When you stop it will improve a lot of better things than gastrointestinal problems. It is a good decision you have made and now it is important to implement it. Marijuana has varied findings and claims, many of which are dubious, and some for medicinal uses that are authentic. But each person reacts differently to these substances and you definitely sound like someone who is not reacting well. These drugs can precipitate underlying anxiety, quite innocuously. In the meantime, you must go on a regular exercise program, eat well and sleep well. A personality course will certainly help. Do Yoga and meditation too. If the addiction is in any way covering up some deep-rooted pain, you need to work on that and clear that out of your system. I hope you are aware that people who are addicted are often spiritually bankrupt. It would be wise for you to touch base with your faith and turn to some spiritual exercises to reform your path on the right track. I am sure it will help. Do not delay any action by denial: a typical reaction of all addicts. It comes in the form of over-confidence, some arrogance, and denying the existence of any problem. Stopping weed is like any other habit like smoking and has to be done immediately, promptly, and abruptly. When quitting, you must take one day at a time. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning and the high you get from the weed. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking weed to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. Though there are contravening information percolating from researchers of various kinds expounding its benefits. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation, even though you are into weed. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers of weed and cigarettes for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a refill, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

All medicines hv side-effects I am sure due to the early ejaculation you seem to be upset you seem to be very much stressed.(for years stress you must engage in some form or yoga or relaxation/meditation daily) Try this for PE it will help u. Pls note most of the times premature ejaculation (PE) occurs due to speed. We tend to go fast and in the process the sperm comes out sooner that required. Maintain a low speed and keep on taking deep breathes (when you penetrate) and stop for 30 seconds if you feel like ejaculating. U can practise this process while you masturbate, to gain confidence & remember that you need to enjoy the process and keep taking slow deep breathes. I would also suggest you to engage in some form of relaxation or yoga, to relieve your anxiety symptoms. Anxiety is another cause of PE. Engaging more in oral sex, without touching each others' genitals also helps in setting up the relaxation mode. Then you can go for penetration without much anxiety. Hi Saravan 1.Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food, Take home made food 2.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 3.Take Proper Diet, like milk,vegetables/ fruits, good protein like soya, sprouts, Paneer etc 4. Please avoid sugar, jagary,honey, seets,sweet fruits like mangoe, banana,cheeku, grapes,dates etc. Do regular exercise, walk,yoga and if Bloodd sugar still high take medicine as per advise of your physician. Get regular blood sugar estimation also.

URTI-Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea , hot coffee,hot Soups, hot milk. Avoid Fried/Oily foods like –Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips , Namkeens . Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food,Hamburgers, Pizza.Do not take any COLD drinks , cold water, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator. Take soft foods like rice Gurrel (Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables.Avoid Chillies completely. Take plain warm water, Cocunut water, Enerzal in warm water.Avoid Cold Milk , Meat Products ,Fried rice and noodles. Avoid Sour fruits like Citrus fruits, grapes . Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. Hye, Thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height by 13 kgs. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help

The symptoms described by you are suggest the possibility of" cosmetic induced allergy/ hypersensitivity" of the eyes. It is possible that the shampoo/ soap/ shower gel that you use during taking a shower may enter the eyes and cause reddish coloration of the eyes. This is commonly experienced by many people. A good way to confirm this would be to prevent the cosmetic/ shampoo/ soap/ shower gel from entering into your eyes. If this simple measure results in relieving the redness in your eyes, it would confirm the cause as well. Another good idea would be do gently splash clean water in your eyes 3-4 times in a day. This would clear the dust load in the eyes and the bacteria as well. Hope my suggestions help, take care!

As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. It does not mean any menses. It is just withdrawl. Still you have to confirm the absense of pregnancy after missing period if it misses.

Congratulations for exclusively breast feeding your baby.No she is not obese.Refer to IAP Growth chart and plot weight against age. You should play with your child and love her all the time. For under active thyroid don't stop medicines without doctor's advice.
