Hello , only scooty driving may not be the sole reason for the pain. Try to maintain your postures n positions straight while driving it. Plus if u have a sedentary life style try being a little active. Use stairs instead of lift and walk for small distances. I think this shud help.

Immediately stop shoulder exercises, take rest, apply ice. Till shoulder pain goes off completely, do other exercises like cardiac and stretching. Always start with low weights and gradually increase weight. Do exercises under supervision of trainer properly. If pain doesn't settle in a week, review again.

It is frequently due to vitamin and calcium deficiency. Sometimes it may also be due to improper blood circulation in your leg. Take vitamin supplements, fresh fruits, plenty of water daily. Consult an orthopedic surgeon if your condition does not improve.

I am having lower back pain. I think its due to wrong gym posture and wallet, I have stopped the gym and do only the physio exercise suggested by docter. But not getting 1% benifit of that. My age is 25 only. And i want to do the gym. But cant do because of this back pain. Suggest me something.

Dear dipak,i can understand your problem. see this kind of lower back pain may have many causes. but presently you stop doing gym. in place you can do more aerobic or pranayama exercises. for better result i have to evaluate you thoroughly face to face personally, than only i can get the cause of pain. as you are very young so you should care your back now only, muscle can be made later age also. our concern is with good health and pain free movement. here i am giving some tips so that you can get temporary relief. 1 Lie down flat on floor without pillow. 2 Dont lift heavy weight for time being 3 Try to lie down on your belly for some time. 4 if possible do BHUJANGASANA its very effective but slowly 5 apply warm water or analgesic gel to painful part. Lastly if possible consult me as early as possible if you are in or nearby Rajkot. or keep in touch will advice as needed. DR HEMANG S JANI

Dislocated shoulder after the shoulder bone is repositioned by orthopaedic doctor, you can start physiotherapy treatment to reduce pain and swelling. 1) ice your shoulder to reduce pain and swelling. Do it for 20-30 minutes every three to four hours, for 2 to 3 days or longer. 2) use a sling or shoulder immobilizer to prevent further injury. 3) take medicines as prescribed by doctor. 4) practice stretching and strengthening exercises as prescribed by physiotherapist.

Hi How soon can we resume weight training. I was diagnosed with 1.diffuse disc bulge at L3-L4. Moderate size broad-based posterocentral disc protrusion causes secondary central spinal canal stenosis, narrowing of bilateral neural foramina, mild compression on L5 traversing and abuts the L4 exiting nerve roots. I will much better and in no pain after 10 days of back exercise suggested by my physiotherapist.

1. Continue with Spinal Exercises for one month minimum 2. Wear lumber spine belt in Gym when you start with Exercises 3. Initially start with cardio exercises only. 4. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Hi, you are suffering from diabetes type-2. Try to contrl it with balanced diet sugar free. Diabetic neuropathy causes pain and burning sensation. In rise of sugar level muscular atrophy seen causing neuralgia/pain. So it will be solved by youself with utmost care. Ok.

Hello 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

My husband is 48 years old last week while coming back in the flight he had severe pain on one side of forehead which went upto head further, he felt as if his nerves are being pulled severely then after a while it reduced and cooled down.
