So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 6.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . 8.Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair.

Side forehead and vertex hair loss in males is a sign of androgenic alopecia or male patrern of baldness its an irreversible phenomenon following tips can help to reduce further deterioration avoid strong shampoos and conditioners. Avoid hot water for hair bath. Avoid using helmets or caps for long hours. Drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily. Take a multivitamin tablet for a period of 2 months. Tab supradyn. First of all, keep your face clean always. Secondly, drink at least 3 litres water daily thirdly, make a face pack using chandan powder (2tsp)+multani mitti powder (1 tsp)+ haldi (1pinch)+ neem powder (1 pinch)+ rose water + 3-4 drops lemon juice. Apply on face and keep till it's dry. Then wash with water. Use a mild face wash to clean face. Eat lots of juicy fruits like oranges, apples avoid junk food, fried food and spicy food totally. Avoid tea/coffee as much as you can. Do deep breathing/pranayam daily fir 15 min.

u have to avoid porn and sex literature to stay from sexual arousal as sex thoughts at night time is a major cause of wet dreams.

Arthritis is painful.
It is a debilitating illness that worsens with time. Pain, swelling in the joints and stiffness affect your mobility and curb your active lifestyle. Corticosteroids and anti-inflammatory medicines help alleviate pain in the joints and reduce inflammation.
But more and more people with arthritis are now adopting natural remedies to get it treated safely. Making positive changes in the lifestyle like regular exercise, foods with anti inflammatory properties and getting restful sleep etc. Help to ease the pain.
But do herbal supplements for arthritis work?
Let us go through a list of herbal supplements to know about their efficacy in treating symptoms of arthritis-
A) Cat?s claw
Cat?s claw is also known as ?Alai? in Hindi. It has shown mixed results in relieving inflammations due to arthritis like morning stiffness, swelling and pain in the joints. It has shown minimal side effects with tummy upset as the major complaint.
B) Ginger
Ginger has anti inflammatory properties that help relieve common cold, migraine, hypertension etc. It can be brewed into tea or even available in the form of supplements in the market.
Studies have shown that taking 3 to 6 grams organic ginger powder two times a day regularly for three months proves beneficial in treating arthritis symptoms. It provides relief in pain and enhances mobility of joints. This happens because it improves blood circulation.
C) Turmeric
Turmeric is a great anti inflammatory herb. It contains two compounds ? curcumin and curcuminoids that help lower inflammations in arthritis.
Although it is used commonly in Indian cooking, but should be consumed in the form of a supplement to enjoy its maximum benefits. Take 1 ? 2 turmeric capsules with food and water twice a day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. It effectively helps mitigate pain in arthritis.
D) Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus oil extract helps relieve arthritis pain and swelling in the joints. Eucalyptus leaves contains tannin that reduces the joint swelling and pain. The extract is applied topically and generally followed by heating pads over the affected joints.
E) Green Tea
Green tea is cultivated extensively in India and China. It is a traditional herbal remedy for improving digestion and boosting metabolism as well as heart health.
It is powerhouse of antioxidants like polyphenols which restrains damage to your joints and inflammations caused due to arthritic condition. Its anti inflammatory nature will keep you protected against autoimmune arthritis. You can drink green tea 2-3 times a day preferably after day time meals. You may add a few drops of lemon juice to it to enhance its anti oxidant properties.
If you are taking any medicines, make sure you consult your doctor before consuming green tea as it may react with other medications.
F) Flaxseed
Flaxseed can be consumed raw or in the form of oil and capsules. It helps in lubricating the joints that have gone stiff due to arthritis and helps relieve stiffness and joint pain. This happens because flaxseed is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids that are anti inflammatory in nature. You may also add flaxseed to salads, soups, curd, sandwiches or smoothies.
G) Night Jasmine
Night jasmine is also popularly known as ?Parijat? or ?Harshingar? tree in India. It is anti inflammatory, anti spasmodic and analgesic in nature. The decoction of its leaves help relieve symptoms of arthritis. You may take it once a day for arthritic relief.
H) Pineapple
Who would have thought that pineapple could come in handy in relieving symptoms of arthritis! Bromelain or an extract of pineapple stem is anti inflammatory in nature and helps reduce swelling and pain in the joints. For specific dosage, consult your ayurvedic doctor.
I) Chirayita
Chirayita is a herb found commonly on the slopes of Himalayas. It is abundant in swerchirin, swertianin and swertanone compounds that are anti inflammatory in nature. It thereby helps reduce symptoms of arthritis. For specific dosage, consult your ayurvedic doctor.
J) Boswellia
Boswellia helps relieve morning stiffness, pain and swelling in joints in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is a safe way to treat symptoms of arthritis. In Fact a combination of Boswellia and turmeric supplements checks the degeneration of arthritis without any side effects. For best results, take 1 capsule of Boswellia supplement in the morning and 2 capsules at night.
K) Willow Bark
It is anti inflammatory and therefore helps alleviate pain in rheumatoid arthritis by reducing inflammation in the joints. It is generally taken in form of tablets.
L) Devil?s Claw
It is a traditional African herb used to treat infections and problems of the digestive system. Its root extract contains compounds like iridoid glycoside that has shown positive results in treatment of rheumatoid tendonitis, arthritis and osteoarthritis. It also has pain alleviating properties with negligible side effects.
M) Stinging Nettle
Its leaves and stem are used as tea or in capsule form. Stinging Nettle has high amounts of minerals like potassium, magnesium and calcium that helps relieves symptoms of gout. It has analgesic properties that helps ease inflammation and pain in case of osteoarthritis.
Ask your doctor before taking this supplement for arthritis as it may interfere with medicines for heart disease, diabetes and cholesterol.
N) Burdock Root:
It has immense anti inflammatory power. This is because Burdock root contains essential fatty acids or EFAs. This is beneficial in relieving joint pain due to arthritis.
Some herbal supplements work wonders in relieving symptoms of arthritis while others give mixed results depending on the type of arthritis. Consult your doctor before you start taking them for specific duration, dosage and suitability for your arthritic condition to derive maximum benefits

