There are other possibilities, but the most likely cause for your symptoms is carpal tunnel syndrome. I would recommend that you see a Physiotherapist, you can ice the wrists, and buy carpal tunnel splints for nighttime.

I recently recovered from viral fever after that I am suffering from joint pain. Earlier I had so much swelling on my legs but now swelling got down but pain in still there. Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds.

I m a female 74 yes I have got advanced fourth stage breast cancer and have undergone a decompression operation of the spinal cord in November but my senses in the lower part if the body have not recovered as yet pls tell me how can I speed up my recovery I have gone through 3 chemo sessions also.

Do consult neuro physiotherapist and take ift for your joint pain followed by strengthening exercises for joints do consult cardiologist and take ecg and avoid comparing with others as every one is unique in body structure.

Cramps means difficiency of electrolytes. Have proper salt intake. Drink plenty of water. Go for hot fomentaion of your limbs take balanced diet. Add milk. Green veg. You can also take ors and if pain is excessive take tab tromanil -mr (twice a day) when required for instant relief.

Try some remedies for joint pain: -ice packs can be used to soothe hot, swollen joints. -heat packs help to relax tense, tired muscles. -splinting of swollen or painful joints may be helpful, a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist (ot) may provide temporary splints for you. -pace yourself: overdoing things can increase your pain, but so can not doing enough. Your physiotherapist can advise you on increasing your activity level at a rate you can cope with and on finding the right balance between rest and activity. -take regular graded exercise: graded exercise starts slowly and increases in small steps. This will help you to strengthen your muscles and joints and increase your fitness. Improving your general fitness and stamina will help you to increase your activity level without increasing your pain. -mobilising, stretching and strengthening: your physiotherapist will assess your muscle strength and the range of movement in your joints, and advise on techniques and exercises so you can keep your joints working as well as possible. I am 36 years old woman. I start my work early morning and restlessly complete work first by standing so far. Now for past four days I am unable to stand due to severe under foot pain. You should first take an xray of your foot. You might be having a cacaneal spur (which the deposition of calcium on your heel). So if you have that you might require assistance from a ortho doctor to give you medication. But you should aslo take 10 days session of physiotherapy that is ultrasound therapy (therapeutic). You should chnage your foot ware to mcr shoes. Please avoid standing for very long time. That will increase pressure under your heel. After your pain comes down you start with stretching of the foot for 7 days later. Please get back to me soon.
