You have not mentioned your place of residence where you want to see a doctor. It appears to be due to stress / anxiety, so do relaxation exercise. However to exclude other cause you need to do some blood tests like sugar and hormones. Stop smoking if you smoke. If you are taking any medicine or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that.

1.First of all try to enjoy or find enjoymnt in what you are doing because if we dont enjoy our work we will find excuses and moreover we will exhaut early. 2.Daily morning 15 minutes each ALOM VILOM PRANAYAAM and KAPAL BHATI PRANAYAM 3.Eat healthy/Balanced diet and avoid fried,junk and oily food,avoid overeating Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins (A)Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. Hi, relax! take, homoeo medicines: @ bryonia alb 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ heper sulph 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid, smoke, dust, caffiene, junk food, cold intake, exposure to cold. Mild free fluid in pouch of douglas (pod) for a mensturating female is normal. Its the normal fluid which gets collected in pod after ovulation (14th day of menstural cycle). It will resolve in the next cycle and it will recur after the next ovulation. You do not have to do anything for that. Its a normal physiological phenomenon.

For smooth hair, 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Hello. - pregnancy test you can do after 1 month and 10 days after your previous menses. - secondly the symptoms your describing might also b that of cervix infection. So for that start with 1.Chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice a day 2. Soak whole dry dhaniya and jeera in a glass of water overnight and drink filtered water in d morning This you can follow even if your pregnant. But also consult nearby gynaecologist as early as possible to rule out local infection if any.

Around 2-3 years ago I am facing nightfall problem. I consult the doctor and he gave me medicines like confido, some vitamin syrup, injections for testerone and estrogens. I continue that treatment for 2-3 months and after that around 6 months later I started taking Ashwagandha powder for around 2 months and after then I left it too. Now from 4 days I am having nightfall daily. I am not taking medicine but taking precautions that not to drink water and milk before bed and all the precautions. A Night fall / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. I am 56 yrs old retired govt servant. I am suffering from diabetes since last 4 yrs. At present my fasting blood sugar level is 125. And pp 265. And a1c is 6.7%. From the last 4 months i feel very tired , pain under the deltoid region while sleeping . Legs feels numb. My TFT results are normal. Pls give me an advice.

As your PP is high. If you are not taking any medications then its the time to start medications. Better to start with oral hypoglycemic agents. (OHA). These body pain and tiredness may be due to diabetes. Can start with METFORMIN 500mg once a day in between breakfast and see the result after 2 weeks. If it is improved then continue. There are side effects also. If you feel gastric trouble then consult again.

My periods are delayed by 1.5 months. I have done 5 pregnancy tests so far and the test is negative. I did thyroid test as well as per my gynaecologist. The result was 7.033. Hi Nitu You need to improve power of your liver to improve your anabolism so that you can gain muscle. Taking 1 cytofresh tablet daily will help you. Eat protein rich diet to gain weight.
