Hi, Further loss of hair can be controlled by the following ways:- Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

I am 25, height 5'5 and my weight is 111 kg now, from past few months I have been struggling with weight loss but the main problem I face is I travel a lot and can't keep up with the proper routine. I need help regarding diet plan and workouts that I can continue during travels as well.

You need to follow a proper diet even though while travelling. Try to include good amount of digestible fibre in your diet like oats, milk + wheat flakes, oats idli, lots of fresh fruits and saute veggies. Avoid eating carbohydrate rich food, refined cereals (maida, noodles, pastas). Along with diet you need to do physical activities also to increase your metabolic rate.

In how many months we see the effect of weight loss by drinking green tea regularly 3 times a day.

Only green tea do not cause any significant weight loss. In addition to green tea, first you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it life long but not cure it completely and few tips - Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet , always be stress free , exercise regularly and for specific medication you will have to meet a dermatologist

Sugar, sweetened juice, soft drinks increase belly fat as the main ingredient is glucose, fructose and the turns into belly fat and metabolic system affected and impaires insulin sensitivity. Instead of this take plenty of vegetables, whole fruits. Use unrefined foods. Eat small amount of food. Eat protein foods more which will help to reduce fat and help to build muscle. Add healthy fat small amount. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Use lukewarm water after meals. Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning and do exercise like swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups, plank, yoga. And see the result.

Hi avoid chilly have only boiled food items and more of soups and kheer, and custard. And for scars .put baby moisturiser daily at night .scars will 3 -4 months.

In case of bleeding gums firstly use a soft bristle tooth brush. After brushing gently massage your gums with finger by tooth powder to enhance blood supply in gums. And have an oral prophylaxis done to have cleaning of your teeth.

Hi, firstly, do not skip any major meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try to avoid the obvious junk like burgers, pizza, fries, noodles, samosa, vada pav and refined foods like farsan/namkeen, biscuits, khari. Try to have a big bowl of salad twice daily with main meals. Incorporate at least 30-40 min of brisk walk/any exercise for minimum of 4 days in a week. Include fruits in between the mail meals like mid-morning and evening.

For Healthy skin- • Eat citrus fruits everyday or drink a glass of lemon water. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Apply or rub one teaspoon of honey on your face and leave it for 30 minutes , and then wash off it. Honey is best moisturiser. • You can use two teaspoons of milk with two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of sugar mix it and apply it for 10 minutes on your face and then wash off it. • You can apply aloevera gel on your face. It will smooth your skin . • Use moisturizer contain Vitamin E Or take two capsules of vitamin E (cap Evion ),open it and squeeze out their liquid on your palm or directly mix it with cream or moisturizer you have and apply daily on it on your face at night daily.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.
