I was at 95 kgs n I did gm diat n got my weight reduced to 82 kgs n when I stop my diat it got increased back to 87 so should I do this diat again? N are there any side effects by doing such diets.

Hi lybrate-user few tips to get you started on your weight loss journey: have filling breakfast which consists of cereal (complex carbohydrate), a protein source (egg/ beans/ milk and milk product) and vitamin and mineral source (fruit/ vegetables). Have in between snacking of fruits and nuts. Have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have good fats e. G. Almonds/ walnuts/ flax seeds/ avocado/ pumpkin seeds/ coconut etc. Drink plenty of water and avoid empty calories (soft drinks). Avoid bakery products. Eat variety in terms of cereal, pulses, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Include any form of physical activity for 45 mins per day.

You should have low calory diet and protein rich diet walk for an hour in a day exercise regularly eat good nutrition base low calory diet manage the stress don't sleep in day time take enough sleep at night. Don't eat high calory diet.

Yes, he can. Weight has little to do with heart problems and stress has a lot to do with affecting the heart. There are many other factors involved but stress is a huge​ factor.

For increasing your weight in a healthy way Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
