I am student in x11 class and my face have many very small like pimple please give me a soln.
Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland ) . • Due to hormonal changes occurs in puberty period . These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples : • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. * Eat fruits apple, melon, cucumber and avoid to eat mango . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller 's earth (multani mitti ) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Grind sesame seeds and mix it in almond oil. Apply this on your scalp for few weeks as it will help in preventing your hair from turning white. Your hair will turn black if you use this solution. This combination works really well! Make sure to grind the sesame seeds properly. After applying this combination on your hair and scalp, you should leave it for about 20-30 minutes. Wash off with plain water. Say goodbye to white hair and say a big hello to a young you. If you use these home remedies, you will surely get great results. Try them and thank us later. Stress could be another cause for getting white hair and so, do not take much of stress and live a happy life. Take care of you and your hair! -

Know Why Strawberries Are Must For You!

Know Why Strawberries Are Must For You!

Berries are known to be extremely beneficial to health, and the strawberries, given their wide availability are more popular, especially in the Asian region. Whether as a raw fruit or in a salad, as a smoothie or an ice-cream, strawberries are liked by different people in different forms.

Read on to know some of the common benefits of these wonderful berries.

  1. Boost immunity: Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, strawberries boost immunity significantly. A cup of strawberries is enough to get a complete day’s requirements of vitamin C.
  2. Controlled inflammation: The antioxidants and phytochemicals lower the ability of blood to develop higher cholesterol levels. They help reduce levels of C-reactive protein in the body system, which also controls inflammation. The risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke is reduced significantly.
  3. Digestive system: Given their high fibre content, it helps eat less and with reduced calories. It also promotes bowel movement and reduces intestinal inflammation. It also contains nitrate which improves blood flow and helps cleanse the system.
  4. Antihypertensive: Strawberries are rich in potassium, and this is highly beneficial in controlling blood pressure. Potassium and sodium act conversely, and by increasing potassium, sodium is reduced, which helps lower blood pressure.
  5. Controls cholesterol: The Ellagic acid and flavonoids are known to reduce low-density lipoprotein or LDL, which is harmful to the heart and overall health. They also reduce oxidative damage, which is a result of chronic inflammation leading to heart disease.
  6. Anti-aging properties: The biotin in the strawberries also improve skin and hair quality and also promotes tissue regeneration. They promote collagen formation, which reduces wrinkles and improve skin tone and texture. Vitamin C and A are also responsible for its antiaging benefits.
  7. Stress management: The antioxidants, improved immunity, and reduced inflammation also lead to improved stress management.
  8. Heart health: The colour of the strawberries comes from flavonoids, which are the main reason for their heart health.
  9. Eye health: Strawberries have been shown to improve eye health by reducing incidents of cataracts, reduces the degree of macular degeneration, and reduces damage from sun exposure. The vitamin C also strengthens the eyes lens and retina, further contributing to eye health.
  10. Anti-cancer agent: Strawberries are specifically shown to reduce the incidence of esophageal cancer with their rich content of flavonoids, antioxidants, vitamin C, and most importantly ellagic acid. These suppress cancer cell growth and reduce free radicals in circulation thereby providing protection against cancer.
  11. Weight management: Not just for people who want to lose weight, but even on a preventive measure, strawberries are good for weight maintenance. Those who want to prevent heart disease and diabetes should help themselves to strawberries.

Acid reflux is the cause of your problem. It is important that you follow the following advice: Firstly, don’t miss breakfast, lunch or dinner. ... Secondly, avoid aerated drinks, tea, and coffee. ... Also, include milk and diary products in your diet. ... Don’t remain hungry for long periods of time. ... Raise the head of your bed if symptoms interfere with sleep. If your bed allows for it, raise the head of it by 6 to 8 inches. Gravity will keep the acid in your stomach. Don't just pile up pillows, though. These tend to bend your neck and body in such a way that increases the pressure. It will make the hyperacidity worse Consider losing weight. Losing weight may reduce some of the pressure on your lower esophageal sphincter, keeping stomach acid from leaking through Eat smaller meals. Decrease the amount of food you eat at any one time. This may reduce the amount of stress and pressure on your stomach For medication consult online in private.

Hi, fibro adenoma as such if not symptomatic need not be removed if small. If it enlarges it can be safely removed. It is a simple procedure.

First, it has to be confirmed whether it is actually fungal infection or some other skin disease. Second, whether the duration of treatment is adequate or not. Third, even if your diagnosis is correct and treatment is adequate, if you maintain poor personal hygiene and your clothes and underwear still carry the fungus, you will get the infection again.