It is just tiredness once in a while if you want you can take tab combiflam for it otherwise some rest and relaxation will ease out the pain and feeling of tiredness.

So what I do.
Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.

To overcome pimples you need to reduce hot or pitta increasing foods, like dry fruits, non-veg & eggs etc. Also, constipation can increase pitta, triphala at all times will reduce constipation & pimples as well. Also, combination of salt & milk should be avoided. Many herbs like manjistha & shirish helps to reduce pimples. Apply himalaya neem face pack daily on your acne.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Set the mood right: 6 Indian herbs to boost sexual health

Sexual health is an often neglected area in India, due to the topic of sex being a taboo. Some studies show that your sex-drive is a reflection of your overall well-being due to its link with the other hormones in the body. All the hormones in our body collectively affect our mood, consciousness, and mental health.

Ayurveda has known the importance of sexual health since ancient times and used various herbs to not only increase sex drive but for the overall nourishment of the reproductive system.

Here is a list of the prominent herbs that are excellent for sexual health:

1. Ashwagandha

Also known as Indian ginseng, this is an aphrodisiac for men and increases blood flow to the reproductive organs and relaxes the nerves thereby increasing sex drive. You can take 2 gm of the powder in the evening or tablets that are available according to the dosage.

2. Shilajit

This is one of the most valuable herbal remedies which is only found in the Himalayas. It is literally the fossilized remains of medicinal plants and is found in a resinous form. Shilajit can increase sperm count in men and ovogenesis in women. The recommended dosage is 300 to 500 mg per day.

3. Hibiscus flower

Hibiscus is used for hair growth and arthritis but its petals are also a good aphrodisiac. It also contains antioxidants that fight ageing and preserve youthfulness. Have hibiscus tea like the Egyptians used to by mixing powdered hibiscus petals with tea.

4. Ginger

Ginger stimulates blood circulation to the pelvic area and also boosts energy levels. Mix half teaspoon of grated or chopped ginger with honey and have it.

5. Shatavari

This one is more suitable for women though it has some effect on men also. It is a calming tonic that regulates the female hormones. You can boil the crushed roots on medium flame and drink the water or you can use the powdered form (3-6 gm) gradually moving towards a higher dose.

6. Kaunchbeej

Known is English as mucuna pruriens, is one of the rare natural sources of powerful hormonally active compounds that can affect mood and mind. It stimulates the production of growth hormones, energizes the muscles and raises sex-drive in both men and women.

Because of stress negative thoughts may come. In stress our mind can have loss of positive manner. So it is possible of negetive thoughts. So then you follow stress relief methods. Take the help of friends or elders. Share your feelings with your closed friends, recreate your own entertainment channels. Take a special space for yourself. Visit temple's, movies, new places, new taste of food. Change the lifestyle management. Be friendly with others. Be happy all the time. All the best.

It is just a matter of habit you make it the way you want it you will have to work for it deliberately to regulate your timings it is certainly not a disease at the most consult a physician in person and get your general checkup done to rule out any weakness or disease.

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream - in morning and at night daily.
