headaches, and minor aches and pains.......tab..flucold plus . Here are some other things to keep in mind about cold and cough medicines. Read labels, because many cold and cough medicines contain the same active ingredients. Taking too much of certain pain relievers can lead to serious injury. Do not give cough medicines to children under four, and don't give aspirin to children.
